Met Ambassador staff at the World Bowls Championship. Delightful, knowledgeable and very helpful. Been big cruising before but fancied something smaller. Liked the friendliness and choice of Uk departure locations close to us.

I saw the cruise with Marti and Tony on Facebook and found the link to book it. Which was all very straightforward. All booked in online with no complications. Confirmation of booking received by email and invitation to log into my Ambassador sailing which gives me all the information I need about the cruise. Can't wait for October :)

Pleasant experience with a very helpful and courtesy administrator. Nothing was too much trouble and she made you feel that nothing was too much trouble.

The ship Renaissance was lovely lots of room in our ocean view cabin. The staff were so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble. Evening meal was superb (with a definite French influence.)

Called regarding the Blue Light Card (BLC) discount for emergency workers, Trevor informed me that I had to be a diamond member to qualify. I don't and I did it without him!

The agent was very helpful 👌 she even rang me back to complete the booking.
