Excellent service received, very helpful staff, would highly recommend Ambassador Cruises !

Everything was fine except l kept getting emails saying we hadn’t filled in the mobility equipment and medical questions . All boxes was ticked, one person said all done correctly another said l hadn’t filled it in which was annoying l sent all screen shots of everything l did with an email saying about my disappointment and was getting annoyed with this sonario, never had this issue with your company last year!

Booking Seemed straight forward . Website easy enough to navigate. Haven’t been on a cruise yet so unable to give any more detail.

Booked online which was fairly easy and user friendly. However, the website stated the deposit was £25.00 pp and we were actually asked for £200.00pp which was not explained. This was our second booking with Ambassador (the first a couple of years ago) and the process did seem a bit more complicated.

Ambassador Cruise lines can offer very good value cruises for solo travellers occasionally and their website is user friendly.
