Very good service. Great to talk to a real person rather than a chatbot, or to book online. This way a very helpful lady answered all our questions knowledgably so we were able to book there and then. We got a good deal too! Looking forward to our first cruise with you.

Very good but the website is a tad confusing. You have to have a couple of trial runs making your booking to get the hang of it. Also the website said all types of cabins were available to solos but when you went to choose it then said only one type was available, this just annoys people. As a previous customer I will say that the staff on board and the service is first class.

The service was excellent. Ruth was extremely helpful, efficient and professional. Also very organised and made changes to my original booking for me as I wished to move to an ocean view cabin without bunk beds for both cruises. I saw her on several occasions after making the booking and she was very friendly. I would like you to share this review with her.

I have just spent close to £9k for a cruise from Dundee only to find there is no parking at the port. I'm close to cancelling as I can't find secure parking and getting from Felixstowe to Dundee is not easy.

We love Ambassador cruise line. Booking is easy and once in the ship it truly is the warmest welcome at sea. It is quintessentially British and we like it that way
