When booking, staff were very informative and polite. The only reason for not putting 5 stars is that I have not yet received the itinerary of the cruise via email as requested yet.

I always book my cruises on line very easy & quick, I did need to phone Ambassador to change something that I could not do on line took nearly 1 hour to get through!!, that’s why I book on line.

The bookings opened at 12 midday. Unfortunately the online booking facility crashed maybe due to the high demand. I was on hold for two and a half hours and the phone was disconnected several times. I eventually got through but my first choice of cabin was sold out. This cruise was chartered and the demand was high. The agent I spoke to was helpful but the name on my invoice was incorrect and I had to contact guest services to get this amended. The name on this review has still not been amended

I liked the fact that I was out on a waiting must-read that hasn't happened to me before. Then I was offered a free upgrade - even better . Michelle was a lovely girl.and handled the booking with ease. Feel confident I am going to have a great time.

Difficult to say as I understand it was a manic time having thousands of rock choir people trying to book at the same time! The system crashed and phones just cut you off. Once through on line, it was easy the work through the booking. Although still every time I clicked on a cabin offered , it was not available.! Ended up getting a slightly more expensive cabin as a result, as everyone was going for the cheapest option. Frustrating but we’re on and going! Confirmation email also slow at coming through which is always worrying when you paid out the deposit.

It was easy to book once I got onto the website which was very busy as it was for the Rock Choir cruise which opened at noon and everyone went on at the same time

We were all ready to log into system for 12 noon, but experience told us that system would crash. It did, they must have known that they needed a system that could cope with the volume of people, but no their system was not robust. Tried the phone line too. Caroline was telling us how busy the lines were and gave us a hold the line song (don't worry about a thing) really, really never want to hear that song ever again. It replayed and replayed then the line cut off. Got all exited thought I was getting through to someone but no, it cut off and we had to dial in again. Meanwhile kept refreshing the on line screen. A long time later screen came up, was expecting a basic Rock Choir question didn't get one. Eventually found a cabin choice in the list that was available. It would have been better to only see a list of cabins that were available. At some point was asked for a Promo Code??? took us a few panicked mental gymnastics to think that maybe the CWRC2027 was what they might want. It hadn't been called a promo code in previous messages, at least we don't think it was. To say the whole experience was stressful would be an understatement, because it was time critical although we understand the need for that. I had a few questions which I e mailed Ambassador before the going live and after, they were absolutely brilliant with the speed and helpfulness of their replies.

I booked on line and have not sailed yet. I called customers services for a brief question which too 10 seconds to answer

Excellent service. Helpful and friendly staff as always. A pleasure to deal with such a professional and efficient company, not always the case these days. Our eighth cruise with Ambition and always a good experience.

love Ambition just booked another cruise. Cruised in her in June this year with my daughter & we both loved it . I have now booked for my husband & me to do one next June

Phone kept cutting off after 20mins in a queue used up all my monthly call time. Arranged a callback via online again put in a queue for 40mins Website crashed several times Couldn't "see" what was being booked up had to going through every cabin to see if it was available. Needed accessible cabin no info on which they were, ended up in a normal one. Asked for a larger one prices keep increasing. Been cruising for over 30 yrs this is THE worst. Hopefully the cruise and ship will be better

Excellent service. Spacious clean cabins, Fantastic entertainment. No complaints at all. We were so impressed that we booked another cruise on the same ship whilst we were on board.

It was direct, clear and professional. It’s my first cruise and I thought it would be as stressful as booking a package holiday but it was so easy. The prices are very reasonable too. We are looking forward to the cruise and it probably won’t be our last.

Always receive great service on land and at sea

Very informative and always keeping us updated with all other cruises. We were catered for and the entrainment was excellent.
