From all my research Ambassador are for me, child free and smaller ships, not a floating fairground like some. I've have just made my first booking and it was really easy to do. Love the idea of cruising without having to get on a plane first.

All ways happy with Ambassador. Customer service is friendly and helpful when booking the holiday and cabin requirements. Service on the ships is excellent. Can’t go wrong with them.
