Very easy to understand what exactly was on offer & what was extra. Originally processed online booking which was easy, had a query on a specific cabin so I rang customer services who not only answered my question but completed booking themselves

Our first cruise in April was just great, we had a free cabin upgrade to a suite, the drinks package was extremely high end, food excellent, so have now booked another cruise with Ambassador after many years sailing with Fred Olson

Kerry at the booking call centre was amazing, very professional with an excellent friendliness. Answered what she could and then arranged a time to call me later once she had the answers. Due to an online booking offer by Amex I booked the cabin online after Kerry had held my cabin reservation over the weekend. She deserves the credit for the sale.
