• By completing and submitting this form online at www.ambassadorcruiseline.com/competitions/vodafone/ only you are agreeing to allow Ambassador Cruise Line to include your submission within the prize draw.

• You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry.

• The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

• The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

• The closing date you must enter by is: 23:59 on 11 August 2024. No entries will be accepted after the deadline, it is your responsibility to make sure entries arrive on time.

• The prize will be drawn at random performed by a computer process and supervised by an independent persona after the closing dates stated above. The winner will be notified via email up to 60 working days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of the notification email being sent then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Ambassador will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

• Prize is for up to four adults (over 18 years) sharing two Oceanview cabins on cruise A12506 7 night Easter Getaway cruise departing 17th April 2025 from London Cruise Terminal.

• Prize includes two Oceanview cabins accommodation and full board.

• If category is not available winner can pay the difference to upgrade to a higher category or accept a lower category on their cruise of choice, no cash alternative or refund if a lower category is chosen.

• The prize excludes: travel insurance; travel joining costs to the cruise terminal/port; port parking; onboard expenditure of a personal nature i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, communications etc; any visa & health certificate charges that may apply; and crew gratuities which will be automatically billed to your onboard account at £7pp per night unless you opt for a drinks package.

• The prize is as described, is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.

• The entry criteria will be to complete the entry form in full and abide by these T&Cs;

• The winner and guests must all hold a valid passport and comprehensive travel insurance with COVID-19 cover. Exemptions apply. It is the winner’s responsibility to check any visa and health requirements for the cruise.

• Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• The prize draw detailed is supplied by Ambassador Cruise Line and Ambassador Cruise Line reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

• The winner’s first name and hometown may be used across Ambassador Cruise Line’s social media/website platforms. If you wish to remain anonymous please contact social@ambassadorcruiseline.com within 5 days of submitting your entry.

• All guests going onboard the Cruise must comply with the requirements for travel as stated on Ambassador Cruise Line website and respect any Government advice at that time.

Offer Terms & Conditions

• The promotional code Vodafone10 cannot be combined with other charity/member/association/media or affiliate promotion codes or onboard future cruise offers. It may only be combined with an Ambassador Campaign Promotional code advertised on the Ambassador website.

• The promotional code is not valid on Ambassador’s Festive Events, selected charters and cannot be used over Ambassador’s Black Friday promotional period.

• The promotional code can only be used for new bookings only made directly on Ambassador’s website or through our call centre, it cannot be used for bookings made through travel agents or other third parties.

• Promotional code is valid on all new bookings from 29^th July 2024 - 30^th September 2024, closing at 23:59 for all 2024/2025/2026 sailings.

• The promotional code may be discontinued at any time at Ambassador’s discretion.

• A valid Vodafone account is required to use the promotional code.

• The Vodafone account number used must match the surname of the lead booker on the reservation.

• Ambassador reserves the right to remove the promotional code if your account is not validated by Vodafone. Should you then cancel your booking you will lose the full deposit paid.
