Good interaction, knowledge and shared experience

It was immaculate. Everyone was polite and friendly - service with a smile was definitely the order of the day. Nothing was too much trouble from the cleaning team to the food team to the waiting staff.

We have been on Ambassador before it was a great time we could not find any fault wit it the service was perfect the food was outstanding Entertainment was top notch we cannot wait to our next trip

The booking online easy. The only issue was with the cabin description. When booking it would be useful to know from the outset whether the cabins are two or four berth. This would save time choosing a cabin for a couple only to find it fitted out for four.Some people prefer not to have fold up beds on the wall..

Generally satisfactory, but I was surprised it took an hour from making the booking to when I received the Acknowledgment email.
