We have sailed with ambassador a few times and hsve always had a great time friend staff clean no problem to big .only wish that boarding was not so slow .

The lady I spoke to was most helpful and talked me though various aspects of the booking. I had tried to book 2 cabins on line but system does not allow that.

Perfect all the way. Really simple from start to finish. Later booked my mother in law on the same cruise using the phone and reservation department. They were amazing. Wanted a single cabin on deck 6 paying as a double. For an extra £140 we were offered a single balcony on deck 10. Awesome customer service. That's what makes the difference with Ambassador.

Booking with ambassador is easy. Options are made clear and the site is easy to navigate. We have been on our first cruise with Ambassador, to Ireland in October. We enjoyed it so much that we have recommended it to our friends and are all booked up for our second cruise next year. Great ship and experience.

We went on a cruise in 2023 to Iceland, tremendous value for money. Our cabin (window View) was close to the Stern, NO viberation, believe me I have been in ships that were a nightmare due to viberation. the food was very good the Main and top multinational eating places wer good The smoked salmon & scrambled egg for breakfast was VERY memorable, and the ships cookied biscuits with afternoon tea were very good. , and also very memorable. We both enjoyed the entertainment , talks and films. My wife and I dont drink

The service was brilliant Jane was so good she explained everything so helpful she answered all are questions. We did have a query about one of our bookings Jane got the holiday up on the computer and it was sorted so good.
