cruises are great but telephone service is terrible.I have wasted over half an hour trying to book car parking and still not connected.This really lets you down and id putting me opff travelling with you again which is a great shame

We wanted to book a double and a single cabin for a party of three people in close proximity which George was able to provide at an acceptable cost.

Following previous enjoyable cruise recently we had no hesitation in booking again. The personal call to Ambassador gave a lot of confidence and without any hitches we booked - with a big thank you to George who took my call

The call was answered fairly quickly, I was able to book a cabin of my choosing, I wasn't upsold anything I didn't want. Quick and efficient service and problems with booking over the internet were acknowledged and resolved. I was able to add a discount code too.

Haven't sailed with them yet, but the booking process was smooth and easy. So far so good.
