Booking is straightforward online. Excellent customer service and assistance - I have booked three times with Ambassador and have always had a prompt response to any queries I have had, such as about car parking. Efficient and helpful assistance.

Book directly with ambassador good service from office, friendly cruise and happy staff, good entertainment, 7th cruise we have done have met some lovely people and enjoyed every one of them.

Easy to book a cruise Shame they don’t have cabins for solo cruise people, to make it cheaper.

Terrible. I booked online, paid in full and next day received a phone call telling me they had less cabins than they thought for sale and that my booking was invalid. They did refund me the money but it took a few days to arrive back in my account. My first time and my last time booking with them. No wonder they are so inexpensive, you pay for quality and they don't have any. I am out of pocket as have paid for insurance I no longer need and a cat sitter.

Rang the Guest Services line to add a second person to my booking. The call was answered within a minute and your operator Chloe was extremely helpful and dealt with everything I required very efficiently.

Booked on line which is reasonably straight forward this will be a 3rd or 4th cruise on Ambassador and we sailed many times with CMV. We prefer the smaller friendlier ships.

It was easy enough to book on line but I really had not thought of it as service, just a process.

The people we have spoken to have all been extremely friendly and helpful

First agent wasn’t very helpful and uninterested but the second one was on top form .

As always excellent service, faultless. Have used Ambassador on several occasions without any problems. Customer Services very good. We enjoy Ambassador ships and all aspects of on board services and delivery. We cannot wait for our next cruise on Ambition in 2026.

Emma has booked me a couple of holidays last year and this year. Others have also booked me in (but don't know names). They could not be more helpful. I have found everyone to be courteous professional and kind. Booking on the telephone and onboard. I will be booking a few more holidaysthis year. Hopefully I will have the pleasure of doing my bookings with Emma. Emma goes above and beyond! Looking forward to my 15 nights on Ambition in February. A first for me on Ambition! Thank you!

The information I wanted was provided clearly and succinctly. I was able to pose questions which were dealt with quickly and clearly. The member of staff dealt with my queries and any uncertainties with patience, and explained with more detail when required.

We've had some great cruises with ambassador and looking forward to our back to back cruises from Liverpool in May,a no brainer to book again with you a bit nervous about train from Liverpool then a coach to Tilbury but we will give it a go.

Once cruise selected, the online booking system was clear, concise and straightforward. No worries whatsoever.

Really disappointed that half price drinks Package did not apply at time of booking on 29th November. Less than 2 weeks later it was offered but when I contacted Ambassador to add it to my booking I was told I was unable to. I would have to cancel my original booking at a cost of £200 per person and re-book again. Just disappointed that I wasn’t even advised that the deal was due to come out.
