Booking process was well detailed and options explained

Booking was easy. This will be our third sailing with Ambassador on Ambience and we have no intention of cruising anywhere else. All of the crew are amazingly friendly and helpful and the service is fantastic. We love this ship.

We had to cancel a booking because it clashed with our son’s wedding. With the help from Natasha from guest services we were able to transfer our existing booking to 2 other cruises with a top up of our deposit. Natasha was so helpful, and had discussed the issue with her manager. She then efficiently sorted everything out for us, cancelled the existing booking and ensured our choice of cabin for the two new bookings. This was all done in a day and we were so pleased with her professionalism. We cannot fault Ambassadors gust service.

Very poor booking service , took 1.40 mins total on the phone to sort out queries after the online booking , probably the most stressful holiday booking ever done Unable to do group booking for our friends so now we have several cabin locations over different levels

Was on hold for 45 minutes, but when I finally spoke with a customer service agent she couldn’t have been more friendly, polite and helpful. 5 stars for the agent. Can I suggest a call back option? Can’t wait for my cruise!!!

Very good friendly service. We didn't have any problems booking our cruise and they answered all our questions. Looking forward to our cruise now. I would definitely recommend them.

Very easy to book and well laid out booking system that is user friendly We like the choice of cruises and the relevant incentives to book.

Very easy website to navigate and make booking. Been on a Caribbean cruise with ambassador before and thoroughly enjoyed it. Good food, entertainment and nice suite with massive balcony. Lovely to get away for a sunshine holiday in January. They look after you from start to finish!

Website easy to navigate with option to choose specific cabin, process quick and easy with link to deck plans for location selection. Did not immediately get confirmation email so rang and quickly sorted with email confirmation arriving whilst on call.

Fairly straightforward booking. Some frustrating points like having to add your own booking to your own Ambassador account. Why doesnt the booking automatically add to the account that booked it.!!
