Very comprehensive service. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Although I asked many questions staff were very patient and answered all of my queries.

This will be my third Ambassador cruise, the first time booking direct. I had no problems, booking went smoothly, managed to get a seat on return Ambassador coach, so all went well. Thankyou Ann Marie.

Easy to book and great pricing. Travelled with Ambassador several times now. I have cruised with bigger companies and ships but wouldn't travel with anyone other than Ambassador now. Smaller ship, easy access for anyone with mobility problems, great service onboard. I also like that it's adults only.

Ship is beautifully clean. All the crew from Captain downwards are very friendly and helpful. Food is excellent, only complaints on that score, would like a choice of biscuits/crackers with cheese and biscuits and wasn't impressed with afternoon tea in Borough Market, sandwiches were unimaginative and stale, scones were on the dry side and would have preferred jam and cream served in small pots not just sloshed onto the plate. Yes, I have mentioned this in reviews. Everything else was delicious! We enjoyed the entertainment onboard, very professional. Beds were comfortable, the cabins are a little dated and the aircon can be a bit tricky but for an old ship very good. I particularly liked the large shower cubicle. We're looking forward to our next voyage on Ambience in 2027.

Booked online but had to phone to raise a couple of points and the operative that answered on both occasions was very helpful and dealt with the issues straight away

Customer care assistant very efficient and helpful. Was able to deal quickly with my request. Ambassador had cancelled one of my cruises and I wanted to transfer the deposit to another cruise, plus get a special discount.
