Gentleman was very helpful and pleasant

Call was answered quickly. Straightforward booking process. Adviser was friendly and efficient, providing all information when asked.

We were basically lied to by the onboard “Future Cruise” staff resulting in additional costs to us. Having raised the issue with their Head Office they have initially confirmed that there is “nothing they can do”. Ultimately we may have to pursue a Section 75 “Charge back” to reclaim our deposit on the grounds of mis-selling.

Lauren was very helpful, informative and answered my queries. Am a solo traveler and have to book early to get a solo cabin. Will be my first time travelling with your company. Have booked 2 cruises in 2028 which I am looking forward to. May I make a suggestion that if solo travellers can if they want be advised of any late availability on solo cabins that become available, I would definitely be interested. Thanks.

Booked my first ever cruise for 2028 on Monday night and despite calling I still don’t have any emails to confirm my booked as advised. Double checked my email which is correct. So disappointed as been saving so very hard already for this cruise for my 60th birthday 😢

Quick and easy to book.

I wanted to book for 4 people with 2 cabins so i rang the customer service team as i couldnt do it online, the service was really good, lady was very friendly and booked everything quickly and efficiently
