Excellent service by phone, having looked at online system (still good but I am old fashioned). All dealt with, queries answered. Hope cruise is as good as this year's

Great service, friendly and helpful staff, lovely ship

This was one of the friendlist cruises I have ever been on. The crew, officers, clients, infact everyone were fantastic. The entertainment (particularly Alex the opera singer) were suburb and infact equaled the west end.

It ws very easy to use and booking on line.

I have done several cruises with ambassador ambience the service is excellent food is excellent and the cabin cleaning staff are always smiling and polite never a problem the only find hard is to try and book a solo cruise, I always travel with my daughter but I would love to do one on my own. Will be of on the 31 August second cruise this year.

I have just booked for October and it's my first time cruising with Ambassador. I am awaiting a confirmation e-mail so I can use my Booking Number to access my account. Looking forward to it and will have more to review after the event.

It is very easy to book online. Lovely ship and Tilbury is very easy to get to from home.

Very good so far as I have already had a couple of queries

Was unable to book car parking facilities during the booking process or on the app. Waiting for customer services to respond to my email. Disappointed with the number of singe cabins on offer.
