The staff I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful, I had a query about the price difference between what was shown to what you actually ended up paying. It is this part that has led me to give just 4 stars, it would be nice if they displayed the options for what you get and what you pay when browsing the cruises rather than at the checkout, as I feel it may put some people off to suddenly find they have to pay maybe £500 more than they thought.
