The booking process is easy and straightforward on-line and as an existing customer I have now added it to the My Ambassador app so that I can complete the process and manage the booking.

Booking on line I had an issue with adding parking. Quickly got through to someone on the phone who was very helpful and assured me I could add parking later which I did. Booking on line is normally very easy and straightforward. Great cruise line. My 3rd, my Wife's 5th!

Booking was easy! I would suggest an easier way to look at deck plan while choosing cabin! Also we wanted to tell ambassador when booking that it’s a trip for our silver wedding anniversary but there was no where to add that information

Been an ambassador cruise fan for approx 2 years tried others but ambassador have real no nonsense approach which I like.good food great cabins good entertainment what more could you ask for.

Have sailed with them several times, brilliant and all staff happy and can't do enough for you, have booked another cruise and will be taking a small suitcase sized mobility scooter with us for day trips. Other cruise lines said no all accessible rooms booked, so looking forward to our trip in March.

Booking on line was easy, but didn't realise I had to create an account to choose dinner time, share with another cabin etc. Perhaps make that clearer to first time cruisers
