Have sailed with them several times, brilliant and all staff happy and can't do enough for you, have booked another cruise and will be taking a small suitcase sized mobility scooter with us for day trips. Other cruise lines said no all accessible rooms booked, so looking forward to our trip in March.

Booking on line was easy, but didn't realise I had to create an account to choose dinner time, share with another cabin etc. Perhaps make that clearer to first time cruisers

The waitingtime was some minutes. The first three consultants could not do anything with my problem. The last consultants fixed it in an instant.

I booked on line so had no contact with the booking staff. My only gripe is that solo price is almost as much as the double occupancy price. Ambassador is always my first choice.

Excellent service friendly staff good food and plenty variety

We enjoyed our first ever cruise on a smaller ship, with lovely staff, good food and entertainment and a clean comfortable cabin.

It is on a par with everything else about this brand - excellent. We had our first cruise with Ambassador (and first cruise ever) this June to Iceland. My wife and I absolutely loved everything about it and have booked 3 more, including one for my grown up children as well to celebrate my retirement.

Booking staff were very kind and patient, supporting me through my first ever time of booking a cruise.

I found the process of booking and going through the process has been a positive experience and when I have called customer service team it’s been sorted out with a professional and friendly person, overall a great experience.

Our cabin man couldn't do enough for us. The staff were smiling, always said hello and were helpful. The reception staff saw to any queries immediately

This is our 2nd booking with Ambassador and we are planning a 3rd. The online booking process is simple and gives all the info you need - and once booked, you get access to an online portal so you can book parking, excursions etc.
