Sales team, especially Aldra, were helpful and the online booking service is easy to use. This is the 4th time we have travelled with Ambassador Cruiseline and our expectations have always been fulfilled.

The only criticism I have is your guest services website is very awkward to use and sends you round in circles so in the end I had to phone in to give my passport and details not a great system.

The man who dealt with my call was quite pleasant and polite, but rushed. I didn't feel in control of the questions I wanted to ask and got the feeling he wanted the call to be over. I have made dozens of cruise bookings, and there's a lot to consider when spending a large amount of money on a cruise, you want it to be just right so I would ask for a little more patience please.
