Very prompt picking up. Helpful in dealing with a card difficulty, held the booking while a security issue with the card was resolved.

We booked the cruise on line and followed the instructions from start to finish, the booking format is easy to follow so we did not have the need to speak directly with the booking staff.

Constantly beig emailed. Water policy on total spend with drinks etc is awful. Bit like Ryanair. No mention about drinking water in cabin. Trips far more expensive that booking direct and then train booked exclusively for ambassador on the day in Port. Not even gone yet and stuck with it.

Booked on line and given plenty of time to work through the booking process. I had a query about the booking so contacted Customer Services who very patiently answered my query, explaining the answer succinctly without jargon. Impressed with on line booking and Customer Service. A huge plus was phone was answered quickly without having to listen to monotonous tinny music. Very good first impression of Ambassador Cruise Line as first time travelling with them.

I was having difficult paying for a booking on line .I phoned the office to make the booking through them. There were further problems as the phone kept cutting out when trying to make a payment. The booking clerk phoned me back and payment was completed. I was most impressed with the calmness and efficiency of the booking clerk to resolve the issues in a most helpful and friendly way.

Very good - no problems when booking other than when entering age selection, list wouldn’t move down when pressing the arrow. Had to reduce size of screen to enter it. Should be able to enter details manually and not rely on a drop down lists………

Where considering your Norway arctic cruise that includes Alta in the far north and had a number of questions as we had not cruised with Ambassador before. Emma answered and for the next 20 minutes she diligently and patiently explained the various options, good and not so good, regarding our cruise requirements, costs etc. We booked and now looking forward to our 2027 cruise from Tilbury!!
