Bit early to be asking for a rating as it’s 12 months before our first cruise. However we did book direct through the cruise line and found the process easy

The agent I spoke to was great. She gave me all the time I needed and took her time to explain all my options. I didn't book on my first call as I needed to check some details with others in my party, but when I rang back a little later she remembered me and what if been asking about.

Just booked our first Cruise with Ambassador for December. I did this on line. Found the website very easy to navigate. Can now sit back and look forward to it. . Will do another review when we’re back 👍
