Embarkation at Tilbury is excellent. Evening entertainment, comedian Buster and guest speakers were also excellent. We missed some ports due to the good old French dockers being on strike, which was beyond Ambassador's control and the 3 ports missed were ones we really wanted to visit, however we thoroughly enjoyed St Malo and Aberdeen.

It was easy to book and fares were explained.

The address part is a problem. I am from India and the way we write our address is not in conformity with your standard method. It should be accepted as it is written. Some times in the address column it mentions Find. Now you can find a British address in that but not overseas address so you get stuck at that point during booking. Please rectify it if possible

Your representative Beverley was very helpful and gave me lots of information on the booking of my cabin. Although not my first cruise with Ambassador there’s always new advice to be given especially as my husband has various health problems.

The booking service online was quick and easy to use as we had cruised on Ambition earlier this year.

We, my wife and I, decided to treat ourselves to a cruise in 2025, to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We looked at various companies and liked what we saw with Ambassador. As this will be our first cruise we had some questions, and we made the call. Our contact was with Beverley, she could have not been more pleasant and helpful not to mention patient. We are now booked and looking forward to a new adventure!

I was disappointed that I was asked to change the date of my previously booked cruise, with not much information as to why. The alternative date was over Christmas which I did not want to be away from my family. I then had trouble getting in touch with assistant dealing with this, phoning several times to be told she was busy with other customers or not available. The options available could surely dealt with another staff member.

Overall service was good. Only complaint is that I had a query and needed to think about my decision so said would call back in an hour or so. When I did I was number 30 in the queue. Most people can’t wait that long. Think you need to consider a call back service as a message said that emails may take up to 5 working days to reply
