They are easy to book with on line. We have always enjoyed the cruises we have been on with them.

Service was great It’s the second time I have booked a cruise with Ambassador The first time I made my booking on my laptop and everything was spot on Last week I tried to book another cruise for 2027 on my mobile phone but the site crashed after I paid the deposit with the money eventually leaving my account after a couple of days I rang customer services the following day - only had to wait a few minutes for a reply and received an immediate apology from the young gentleman who answered and explained that there had been an issue with the website. I made my booking over the phone and was also able to gain a discount using my BlueLightCard- it wouldn’t process on my mobile - I promptly received their email with my invoice and booking confirmation My original deposit was returned to my account within about 4 days then I received an updated invoice which stated that I had been given £50 credit to spend on board due to inconvenience caused by the site failure

Helpful friendly member of staff who didn’t seem to mind taking time to check different options on cabins, packages etc. Talking to a real person made all the difference when choosing options, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Answered all questions knowledgeably.

Tried booking online - twice it failed to register after taking our bank details - phoned and booked and gave bank details and was promised that only one payment would be taken. No Ambassador have taken all three payments for one confirmed booking. They have not acknowledged the e-mail they requested I send so am still over £7500 out of pocket !!!

Swift simple and clear.

Just booked my second cruise with them and very impressed so far, I would like them to do a loyalty scheme though as I anticipate cruising with them in the future based on my dealings so far.
