Booking our trip was easy. We had decided on the cruise we wanted and were able to look at cabin options and decide the best ones for us. The price was very reasonable as there was an offer for the second person to go half price. Having been on an Ambassador cruise recently I look forward to travelling with them again.

Our booking was made online, so no real service required. The booking experience was fairly easy and straightforward.

We will only use ambassador as there staff are always friendly and make us feel welcome .

Helpful and informative

I am still waiting for a conformation email detailing my booking which should include the cabin number that I chose, the amount of the deposit and I paid, the balance and date that balance is due. I was not asked to choose which dinner seating I wanted and bed preference. I've been on Ambassadors website several times to access my booking and they ask for my email, I give it and they say check your email. Nothing comes. I've checked spam & junk folders as well, nothing!

Reasonably priced cruise, with half price drinks package. Website was easy to use. Have cruised with Ambassador before and have booked several more over the next 3 years.

Easy to book

Yes booking was fine although a couple things happened later. We booked a suite over the phone and had a choice of cabins. We asked which side port or starboard would be best and he recommended port. We also asked if this was a real suite with a separate lounge area and he indicated it was. However, after the booking we discovered the suite was really an extra large balcony and that from previous guest experiences, starboard was probably the better side of the ship. We phoned customer service and they changed the cabin for us to starboard. No problem. We should have done a bit more of our own research before booking.

I booked my cruise online and it was all very easy to navigate. This is not our first cruise with Ambassador and we keep returning because the service is exemplary and love the ships

We needed to sort out our on line booking with the company as they had difficulty with sending my paper booking information through on line Pleased to say this was dealt with in a very professional way

Well, the recent cruise I went on, didn't work due to very bad weather in Northern Norway... which was a bit disappointing. However, the captain made the absolute best decision, and the travel reps worked overtime to schedule a new itinerary at short notice!! So instead of going up the Northern coast of Norway, we instead sheltered in Oslo, and did a trip up and down the fjords of Norway, Sweden and Denmark - and visited Northern Germany..Which I thoroughly enjoyed!!😁 All I can say us thank you for a loverly cruise! So much so, I've booked another one...to the Caribbean next year!!

Booked via APP. Straightforward. I liked the ability to choose a cabin. I also thought the drinks and gratuities package for £99 for 13 days was good.

Simple to book online with choice of cabins listed too. Looking forward to our 2nd Baltic adventure with Ambassador Cruise Line.
