The new site is quite easy to navigate. The future cruises are now in date order. One previous cruise is missing though.

When I phoned to clarify some queries I had prior to booking, the lady to whom I spoke (Michelle) was extremely helpful, not at all pushy, had answers to all my queries and didn't make me feel hurried at any time.

I went to the Ambassador website, I chose our cruise, I chose our cabin, I paid our deposit, I signed up for an online account to pay the balance. I received an email from Ambassador welcoming me. The next day I was asked for feedback.....a bit soon as the cruise is nearly two years away!

Relatively easy site too navigate, but if there are any problems, help is just a telephone call away… Parking at the London Cruise Terminal Is very convenient, with easy embarkation and disembarkation…

I found it very easy to navigate the website and make an online booking. This is my first time booking a cruise with Ambassador so can only comment at this stage on the booking process.

Very informative. Staff who booked our cruise knew exactly what we wanted.and she delivered. It was an on-board booking so everything was face to face. The staff member was very positive and cheerful in her attitude.

Very easy to assess options and book cruise. Ship plan is very useful.
