The Promotors of these Prize Draws are Ambassador Cruise Line, Gateway House, Stonehouse Lane, Purfleet, RM19 1NS and Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, Trent Bridge, West Bridgford, Nottingham, NG2 6AG.
By completing and submitting this form online on https://www.ambassadorcruiseline.com/competitions/nottinghamshire-ccc-competition-nccc25003/only you are agreeing to allow Nottinghamshire Cricket to include your submission within the prize draw. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

The Prize Draw: By submitting your details you agree to be entered into the free prize draw. The prize will be drawn at random performed by a computer process and supervised by an independent persona after the closing dates stated above. The winner will be notified via email within 5 working days of the closing dates and issued, by either Ambassador Cruise Line or Nottinghamshire Cricket.
The winner’s first name and hometown may be used across the Nottinghamshire Cricket social media/website platforms and those platforms for Ambassador.
The Prize: The winner will win lunch for two on board Ambience at London Tilbury on 3rd of August 2025 with members of the Nottinghamshire Cricket Teams. There are 5 prizes available within this prize draw.
The final prize draw is supplied by Ambassador and Ambassador reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
The winner’s first name and hometown may be used across Nottinghamshire Cricket social media/website platforms and those platforms for Ambassador. If you wish to remain anonymous please contact social@ambassadorcruiseline.com within 5 days of submitting your entry.
The winner of the prize agrees to take part in any media or PR activities up to and including onboard the Cruise or with Nottinghamshire Cricket.
All guests will need to be over 18 at timing of event and will be required to have a valid form of identification. The prize is non-transferrable, no cash alternative is available and travel to port is not included.
Entries can be made by anyone resident in the UK, aged over 18. The Promoters’ employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draws are excluded from entering these prize draws.
The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of any of the prize draws is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoters must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize draw took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoters will send the first name and home town of the prize winners to anyone who emails in reference to winners to social@ambassadorcruiseline.com within 1 month after the closing dates stated above. If you object to any or all of your first name or home town being published or made available please contact social@ambassadorcruiseline.com. In such circumstances the Promoters must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Personal data supplied during this promotion and held by Nottinghamshire Cricket and Ambassador will only be processed as set out in the Privacy Policies below and as detailed in these terms and conditions.

The promotional code NOTTS cannot be combined with other charity/member/association/media or affiliate promotion codes or onboard future cruise offers. It may only be combined with an Ambassador Campaign Promotional code advertised on the Ambassador website. The promotional code is not valid on Ambassador’s Festive Events, Fly-Cruises, selected charters and cannot be used over Ambassador’s Black Friday promotional period. The promotional code can only be used for new bookings only made directly on Ambassador’s website or through our call centre, it cannot be used for bookings made through travel agents or other third parties. Promotional code is valid on all new bookings from 1st April 2025 until 31st March 2026 closing at 23:59 for all 2025/2026/2027/2028 season sailings.
