A cruise we interested in showed sold out, so i requested to be on a waiting list, a few weeks later i noticed it wasnt sold out, so why was i not notified?

Not very clear as to what you can and can’t do at the point of booking and still unable to book parking We abe travelled with many cruise lines but this has been the least straight forward.

very confusing the price on the web,was £800.00 less than I paid. every thing was extra.A complete disaster. After phoning no won could explain the reason why. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES.
