We think that they need to employ a lot more staff to make sure the customers are not kept waiting more than a few minutes. We waited 23 mins before are phone call was answered

It was all online and very easy. I may have a couple of queries as it was a last minute booking, but I am confident I'll get the answers on the phone in the morning.

I received an in-depth information about the ship, best choice of cabin and also advice on getting to the embarkation site plus some details about the itinerary.

Just booked my 4th cruise with Ambassador. Cannot fault this cruise company. From arriving at Port to disembarking on return everything is well organised and all staff ive met are extremely helpful.

We were basically lied to by the onboard “Future Cruise” staff resulting in additional costs to us. Having raised the issue with their Head Office they have initially confirmed that there is “nothing they can do”. Ultimately we may have to pursue a Section 75 “Charge back” to reclaim our deposit on the grounds of mis-selling.
