We found the cruise we wanted from Dundee but whether it was just me I don't know but I found the booking process time-consuming and troublesome. Still, done in the end.

helpful, nothing too much trouble. Very approachable. Also looked up the bureaucratic rules on renewing passports where 'Expiry Date' is not that after all, You need to go by the earlier Issue Date, and then calculate so many months (6 or 10?) and be back before that date !!! If i'd not received this advice, I'd have been caught out like so many people are, and arrived at the port of departure only to find out I could not travel. I mention this, as it's so, so important not to use logic these days! And I now am heading off to the Canary Islands. in February on the lovely ship Ambition.

We booked by phone and we spoke to Audra. We explained we haven’t been on a cruise before and really needed a lot of advice. We needn’t have worried, Audra explained everything from beginning to end very clearly and in an understandable way, every question was dealt with so kindly, nothing was too much trouble.

Have not yet embarked on our cruise but to date all communication has been great my only issue has been the length of time one has to wait to speak with someone.

I needed help to amend a booking, which I had expected to be a problem. On the contrary, with the help of a very efficient member of the customer services team, it was easily dealt with. I can now look forward to a cruise, just how I wanted it.

Simplicity of parking at Portsmouth along with the friendly reception and security before boarding. My cabin was comfortable with plenty of storage. Food, entertainment, crew were all excellent and the sauna and steam room were luxurious and amazingly free. I was Ambition and booked whilst onboard a cruise to the ffyords in April.

Service was very good as I was having trouble trying to book on line. The lady was easy to talk to and informative. I usually book 2/3 cruises a year if I can sail from Tilbury but they do not seen to be as many as there used to be.

Very smooth. Not a problem.
