Easy to book

Fantastic friendly, staff on board, great entertainment, well thought menu's. Comfortable cabins with very efficient stewards. The only problem I've found is booking in advance on board, you seem to miss out on later on- line promotions, like free car parking, or free coach travel.

We received excellent service from absolutely each member of the crew, they were welcoming from the minute we stepped on board. We enjoyed it that much and have already booked our second cruise with them.

Have cruised with ambassador last Christmas. Have one booked for Caribbean next January and have just booked for Mediterranean in September 2028. I think this proves we are impressed with service on and off the ship.

I have had 6 holidays now with ambassador cannot fault them in anyway.

Haven’t been on cruise yet. Surprised have not had confirmation email so therefore can’t access our account. Tried to phone but got nowhere have emailed but still awaiting response.

Excellent service when booking. He was very patient and informative. We have done an Ambassador cruise before & found the staff on board and especially the food excellent. We love the idea we can begin our cruise from our local port. It makes such a difference.
