We eventually booked our cruise, and now looking forward to a lovely holiday to celebrate our anniversary .

Quick and helpful for a first time booking a cruise

The service was very good. The staff are very helpful in finding you the booking that you want. This will be my third Ambassador cruise. I find them good value for money and I really like travelling on Ambience out of Tilbury. As a single person it has been a great way to enjoy a holiday.

Booked on line and received the extra 5% which was great news.We then told our cruise friends who in turn also booked the cabin next to us but we now know that they rang through their booking and received an further £4. off the total which did not please me at all. This is why I have scored you down.

Always very prompt response from any enquiry in customer service. On board ALL staff/crew are friendly. attentive, and always helpful.

The booking process was relatively easy.

The booking team were very prompt to reply per email. They answered all our questions quickly and were able to help us with the booking as we have a slightly unusual arrangement. The only thing is that the team said they would call us to take the deposit, they must have forgotten as we had to call them but it's easily done.

Great phone service in advance of booking. Online booking worked very well

Booking easy and well-organised, but paying the balance was a shambles. The card payment was automated 4 times it failed each time. The payment was taken manually and it worked. I then had an email with a statement showing I owed the balance. I am a regular cruiser but this is the first cruise with Ambassador unless things improve it will be my last

Extremely good the lady who I believe is called Sherralee was extremely helpful and patient when we rang to book. Nothing was too much trouble and she managed to help us complete our booking quickly and efficiently.
