Telephone booking with Audra who was efficient, helpful & professional. An easy process and so good to talk to a real person.

Exceptional service from the booking agent. We had many requests etc to ensure that we were linked bookings with friends who had booked a couple of days previous.

Sailing on Ambience i have always experienced high quality friendly service from all staff. Food is good and plentiful with often charming company in the restaurants. Entertainment good and the lectures interesting. Cabins are good and the crrw are very attentive. Organised trips are in general good and offer plenty of choice. All in all a positive experience

Have not sailed yet but bookung process was easy online. We had to change our cruise for personal reasons and this did get a little complicated but was sorted in the end. We are looking forward to our cruise.

When I phoned the cruise line they price matched the advertised price from a newspaper. Audra was very helpful in dealing with our questions. So we went ahead and booked the cruise and paid the necessary deposit.

Professional and proactive service

To be honest the waiting time to get through to a "person" was on two occasions over 30 mins. Several times I was told that I was only 2 mins from speaking to a rep, to be returned to AMELIA the chatbot to start all over again. Once through, the human being was very helpful and efficient. My receipt was in my in-tray almost as soon as I put the phone down!

Quite unhappy with how difficult it was to get straight answers to questions before booking. Website is frequently ambiguous, and difficult to clarify when speaking on the phone. I felt the representative was deliberately vague. Have now found out a couple of things I wish I'd known before paying my non-refundable deposit as I would not have booked.
