Very friendly staff, very helpful. Was a little frustrating waiting for the phone call to be answered, took approximately 20 + minutes. But once I got through to the company, they were very professional.

The cruise I was looking at appeared sold out so I rang the help number and was helped to choose a cabin option that suits me. I also booked a drinks package which was fully explained to me. The advisor was friendly and very helpful answering all my questions very clearly.
