I needed to talk to you. Twice, I waited 45 minutes on diifferent days on hold with no answer before giving up. The 3rd calll was anawered sfter 15 minutes. Noy good enough

Julie did the cruise booking for myself and then phoned a friend to finalise their booking . Very nice friendly and efficient lady.

Excellent service from booking to adventures on board

Still haven't received confirmation e mail and not happy with their answer. They say my phone won't accept their emails but I was receiving them last year and haven't changed my phone.

Very easy to book online. Good value.

A good booking experience. My questions answered clearly. The ones I forgot I could ask Guest Services. The flight team were very helpful and understanding regarding my position of my upgraded seat. As an apprehensive solo traveller, was reassured that there would be many other solo travellers to socialise with. A caring, thoughtful start to what I hope will be a really positive experience.

Very efficient. I had trouble with internet as builders were in so I phoned Ambassador and spoke to George who helped me make the booking.

The customer service agent who answered our call couldn't have been more helpful. This will be our first ever cruise and we had been researching Ambassador Cruises extensively, visited the website and also had one of the brochures. Julie, (i think that was her name..?) was able to add much more detail to everything we had seen and read and reassured us on many aspects of cruising and especially the Ambassador experience. We are greatly looking forward to our Norwegian "Autumn Fjordland" cruise in September and hope that the experience is all that we are hoping for!

I followed the website's instructions and thought I had book a holiday for this September. When the reply game it said it was for 2027. Their website and guest services are very poor.

Not very good. emails could not be sent from booking rep. Ask for drinks package prices to be sent over but was told ill tell you now over the phone.not very helpful at all

He was patient and answered some questions but not all. No personality or chat. For me it’s an exciting time to be booking a cruise but for him it was just a job. I got the impression he was bluffing as didn’t know the answer or offer to find out. He did however ring my friend as requested about a further booking.

We like the size of the ships and the Tilbury port, combined with its destinations

IT was hard to book we had to pay x 3 before it finally went through. We had to get codes from bank and authorise in app. All were ok but no money was taken.

I booked Ambassador Cruise Line because of their helpfulness of making you got all documents you need to travel is ready, or if you any difficulty, they will advise you what to do and how. Pleasant Staffs and very patient staff, making sure diuretic meal are prepared properly and the dining service are excellent waiter's are patient and helpful

Very easy to book and even when I had made a mistake it was easy to speak to an actual person to rectify.

Website easy to negotiate, booking easy and straightforward, and communication excellent. Just back and crew are a credit to Ambassador, cheerful, polite and helpful. Food very good and varied. Entertainment very enjoyable, I especially enjoyed theatre@sea as something different
