Very easy to book on line. Easy to see deck plan and relatable to the booking process. Easy to understand drinks and gratuities package. Have been with Ambassador before and was pleased there is another destination that we can go to.

I called to book a cruise at 09.00 but the cruise hadn’t loaded on their system yet. I was told that I would get a call back as soon as it loaded. Within 5 mins I got that return call and got my cruise booked

Absolutely brilliant spoke to Emma, really pleasant friendly young lady yet professional at all times. Thankyou so much. My partner and I just love Ambassador , always like to be on Ambience and we have succeeded once again with help from Emma. We asked to be on a particular waiters table as always and she has put in that request for us. Staff off the ship are as good as those on.

Excellent and very easy on line booking. I could choose my own cabin which I liked.

The booking process was straight forward. We’ve only been on 2 cruises previously, both with ANOther so we can’t really give you any other feedback. We were attracted by the availability of Bristol as the start and finish. We are hoping we won’t be disappointed.
