Had our first experience with Ambassador recent, sailing from Liverpool. We were really impressed with the quality of food , entertainment and the excellent staff. We were that impressed that we have booked a Caribbean adventure with them for early 2027.

Booking was easy and straightforward

Very good. I was cut off just before payment .. I phoned back and of course got through to a different agent but no problem as the first agent had informed everyone that this had happened and I just needed to pay…

The lady on the other end of the phone was so patient and helpful. Please give her a pay rise. We've been with Ambassador 6 or 7 times now and never been disappointed, the staff are excellent the shows are brilliant. The size of the ship s is also perfect not to big. We've made lovely friends. Looking forward to our next cruise in November. Thank you Ambassador.

Excellent online help with booking. Explaining how to view particular things in cabins etc., Very impresed so far, hope Cruise lives up to expectations now.

Easy to book online

We have sailed with Ambassador from Scotland several times, so we are familiar with the procedures, pricing and processes. Everything went smoothly with the latest booking. We only had to put down a small deposit, and that comes with protections. This means we don't have to insure the whole value of the cruise until much nearer the departure date, which reduces the premium massively.

Excellence throughout the Voyage... Great food, fabulous, fabulous shows...well done Smbasszdor.

Well informed team, I like discussing the options over the phone & everyone I have spoken to is polite & friendly. If I do need to correspond by email I always get a swift response.

Booking our cruise was a very easy process and the staff are very helpful. We always book our cruises while on board and the staff can give us all the information we need to make the right choices to suit our needs.

We’ve just returned from a wonderful cruise to The Canaries, Portugal & Madeira. The staff, entertainment and food on board, never disappoint. Add to that some lovely destinations, a relaxing experience and the most comfortable of beds……. What more could we have wanted. Thank you Ambassador x

What I expected. Made a booking online. I have sailed with you before.

I loved everything about my previous cruise. The ships size, adults only, easy to find everything. Cabin great, no noise from other cabins heard. Friendliness of staff. My only complaint is the glass water bottles. Unfortunately I cannot tolerate the water in the buffet restaurants and I do not drink alcohol or soft drinks. None of the bars sold still bottled water. I had to go to the bar in the reception area to get your own filtered water from the bar there. The bottles were glass and heavy and I had to buy 2 at a time and walk around with them. I feel this was unsafe being made of heavy glass which if I dropped could be an accident waiting to happen. Also I could not get them brought to my cabin. Im hoping that by the time my 2nd cruise comes round there would be a package for this water and you can have it delivered to your cabin. still in glass which I can decant to a lighter water bottle. Thankyou
