The booking team were very prompt to reply per email. They answered all our questions quickly and were able to help us with the booking as we have a slightly unusual arrangement. The only thing is that the team said they would call us to take the deposit, they must have forgotten as we had to call them but it's easily done.

Great phone service in advance of booking. Online booking worked very well

Booking easy and well-organised, but paying the balance was a shambles. The card payment was automated 4 times it failed each time. The payment was taken manually and it worked. I then had an email with a statement showing I owed the balance. I am a regular cruiser but this is the first cruise with Ambassador unless things improve it will be my last

Extremely good the lady who I believe is called Sherralee was extremely helpful and patient when we rang to book. Nothing was too much trouble and she managed to help us complete our booking quickly and efficiently.

From all my research Ambassador are for me, child free and smaller ships, not a floating fairground like some. I've have just made my first booking and it was really easy to do. Love the idea of cruising without having to get on a plane first.
