First Cruise booked
Firstly, as this was a huge group booking where many members were all trying to book at the same time, it meant the website crashed and the phone lines suffered similarly. After 40 mins or so the situation was rectified. The booking therefore was quite stressful which I wouldn’t think would happen normally.
Having made a couple of errors when booking online I phoned the team next day. The lady I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful and understanding and was able to sort my mistakes for me.
She totally restored my confidence in booking my very first cruise and I am now looking forward to a wonderful time on board with friendly staff and of course passengers.

Easy booking process
Very efficient and precise instructions how to make a group booking.
I was totally ignorant as to the process of booking for multiple people, with varying selections of cabins and price brackets. Alan was very helpful and guided me through it. Always available and willing to please. I’m now confident I can answer any enquiries from my Group members regarding their cruise booking.

Providing you knew exactly what you wanted the system went very smoothly.
There was some confusion because the booklet for 2027 January sailings was incorrect in terms of itinery and therefore for quite a long time we were talking at cross purposes. It was sorted out in time. The other issue was the telephone line dropped off and it took ages to get back to talk to someone. Generally the staff were very helpful.
I needed to add something to the order and I had to wait 40 minutes on the phone before someone came free in customer services (the automated person was hopeless)

Difficult to book
Phone line constantly busy and cut off after 10 minutes. Web site not working due to error. Eventually worked but cabins marked as available actually weren’t.

Simple and straightforward booking process
Went onto the booking website and easily booked exactly what I wanted with no issues.
Logged into my account and was able to check and confirm everything was correct. Can see that making payments is a straightforward process.
Hopefully updating passport details and booking excursions is equally as simple.

I’ve only booked so far but this was a fairly straightforward process and the agent I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful.
She explained everything clearly and paused or repeated anything I needed whilst I was taking notes. She explained I’d get an email for me then to check and confirm my booking.

Fast efficient service
I rang to book an extra cabin on a cruise I was already booked and to link the bookings so we could all sit on the same table. I could not fault the service I spoke to Kerry and she was friendly, helpful and efficient and made the whole process very easy
