Have not yet embarked on our cruise but to date all communication has been great my only issue has been the length of time one has to wait to speak with someone.

The agent Louise was absolutely amazing sorting out my new booking as Iglu couldn”t sort out my booking and come up with the holiday they advertise

I needed help to amend a booking, which I had expected to be a problem. On the contrary, with the help of a very efficient member of the customer services team, it was easily dealt with. I can now look forward to a cruise, just how I wanted it.

Simplicity of parking at Portsmouth along with the friendly reception and security before boarding. My cabin was comfortable with plenty of storage. Food, entertainment, crew were all excellent and the sauna and steam room were luxurious and amazingly free. I was Ambition and booked whilst onboard a cruise to the ffyords in April.

Service was very good as I was having trouble trying to book on line. The lady was easy to talk to and informative. I usually book 2/3 cruises a year if I can sail from Tilbury but they do not seen to be as many as there used to be.

They were very kind with my problem when my partner was unable to travel with me. I still wanted to go and am pleased they allowed me to do so

Online booking was okay,except that I wasn't given a choice of cabins,or allocated a cabin number. When I then tried to make contact by telephone it was a nightmare. I was passed onto a number supposedly to deal with existing bookings and kept on hold for over an hour, at which point I gave up.

The new site is quite easy to navigate. The future cruises are now in date order. One previous cruise is missing though.
