A new adventure booked with Ambassador Cruise Line
I've really enjoyed my cruises on Ambition and Ambience. Now I'm looking forward sailing with their new ship Renaissance to the West Indies. It will be great to explore the ship, enjoy the food and exercise in their well equipped gym. Also seeing the entertainment on board will be a treat.

Fabulous service
Excellent. They sorted out a major problem (of my making) and did so without judgement or making me feel troublesome. I was quickly booked on to an alternative cruise and reassured that it was no problem at all.

Customer service not great.
I initially booked a cruise online which was fairly easy. However, following further discussion with my wife and subsequent research it was decided that we wanted to upgrade our cabin choice. It is not possible to amend your booking online so I attempted to phone the Guest services and After sales. After answering the pre recorded option menu and then spoke to the bot I was told that I would be put through to an agent. The phone just rang and rang never to be answered. I tried this twice more with the same result. I then had to resort to email and set out my request. I promptly received an auto reply stating that I may have to wait 7 working days for a response. Not very good customer service in my opinion. I'll reserve further judgement until I receive a response.

Very helpful guys at the call centre. Helped me.wuth all my enquiries. Rather long wait to get through, nearly half an hour wait for call to be answered.

Great cruise company, easy to book & provides a fabulous friendly trip.
Brilliant. I was able to book everything online easily. Choosing destination, date, then cabin. Paying a deposit was straightforward giving me an instant acknowledgment and access to my ‘dashboard’. I love this system as all my bookings are in one place and I know there will be email prompts at appropriate times.
