Very easy to book every thing that I wanted

Excellent. To the point and fast particularly patient with a very old solo passenger.

We had two gripes despite being satisfied with the final outcome. We booked. We received a further 10% discount. However we rang and pressed 1 for booking but received no reply. We therefore booked on line - successfully apart from entering Date of Birth. It would not allow us to correctly input our year of birth. The scroll down menu was stuck on 1940. We could not enter 1947 or 1949.

Everything was clear and easy to follow. The only negative was that we couldn't book our 4 required cabins for our group in one visit. We all had to book separately.

Customer service lady was extremely polite, she went through everything and made some suggestions for me and helped ensure img booking was exactly what I required. Wonderful experience
