As a solo traveller they are a very welcoming. Staff are excellent, super friendly. Food is good quality with plenty of choice.

Excellent service from a very attentive Ambassador reservations lady. Whole booking took around 15 minutes, deposit paid and information now logged into ‘my sailing’ account.

I was expecting paperwork yesterday because I wanted to sort out the insurance. I cancelled the booking because upon trying to book the cruise. The price I saw was tripled, according to the sales person, and the person on the phone was reluctant to give me full details of the price breakdown, I was going to have a suite but I would expect him to give a breakdown of the fees. I had to ask him if the price was so steep because of the single supplement and he answered yes and that was it. No explanation. The cruise I went on last year was for two weeks around the Mediterranean and I paid less

Both of the ladies to whom we spoke were very polite and keen to offer as much help as possible before we decided to make our booking. They were patient in answering our questions and made many good suggestions. We were very satisfied with the service.
