There was no mention of a pre or post cruise coach transfer on the website which delayed my booking . I finally decided to ring up and check. The booking was processed by a very nice gentleman who was very helpful and efficient.

booking process fine but was unable to make payment at the end of the booking process and had to make payment on the phone when the booking agent phoned me the next day..

Informed decision

The cruise consultant listened carefully to what we wanted in terms of the cruise we were enquiring about. Based on the information received we decide to make the booking and the process thereafter was very straight forward and efficiently carried out to our complete satisfaction.

Very helpful young lady. The online offer indicated free parking, but the online booking insisted on charging £98 for parking. The young lady intervened and sorted it for me.

Box ticking

The first part of the booking was okay but it seemed as if the marketer was not really interested in my mobility issues and it is evident that this is a box ticking exercise. If you did not tick all the right boxes then you are deemed as being an abled body person, which neither my wife and I are at this time.
