Absolutely wonderful, the lady who dealt with us was very knowledgeable and encouraging. This lead to us booking 2 cabins while only intending to investigate possible costs with no intention of booking this cruise until numerous investigations had been conducted amongst various companies.

On board is a great experience apart from the onboard Internet that's the reason we continue to sail with Ambassador as opposed to other cruise lines but the booking process can be totally frustrating

It was fine except when I rang customer service once the room was allocated you could not tell me what kind of bed it had: single,twin beds or double.

Everything was fine except l kept getting emails saying we hadn’t filled in the mobility equipment and medical questions . All boxes was ticked, one person said all done correctly another said l hadn’t filled it in which was annoying l sent all screen shots of everything l did with an email saying about my disappointment and was getting annoyed with this sonario, never had this issue with your company last year!
