Kerry was an excellent "ambassador" for Ambassador Cruise Lines. She was patient and kind on the telephone which made our booking very easy.

Just booked my 6th cruise, but disappointed no loyalty programme. The BOGOHP has been a boon all my bookings. The staff cannot do enough for you and being able to cruise from a local port is ofvgreat benefit.

Booking online. I had previously phoned Ambassador regarding some details on cabins and accessibility for a passenger with mobility issues. They were informative. The booking was entirely online so I had no contact with personnel. I found the information regarding the cabins was basic and we needed to access other websites, not Ambassador, to get information regarding the different types of cabins and more detail of the different cabin types. As a first-time cruiser, I found the Ambassador website lacking in detail.

The booking site is easy to use, the available cabins are clearly marked and it's easy to see where they are on the ship. We are travelling with friends but booked separately. We hope to eat together in the evening and it was clear how we went about doing this. I received a reply to my email within 24 hours.

All my questions were answered thoroughly, I didn't feel pressured into booking my cruise . The customer service operator was very helpful

We had an emergency which affected our arrangements to join the cruise we had booked. Ambassadors customer service team were able to resolve the issue promptly and efficiently and a friendly and sympathetic way. Impressive
