It is on a par with everything else about this brand - excellent. We had our first cruise with Ambassador (and first cruise ever) this June to Iceland. My wife and I absolutely loved everything about it and have booked 3 more, including one for my grown up children as well to celebrate my retirement.

Booking staff were very kind and patient, supporting me through my first ever time of booking a cruise.

I found the process of booking and going through the process has been a positive experience and when I have called customer service team it’s been sorted out with a professional and friendly person, overall a great experience.

Our cabin man couldn't do enough for us. The staff were smiling, always said hello and were helpful. The reception staff saw to any queries immediately

This is our 2nd booking with Ambassador and we are planning a 3rd. The online booking process is simple and gives all the info you need - and once booked, you get access to an online portal so you can book parking, excursions etc.

Local departure. Excellent service from all crew. Food and entertainment were very good and catered for different dietary needs. Varied programme of activities on throughout the day We disembarked ourselves and it would have been helpful to know what time the 1st shuttle bus to car park was.

My only complaint is that when I phoned Ambassador a recorded message said my waiting time would be less than 3 minutes. In fact I was on hold for 32 minutes!! However, once my call was answered everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Service very good - the staff couldn’t do enough for our 92 year old relative. Just found the walk from the ship to the end of the port really long and no wheelchair available for said relative.

I recieved excellent service its first time cruising and being disabled I was uncertain of a few things but any worries I had were soon sorted with the guy I spoke with on phone when booking

Unhappy that the discount offered on the iPhone post blocked my booking by asking me to state a port when no port box existed. Attempted then to book on my laptop where no discount was offered. I reckon this may be sharp practice and the first time I have considered other cruise companies. I have enjoyed all the Ambassador holidays until the last one when a huge party from America changed the friendly atmosphere on board Ambience. I might start shopping around in future.

So easy to book online....have been on a few of ambassador both Ambience and Ambition lovely ships and the whole journey is wonderful and you will have to go a long way to find better staff. You can't beat Ambassador.....the prices so affordable.....
