We cruised with Ambassador's predecessor company, CMV, several times and have cruised on Ambition twice since. We have always found the whole experience excellent and so look forward to more adventures with them. The online booking process for 2028 sailings was relatively straight forward and stress-free. We secured the cabin we wanted at a competitive price and only had to put down a fraction as a deposit. As this is returnable until the balance is due, we won't bother taking out travel insurance until then, thus keeping the premium low. Details, such as drinks packages and port-side parking are still to be arranged.

Booking very easy will be our 6th cruise with Ambassador obviously enjoy them especially sailing from our home town which makes it very easy

Easy to book on line, didn't receive confirmation email but follow up email sorted that within 2 days.

This will be our third cruise with Ambassador. Bookiing is easy once you understand cabins, decks etc. Just make sure you keep your 'IAM' reference safe as it is vital to access the online updates for your trip.

It was a excellent process to book this is my first time booking a cruise as a young adult and also working at the port where they operate. Good prices as well this cruise I booked was really a brilliant bargain. I will in future look at booking with them again if I love this cruise.

When choosing a cabin, I would prefer to see a deck plan showing the position of the cabin, not just a number. I booked this morning, but still not received an email confirmation. Blue light card details not recognised, just got message saying that Blue light card number was not a correct format, so lost the discount. I liked the Buy 1, 2nd 1 half price offer and the fact that the drinks package is optional.

Easy to book online but hard to reset a forgotten password

Managed to book my 2028 cruise on website with easily laid out website. Didn’t need to call Ambassador as I was well prepared using the advice on Ambassador’s promotion info.
