All very easy and uncomplicated

A fairly straightforward process for booking on line However I wasn’t impressed with the guest services phone line would like to speak to a person rather than a robot

I spoke to Louise twice whilst booking our cruise and she was great. Really helpful since this will be our first cruise. She advised me on meal options as I'm mostly vegetarian but do eat chicken. Also linked our booking as we are going with friends. Just super helpful and efficient.

Booking on the site is easy. Had to speak to reservation and it was handled efficiently there and then. Most of the information is on the pages as you go through or search around the site.

The booking agent Julie was awesome, very professional and extremely polite, but my previous two cruises back to back had me change rooms 4 times, I wrote a letter of disappointment rather than complaint and gave it to the reception desk on the cruise, the two cruises totalled 32 days (16 days each) no response was received from ambassador, no compensation, no anything. I was told on this booking I should have contacted ambassador via email post previous cruise but the staff on the cruise never suggested that. I like ambassador as this is now my 6th cruise but I do feel they should look after patrons especially if they have been inconvenienced over and above what is normal.

My questions were answered and I was able to complete my pre travel information on line.
