Been with a lot of times including the world cruise

very good. no more to say, this "service" is only window dressing I cannot comment further untill I have tried the product.

Kerry was most helpful and patient in assisting us to choose the cruise that suited us best.

Caroline was friendly, helpful and efficient. We had seen the cruise online and the pricing etc., the online details were extremely good however we prefer to book through your reservations.

Easy to book. Excellent and fast, unloading luggage, car parking and entrance to port, very efficient, was on board very quickly. Service in restaurant was friendly and attentive. Shows wonderful, already rebooted.

Excellent service in all areas

The online form was simple to fill in and the customer service was amazing. I needed to phone for help on the car parking which hadn't come up on the receipt or booking form and the call was answered promptly and politely to my satisfaction

The instructions were easy to follow to book online, we felt at ease going through all the choices. Ambassador have been very good and have kept us informed with any new updates .

Wauting for replue re cancellation refund or credit i was diagnised out of the blue less than 24 hrs of bookung with leukaemia so cannot trzvel

Quick and easy to use.

I booked our first cruise with Ambassador online and subsequently realised I had booked the wrong cabin. I phoned the following day and the lady who dealt with me was absolutely fantastic. Fortunately there was one cabin available of the type we wanted so she booked it straight away for us and I paid a small additional amount. The revised confirmation email came through immediately so all in all a fantastic service received.

On booking the lady was really helpful & very friendly the best service I have had as I have done three previous cruises with Ambassador on Ambience.
