Ian Benjafield has more than 25 years’ experience in travel industry communications, working across tour operating, cruise, airlines, retail, hotels and destinations.  Previous roles include senior positions at brands including Disneyland Paris, TUI UK, Thomas Cook Group and Travelodge and agency-side travel communication and representation at Finn Partners. In his role at Ambassador, Ian has responsibility for corporate, consumer and internal communications. He works alongside Rooster PR, Ambassador’s retained communications agency tasked with handling media relations, press trips, thought leadership and creative campaigns.
