Easy to use booking system. Excellent facilities onboard the ship and great cabin layout.

Made a future cruise booking on board. Staff very helpful. Phoned on return to check on payment details, again a lovely helpful staff member dealt with all my questions. Always find Ambassador staff friendly, professional and helpful.

I enquired about a specific experience and the call handler gave me exceptional help about it. She was very thorough in finding me a cabin which she thought would best suit my requirements

I actually booked this on line. I then had to add parking to my cruise. This took a while to speak to a operator. Being that the cruise was very busy with people trying to book. When I got through it was worth the wait parking booked no problem.

Excellent booking service, We phoned them back after we had discussed between my wife and I. It was all so simple and smooth process,we have sail with Ambassador be for and highly recommended them.

Apart from the tickets going live at 9.10am instead of 9am, i found the whole booking process easy & straightforward. I haven't been on the cruise yet & as it's my first Ambasdador cruise i can't really say any more.

So straightforward to book a cruise online however we haven't travelled with them yet so can't comment on the ships or on-board service at the moment

Couldn't book online as it wasn't working saying every cabin we tried to book that it wasn't available, tried for an hour with no luck. In the end we had to get a friend in the UK to phone and book us in. She got through straight away but all the inside cabins were gone and we ended up buying a sea view cabin, costing us around 400 pound each more. We later found out your webpage wasn't working correctly which is very disappointing
