Excellent service, great food, good value for money. Will defiantly travel again with Ambassador. The loading & un loading at Tilbury was very slick & trouble free.

Unfortunately our booking details did not give a breakdown of what was included in the price. It was our first time booking a cruise and was worried that when we were on board we would not know if we were covered. Next we took several weeks to finally find someone to help us. We got a verbal breakdown but no email confirming this, so still no proof.. my figures showed a £320 difference. Apparently this covered gratuities. We had not realised gratuities would be so expensive! We are in our eighties , so maybe we are too old. It is a really big thing for us and we are so excited. Disappointed that we did not have free parking, even though on my first enquiry it included this, so a shock when later it did not include this! However, we get married in Sept so it’s like a honeymoon for us. So, we are still excited. You do not have to put this out as a review as it is partly my fault for not being able to get in touch earlier was the start of the problem. The following score will hopefully turn into a 10!

Excellent. Great value for money. No hidden extras, even down to the free port parking. Great on board hospitality, food options and entertainment.

Very good service today when I needed to change my cruise. Lovely customer service advisor and all sorted very quickly.

VERY EASY ON LINE BOOKING

After a disappointing start trigged by Ambassador cancelling our cruise by email (which I took yo being a scam!) I had an uphill struggle to identify and book an alternative. Your saving grace came in the simpathetic guise of your customer service rep who guided me through the tortuous unfriendly computer based interface. If only you had more , friendly, customer focussed, staff IAM-436555

Ambassador are great. Totally recommend. Crew seem genuinely happy and pleased to be there. Ships really clean and well run. Food and cabins excellent.

Great website clear plenty of information regarding the cruise and excursions. Easy to book and update our planned holiday .. Also sailing from Belfast so no need to fly.

The service from the agents was exceptionally good. My wife has accessible challenges and these were dealt with in a very caring manner. Thank you Ambassador for your support.

Very helpful and polite

Booked a new cruise while on board. Assistance from Future Cruises member Ruth was brilliant. She took time to make sure I had exactly the right cabin in the right psoition and was so friendly throughout.

Booking is very easy, phone answered promptly, but try guest services a different story, nobody answers the phone a score of 1 maximum. you need to employ people to answer the phone!!!!
