I received a brilliant service today, lady was very patient, polite, helpful, very friendly and full of knowledge. She explained everything and helped me through the full booking. Being a solo traveler my mind was put at ease even though I’ve traveled with them before. Just love it as you can actually speak to a person.

Booking -Had trouble initially booking on last night (9pm). Left message for someone to call me back, requested 9pm. Guest Services rang me, approx 10:00am, problem sorted. Have completed 1 cruise previously with Ambassador, on Ambition. Found staff very helpful. Same initial feeling this time

I haven’t made a booking recently. I did, however, call guest services and spoke to a surly and unhelpful young woman who had no interest in helping me.

All the staff are very nice and helpful the ship was very clean the food was first class the entertainment was very good the bars were waiter service again first class
