Booking was easy enough, but it would be helpful to have more information regarding details of passengers' protocols when on board. I had to go to AI to find more information.

Done on-line so very easy. No problems. I have sailed with Ambassador before and am aware of the high standards to expect. I am really looking forward to sailing again but can only depart from Avonmouth, as my wife has a mobility problem and I no longer drive.

They are quick efficient and polite,and nothing is ever a bother.and are very good at keeping you in the loop.

Service from staff in all areas was excellent, food was good and the entertainment was excellent. First cruise for my sister and she loved it.

Very prompt picking up. Helpful in dealing with a card difficulty, held the booking while a security issue with the card was resolved.

We booked the cruise on line and followed the instructions from start to finish, the booking format is easy to follow so we did not have the need to speak directly with the booking staff.

Constantly beig emailed. Water policy on total spend with drinks etc is awful. Bit like Ryanair. No mention about drinking water in cabin. Trips far more expensive that booking direct and then train booked exclusively for ambassador on the day in Port. Not even gone yet and stuck with it.

Booked on line and given plenty of time to work through the booking process. I had a query about the booking so contacted Customer Services who very patiently answered my query, explaining the answer succinctly without jargon. Impressed with on line booking and Customer Service. A huge plus was phone was answered quickly without having to listen to monotonous tinny music. Very good first impression of Ambassador Cruise Line as first time travelling with them.
