I booked my cruise entirly on my tablet and found it very easy to follow each step to book my cruise.

Ticked box for nectar points and correct number entered but bizarrely no points added and told cannot have these retrospectively unlike in stores. I recommend booking via nectar app in future as hopefully this might overcome the fault in your system

The service was second to none. I was on board during the norovirus outbreak and all the crew worked their socks off to keep us as safe as possible. Without exception they were all wonderful. My cabin steward was amazing and during the four weeks on board my cabin was always spotless and well maintained. The waiters all do an amazing job and always with a smile. There are so many workers behind the scenes that we never see who all do a fantastic job in keeping everything running smoothly.

I cannot tell you about the service as I have not experienced it yet.. The website is not bad as it was easy to negotiate.

appallingly `high handed` / unsympathetic / jumping to wrong conclusions / failed to add on `Airport Assistance` to the reinstated Booking and I was kept on hold for 1hr 32mins 38secs without `pick up` - suggest you put in more phone lines and employ more staff.....or was i actually being black balled because of earlier problems as above stated ? I needed to know the Airport Assistance HAD been put on to my booking back to Manchester, have finally today spoken to someone live who says she will get it put on - living in hopes this will actually get donel. The Ships and Ship staff are GOOD - had been on a very enjoyable Northern Lights cruise previously, just do NOT now recommend the direct e-mail and telephone booking systems !!

A very good ship and helpful crew

Staff are lovely, especially the phillipino staff. So gracious and personable, coupled with they work so hard. Ambassador has everything you would want in a cruise, busy if you want to be busy or restful if that is your way. Could do with more communication at disembarkation though. There were huge gaps in between groups disembarking which could have been handled better.

Excellent help above and beyond. I had trouble with the online booking so system so I contacted by phone and couldn’t have received a better service. I even expressed my difficulty with getting to Tilbury for my second cruise in January and was assisted in obtaining a place on ambassadors new coach travel to and back from Tilbury.

Booking online was relatively easy to follow. We found the deck plans when selecting a cabin were quite small. We tried to call customer services the following day and were told by a digital service that our call would be answered in 3 minutes - after 30 minutes we hung up. This happened 3 times. We haven't experienced that level of service from other cruise companies that we have sailed with.

Always very friendly & helpful whenever you call sales or guest services. Have been on quite a few cruises booking direct & feel like a valued customer. Ships and crew are also great.

Easy to book on line

Booked over the phone on a Sunday. Both ladies I dealt with ( Caroline & Sherilee) most polite & very helpful.

I received a call back quickly when a question came up.

Booking online was a straightforward and easy process. I was kept informed throughout, and guided after booking towards information required and options available. Bodes well for our first cruise with Ambassador, which we are very much looking forward to! Thank you.
