Gemma Bassy

Gemma Bassy has over 16 years’ experience in customer service leadership within the travel industry.  Specialising in staff development and performance management, she started her travel career at Cruise Maritime Voyages where, as Head of Customer Services, she oversaw all aspects of the pre-cruise passenger journey. Gemma joined Ambassador Cruise Line as Guest Services Manager, and now in her role as Head of Pre-and-Post Cruise, leads both Guest Services and Guest Relations, with responsibility for maintaining and improving the levels of service and information Ambassador provides to guests in the lead up to and following their cruise.
