Boooked on board ship while on another cruise. Long wait to see adviser - needed more staff or available longer time. The adviser was very helpful and patient. Although we paid the deposit for one cabin separately, my friend did not get the acknowledgement of the opaymebt. I received an invoiceshowing my payment but minus her payment. Booked online. Was a bit confused by the drinks packages so phoned services who were excellent and patiently explained everything to me. Booked car parking but my circumstances changed so I phone services to see if it could be cancelled. It was and refunded no trouble at all. Getting through on the phone on 3 seperate occasions was interesting. They have a machine which tells you where you are in the queue which I found most reassuring. On all 3 occasions I started as number 2 in the queue and waited about 3 minutes each time before being dealt with by intelligent and knowledgeable ladies.
