Matt Agg, Head of Destination Experiences

Matt began his career in the cruise industry in 2002, working as a Shop Manager, Future Cruise Sales Manager and later as a Shore Excursions Manager. His time onboard included working on ships sailing for P&O Cruises, Ocean Village, Seabourn, Crystal Cruises and Cruise & Maritime Voyages. After 11 years working on ships, Matt brought his worldwide knowledge of ports and experiences shoreside in 2013 when taking up the role of Shore Excursions Product Manager with Cruise & Maritime Voyages. As Head of Destination Experiences at Ambassador, Matt leads the team responsible for contracting and delivering a range of optional destination experiences at each port of call, each designed to enhance our guest’s enjoyment of their sailing.
