All done on line and so went well. Didn't need to talk to any one but for another booking, next December, I did have query and that was answered by a member of the staff and was useful.

When I was making a booking on line I encountered a problem with entering a discount code. I phoned your reservation line and the lady who answered the phone was not only very helpful in solving the problem she showed a lot of patience in dealing with my poor hearing having to repeat what she was saying two or three times.

Friendly easy booking system

Booking via my Computer was relatively easy. I especially liked that I can sail from Dundee as I live in the Area.
