Easy to book but no response from email ( twice) with queries I had . Difficult to reach by phone, long waiting times. I have travelled with this company twice before ( once as CMV) and feel customer service was better on previous bookings.

Very happy, in fact we have booked another cruise with you. Our friends who were also on that trip.have also booked again. We live in a retirement village run by Inspired villages and are recommending Ambassador to our neighbours.

My niece had already booked this cruise. She asked if I would like to join them. She then proceeded to make a booking for me. I found it a very easy process and was booked.

From booking a cruise right through to the experience on board all is very good. The staff are courteous, polite and helpful. The standard of cabins, meals, bars and shows excellent and very good value for money. The embarkation and disembarkation is very efficient.

We found the cruise we wanted from Dundee but whether it was just me I don't know but I found the booking process time-consuming and troublesome. Still, done in the end.

helpful, nothing too much trouble. Very approachable. Also looked up the bureaucratic rules on renewing passports where 'Expiry Date' is not that after all, You need to go by the earlier Issue Date, and then calculate so many months (6 or 10?) and be back before that date !!! If i'd not received this advice, I'd have been caught out like so many people are, and arrived at the port of departure only to find out I could not travel. I mention this, as it's so, so important not to use logic these days! And I now am heading off to the Canary Islands. in February on the lovely ship Ambition.

We booked by phone and we spoke to Audra. We explained we haven’t been on a cruise before and really needed a lot of advice. We needn’t have worried, Audra explained everything from beginning to end very clearly and in an understandable way, every question was dealt with so kindly, nothing was too much trouble.

Have not yet embarked on our cruise but to date all communication has been great my only issue has been the length of time one has to wait to speak with someone.
