I have just booked on line for the first time and found the process simple and uncomplicated. I am very nervous using the online system but was surprised at how easy it was.

The member of staff that processed my booking, Kerry I think, was wonderful. She was able to see the issue with my online booking and resolved it immediately. The advice that she gave me was helpful as this will be my first cruise.

Seeing as I booked it on line can' t comment

Easy to access and to navigate the Ambassador site and the follow up online system is also clear and simple. Only issue is you can get cheaper prices if you use other booking sites hence the removal of a star.
