Usually great but seemed like website kept going down mid booking/payment. In the end I wasn't 100% sure it had gone through and it took ages for the email confirmation to come through

Louise ,who I spoke to was extremely helpful and talked me through the booking procedures , as a 79 year old ,not very good on computers I found it very confusing, not sure I would ever consider doing it myself .

Exceptional service from the booking agent. We had many requests etc to ensure that we were linked bookings with friends who had booked a couple of days previous.

Sailing on Ambience i have always experienced high quality friendly service from all staff. Food is good and plentiful with often charming company in the restaurants. Entertainment good and the lectures interesting. Cabins are good and the crrw are very attentive. Organised trips are in general good and offer plenty of choice. All in all a positive experience

Have not sailed yet but bookung process was easy online. We had to change our cruise for personal reasons and this did get a little complicated but was sorted in the end. We are looking forward to our cruise.
