I booked over the phone. The customer service agent was extremely helpful and had great product knowledge, sufficient to answer all my questions. She was enthusiastic about her product and her manner made me feel like a valued customer.

Have sailed with them 8 times in 2 years on their 2 main ships. Cruises were excellent. However, have done another cruise on their Renaissance ship from Barbados back to Tilbury. It was the worst cruise experience ever. Staff were mostly French and Algerian. Did not engage with the British, were rude. Food mostly served below temperature (potential H&S issues here). Entertainment was extremely amateur. We couldn’t wait to get back home. So on the last 2 nights I suggested we return to our cabin with a few drinks to watch tv. However they decided to switch off the British channels, leaving only the French channels. Would definitely not recommend.

Staff very helpful at thre office. Sailing from Tilbury is a bonus as I can be at the port in 15 minutes. Crew are fantastic once you are on the ship what more do you need

Reason five stars. This will be my first cruise, nervous booking not knowing what to expect as this was a late suddenly available booking. Louise answered all my questions with facts and humour. I'm using this cruise to work out life on board ready for my original booking this November which is a longer sailing. The app is great with response emails to politely tell you you've missed a bit and confirmations of excursions booked. Thank you

Being able to join from a Scottish port was the big selling point. Dundee was brilliant, the porters had the cases out the taxis before we were, and cases in our cabin by time we got to it. The cabins are spacious and immaculately clean, as we're all the venues. The staff were all fantastic and the shows were Westend quality. The food was excellent, and one night when I didn't feel too well, due to the choppy seas, Kadek our waiter brought me a plate of fresh fruit, which he said would settle my tummy. These little touches go a long way! They really do go above and beyond. Nice size ship too, we felt we knew everyone by the end of the cruise as we kept meeting the same people and everyone was very friendly. It was lovely to see waitresses and waiters participating in dancing too, it was all part of the fun and we felt they were really enjoying their work. They said they do!

A late booking was handled professionally, with assistance in choosing a cabin suitable for us. We were offered a few options and finally made our booking. The ability to book our trips and pay on the ship is fantastic, and offered quite a choice. Some trips were sold out but still something for everyone. Really well organised and excited to for this cruise ahead !

I booked my next cruise whilst onboard Ambition during my last cruise to the Baltic and the member of staff who processed the booking was helpful. I had enjoyed the cruise and decided I would return to similar countries again in 2026. Staff always helpful and efficient especially the servers, both female and male, in the restaurant. My first time as a solo traveller on the cruise I was unsure of the arrangements for dinner, luckily I shared a table with four other solo guests who were great companions for dinner and later entertainment in the Cavern. Calls in port were dealt with efficiently by staff as were organised excursions. Disembarkation at Newcastle was very efficient and I was quickly in my taxi returning on my 90 mile trip to North Yorkshire. I would love the company to provide more cruises from Newcastle and travel south from there to the Med and Canary Islands especially avoiding dates when schools are on Holiday. I will not consider sailing from Tilbury or Portsmouth as the journey is too difficult for a woman on her own with luggage travelling by train.

Very easy to book and confirmation was immediate, so knowing all was in hand was reassuring.
