Initial Information very good, sadly all balconies had already been booked, such is life.

Very good service the cabins are excellent good food and entertainment

The system is straight forward to view cruises and go through to the booking process

All went smoothly online but could not book car parking yet.

Having sailed on Ambience 3 times before booking on line was so easy. I didn't think we would be able to get on the cruise we wanted due to the very high demand. Very pleased that we were able to book

I can only give my opinion on my booking experience. I was fairly simple and straight forward.

Easy site to access and easy to go through booking system choice of cabins and deck able to book parking

The booking was a lovely and very quick experience. However when trying to book some weeks before in several occasions we didn’t feel the person was helpful or looking for a solution when we were trying to book and spend a large amount of money. This was disappointing however the most recent experience has been excellent. We do have 2 of the party bikes in the wrong room so will need to call and enquire about getting this changed.

I booked a week ago. Registered for my account and have still not received the email to activate. I have raised this 3 time s and still no action. I try to log in but just get a message telling me to accept the activation email ( which I still haven’t received). Please take action when queries are raised and sort this out !! Until I receive a response I can’t offer a fair score
