Very efficient Cameron was very Helpful & quick taking all our details

I wasn't satisfied with the booking procedure. Prices were higher than stated on your initial page for that cruise. There were lots of different prices depending on the location of the cabin. None of them were the price we first saw. I went ahead with the booking as my sister in law and I had agreed on this cruise and liked the sound of it. However I find your pricing structure misleading.

The line was very crackley .I had to keep asking the young man to speak up. The line was breaking up. So had to tell him to repeat.

Actual booking was very straight forward but as we are doing a back to back cruise I tried to book a regional coach delivery and was left on hold for more than 30min as the operator went to ask someone about this and altogether booking and speaking to guest services I was on the phone for an hour and that is whe. I ended the call

Quick easy and very helpful.

Making a booking was fairly straightforward. We were looking at having a cabin with a window but those available looked as though you had lifeboats in front of your window. It would be good if this could be explained more as this was offputting.

Booked my cruise on line as a I always go and it is very easy to navigate When When I have dealt with staff in purfleet office they have been very helpful We love what ambassador offers and it is our family at sea

Website is very difficult and temperament. I logged into my account to confirm booking but it's not automatically added - i need confirmation email and input manually. Finally requiring a passport for a uk cruise is outrageous

Excellent service as always with the Bookings service staff: After an initial phone call I was sent the details as requested and subsequently then booked the holiday. Julie was professional and friendly and our exchange was a pleasure.
