Even though there was a worrying episode when I wanted to pay the deposit for my recently booked Ambassador cruise, the staff managed the problem with a caring and professional attitude.

Love the fact that it is small friendly ships sailing from my home port of dundee

Excellent and easy and very professional

Booking the same quality as on board. AMBITION 10 short Cruises from Portbury & 2 booked for 2027. Even though same ones offered each year (Iceland, Norway, France & Spain. 2 long ones on Ambience Canada & Caribbean, two booked this year 42 nights. Excellent value. I Am loyal to Ambassador but there is absolutely no advantage as I get absolutely no preferencial treatment. Have know many Management & crew since Cruise & Maritime days pre covid. In those days had 2 x 78 nights from Avonmouth. South America, Africa & India & Cuba. Next year Ambassador is dropping Bristol as they did with Falmouth thus year. Welcomed by name by everyone on board & Audra on HQ bookings but no loyalty from Management for loyal passenger.

Price match . Website advises to contact sales , sales say contact guest services. Website says you'll get an answer in 72 hours, 6 days later still no response.

Good service

Due to unexpectedly being put on an NHS waiting list, i wanted to avail myself of the option offered by Ambassador to change to an alternative cruise at a later date. This was handled quickly and efficiently by Amy during a phone call to guest services who dealt with me in a calm and reassuring manner.

Easy booking system,took only a few minutes,have used them before,consistently good.

Third trip booked with Ambassador, quite frankly they are the best company on the severn seas, everyone is so nice and very helpful, Ambassador sets the standard that all cruise lines should aspire to reach.
