The Promoter of this Prize Draw is Ambassador Cruise Line, Gateway House, Stonehouse Lane, Purfleet, RM19 1NS. By completing and submitting this form online at www.ambassadorcruiseline.com/5 only you are agreeing to allow Ambassador Cruise Line to include your submission within the prize draw. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions

upon entry. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. The closing date you must enter by is: 31st October 2025. No entries will be accepted after the deadline and no entries will be carried over, it is your responsibility to make sure entries arrive on time.

The Prize Draw: By submitting your details you agree to be entered into the free prize draw. The prize will be drawn at random performed by a computer process and supervised by an independent person after the closing dates stated above. The winner will be notified via email within 7 working days of the closing dates by Ambassador Cruise Line. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification email being sent then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Ambassador will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The winner must then book their cruise by the 31st January 2026.

The winner’s first name and hometown may be used across the Ambassador social media/website platforms .

The Prizes: The 3 winners will win one balcony cabin each for two on Ambience or Ambition on any sailing up to 7 nights on any season on sale on the Ambassador website. The winner will be contacted by email by Ambassador to fulfil the prize. Once confirmed the winner has until the 31st January 2026 to book their cruise holiday or the prize will be forfeited.

Prize is for up to two adults (over 18 years) sharing one Balcony cabin on any sailing up to 7 nights on any season on sale on the Ambassador website. Prize includes accommodation and full board. The prize excludes: travel insurance, travel joining costs to the cruise terminal/port; port parking; onboard expenditure of a personal nature i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, communications etc; any visa & health certificate charges that may apply; and crew gratuities which will be automatically billed to your onboard account at £7pp per night unless you opt for a drinks package.

The winner must hold a valid passport and comprehensive travel insurance. It is the winner’s responsibility to check any visa and health requirements for the cruise they select. Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.

The final prize draw is supplied by Ambassador and Ambassador reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.

All guests going onboard the cruise must comply with the requirements for travel as stated on Ambassador Cruise Line website and respect any Government advice at that time.

All guests will need to be over 18 at the time of sailing and will be required to have a valid passport. The prize is non-transferrable; no cash alternative is available and travel to port is not included. Ambassador’s normal booking conditions apply.

Entries can be made by anyone resident in the UK, aged over 18. The Promoters’ employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draws are excluded from entering these prize draws.

The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of any of the prize draws is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The Promoters must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize draw took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoters will send the first name and home town of the prize winners to anyone who emails in reference to winners to social@ambassadorcruiseline.com within 1 month after the closing dates stated above. If you object to any or all of your first name or home town being published or made available please contact social@ambassadorcruiseline.com. In such circumstances the Promoters must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Except for the winners for purposes set out in these terms and conditions, your entry data will be deleted one month after all winners have been selected if you have not opted into our marketing communications.

Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

The prize draws will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draws submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

BUBBLES Offer Terms and Conditions

Fares subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed without notice. The promotional code BUBBLES can be combined with other charity/member/association/media/affiliate promotion codes and onboard future cruise offers. It can be combined with an Ambassador Campaign Promotional code advertised on the Ambassador website. The promotional code is not valid on Ambassador’s Festive Events, selected charters and cannot be used over Ambassador’s Black Friday promotional period. The promotional code can only be used for new bookings only made directly on Ambassador’s website or through our call centre, it can be used for bookings made through travel agents and other third parties. Promotional code is valid on all new bookings from 29 September 2025 to 31 October 2025, closing at 23.59 for all seasons on sale on the Ambassador website, each cabin will receive one bottle of Champagne per cabin per sailing. Extras not included: Travel insurance, travel costs to/from the port of embarkation, port parking, onboard gratuities and service charges where a package has not been purchased (automatically billed to the onboard account), optional shore excursions, discretionary expenditure of a personal nature including hot and cold alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, Wi-Fi and communication, and any visa & health certificate charges that may apply. Ambassador Cruise Line reserves the right to cancel, change or amend any theme cruise activities/speakers/acts at short notice. In the event of your cruise being cancelled, you will be guaranteed a full refund.
