Very helpful, quick and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble and I didn't feel rushed, it was nice to speak to a human being and not an automated service.

I called for more information but the person I spoke to was not very friendly or helpful.

Perfect in every way, staff go all out in every way to look after guests. I use them every year, have now for many years and cannot wait for my next two cruises already booked. Roll on. Superb

I haven't yet sailed with Ambassador but the booking experience was good, quick and easy. The cruise I booked on 28th February was to replace one I had to cancel due to bereavement. The advisor was friendly, helpful and sympathetic to my circumstances and explained the procedure thoroughly.

Louise was fantastic, she was so helpful and took her time to explain things. Can’t thank her enough

Booked a cruise just for Antwerp now that’s all changed your end and you won’t refund me or let me transfer the deposit unless the other cruise is more money

I have cruised on three occasions in recent times and have booked directly with Ambassador Cruise Line, I have found the service from initial enquiry to booking my cruises and it has been a breeze to deal with the sales team.

Excellent service, very informative with the questions we were asking. Advised us on rooms within the area we were asking about. Extremely friendly, very knowledgable about the cruise and the ship, and our requirements. All in all I would say a credit to the company for such good customer service person. Excellent as ever

Quick and easy

I had to cancel and replace a cruise. I was aware of the £50 per person admin. charge, which was fair enough, but I was disappointed to find that my English Heritage discount was not allowed, despite the fact that it had been applied to the original booking and we were spending £2,000 more than on the original for a shorter cruise. The wait for a telephone response was about 20 minutes in total, which was irritating because we could not effect the transaction on line.

The peoplecI spoke to were so helpful when I contacted them, they were very pleasant and good listeners. I was very anxious about making this call as I have never had to change the dates of a holiday but there was no need for anxiety as I was treated very well and very respectfully.

I would store much higher but I booked this morning and haven’t had any confirmation so hoping we have booked ?!

The whole booking process qas done on-line with no difficulty Confirmation by e-mail with a pleasent welcome. This will be our second cruise with Ambassador.

Easy for even a non technical person like me to understand. Clear instructions to follow.
