The service is always top class. Friendly and efficient and caring . Fifth trip on Ambition coming up and wanting to try Ambience now coach travel from Newcastle. We have been cruising for many years and without doubt Ambassador beat the rest. Smaller ship, local port ( although I wish there were more cruises from it.). No children , no casino, excellent food who could ask for more.

We were dissapointed, as we were advised a deposit could be moved to another cruise, we initially booked, and then discovered a cruise we liked better, more expensive and longer, so we went back to change booking, the following day, only to be told, that this service was not possible on board, which meant we woukd loose approx £400 the 10% on board discount, so we will only available of tge shorter less expensive cruise we have booked while on board. We are still on board, and feel if this had been fully explained we would have waited to book, it's been dissapointing.

Traditional cruise at an affordable price, bonus is Adult Only. Great atmosphere and great staff.

I had a problem with a cruise and it was dealt with with compassion and efficiently by sarah fry customer services. She is an asset to your company and was absolutely amazing I will definitely be sailing with ambassador again as she has restored faith for me. Many thanks Five star plus!

Well the service was poor. I phoned up to book 2 balcony cabins on deck ten not close to lifts making sure the guy I was talking to under stood clearly that I wanted the 2 cabins next to each other one for 2 people the other for 1 person paying a extra £1500plus to be able to have a balcony cabin for one person. Total cost over £9000 with a 15% deposit which I duly paid. When I received the details I felt there was something wrong and checking the deck plan the cabins were not next to each other but another cabin between us. I was furious as the reason I wanted them together was because I had recently lost my Wife and the couple I was going with was my brother and his wife and this was the first cruise since losing her. Yes they changed it but now we are next to the lifts which we didn’t want. It was a very poor service as if I hadn’t noticed we would have arrived for the cruise getting the cabins we didn’t want. Pretty poor if you ask me and this is the fist time with Ambassidor cruising as we normally go with P&O.
