everything was sup web and the staff excellent,,However you could make better use of the coloured pool area as it is is a waste of space...it could be opened on either side and after laying the floor putting many chairs on it to avoid the overuse on the main deck..

Spoke with two staff members.One was very good and helpful.The second one less so and seemed to do the minimum requirement-maybe he had had a long day.

We found the booking on the whole easy but confused regarding the £50 each for seats on the plane, especially as it didn't indicate any price for the return. We therefore telephoned Ambassador who assured us this was for coming back to. Still not sure why we had to pay for seats.

Good website and easy to book our selected cruise online. Confirmation by email received straight away following booking.
