I actually booked this on line. I then had to add parking to my cruise. This took a while to speak to a operator. Being that the cruise was very busy with people trying to book. When I got through it was worth the wait parking booked no problem.

Not yet gone on the cruise but looking forward to it
Apart from the tickets going live at 9.10am instead of 9am, i found the whole booking process easy & straightforward. I haven't been on the cruise yet & as it's my first Ambasdador cruise i can't really say any more.

Booking disappointment
Couldn't book online as it wasn't working saying every cabin we tried to book that it wasn't available, tried for an hour with no luck. In the end we had to get a friend in the UK to phone and book us in. She got through straight away but all the inside cabins were gone and we ended up buying a sea view cabin, costing us around 400 pound each more. We later found out your webpage wasn't working correctly which is very disappointing
