Everyone of the staff are very good and friendly.

Easy to follow and good information given on destinations, trying a short trip firstvto see if its right for us, have seen a few youtubes and all looks good. Then its looking forca longer trip.

I won this cruise as a part of a competition with Klass and 118 cruises and I don’t know who was at fault but it has taken me 6 weeks to get my booking confirmed and cabin allocated since I supplied my details to them.

Hi, Just seems a bit strange that you are asking me what I think of the service when I have yet to set foot on the ship..?? ask me after. All i have done thus far is add information to a web site.. We are however looking forward very much to the cruise.. cheers..

Apart from the weather ,everything went to plan. The captain made sure that we had a good alternative port for those we had missed because of the weather. Loved traditional dining the way it used to be but with alternative dining experiences if we wanted a change. A great crowd on our table. Our cruise was around the British Isles, Belfast and the Scilly Isles were the highlights.

I missed out on a five per cent discount when booking a cruise for myself and a friend, but I am delighted to say that Ambassador have now honoured that offer and given us both discounts on our forthcoming cruise to the Azures. Also, I am very deaf and the lady who helped me, Laura Allan , was very patient and helpful

I am travelling with my disabled son the booking process right from the start has been informative and helpful, I have had many questions needing answered in the intervening period and customer services have gotten back to me promptly every time.

Booked online and was worried that an email was not immediately available. Left it overnight and then spoke to the chatbot and within minutes the email arrived.
