As always excellent service, faultless. Have used Ambassador on several occasions without any problems. Customer Services very good. We enjoy Ambassador ships and all aspects of on board services and delivery. We cannot wait for our next cruise on Ambition in 2026.

Emma has booked me a couple of holidays last year and this year. Others have also booked me in (but don't know names). They could not be more helpful. I have found everyone to be courteous professional and kind. Booking on the telephone and onboard. I will be booking a few more holidaysthis year. Hopefully I will have the pleasure of doing my bookings with Emma. Emma goes above and beyond! Looking forward to my 15 nights on Ambition in February. A first for me on Ambition! Thank you!

The information I wanted was provided clearly and succinctly. I was able to pose questions which were dealt with quickly and clearly. The member of staff dealt with my queries and any uncertainties with patience, and explained with more detail when required.

We've had some great cruises with ambassador and looking forward to our back to back cruises from Liverpool in May,a no brainer to book again with you a bit nervous about train from Liverpool then a coach to Tilbury but we will give it a go.

Once cruise selected, the online booking system was clear, concise and straightforward. No worries whatsoever.

Really disappointed that half price drinks Package did not apply at time of booking on 29th November. Less than 2 weeks later it was offered but when I contacted Ambassador to add it to my booking I was told I was unable to. I would have to cancel my original booking at a cost of £200 per person and re-book again. Just disappointed that I wasn’t even advised that the deal was due to come out.

The actual booking process was clear and straightforward. Selecting a deck, then cabin, was easy. Had a bit of trouble making an account after the booking so we could manage the trip, but we are all set up now. Overall, very happy.

Easy to book. Website well laid out and a good range of cruises to choose from. Have sailed with Ambassador 3 times and have always had great service. crew and staff are always friendly and approachable. Great value for money.

The booking experience was quite straightforward however, the need to put personal information regarding name, date of birth, address etc several times over was, I felt, unnecessary.

I initially made enquiries about the cruise and was given informed answers to all my questions. My wife and I reflected on what we had been told (which was all good) so I then went online to make the booking. I was impressed by the simplicity of the booking system - thank you.

Once booked it is ok Tried to book 2 months earlier , website stated fully booked! Went back onto website in December , now available ????

Reasonable

Louise who was at the end of the phone at the Ambassador booking line was excellent at answering our questions and phoning us back when we needed more details. We’ve ended up with just what we were looking for.
