Had already booked a trip on Ambition and wanted to also try Ambience, one of the bloggers we watch was doing a trip up to the top of Norway to try and catch the northern lights so I checked if the same or similar was running in 27. It was, so I found it to be a good deal and followed the well laid out online booking procedure. Now, just have to wait till 2027...

Booking was ok but irritating that I had to keep looking at available cabins and using a different tab to see where cabins are on the map Not clear on what’s included and ambassador rates confusing. I want to upgrade from a balcony room to suite - tried phoning, waited 25 mins on hold so have up and sent email. That was 4 days ago and no response yet - pretty poor

Kerry was just the best. She went above and beyond to help with our booking. She took time to help with flights, cabins and everything connected with our cruise. Cannot thank her enough.

It was very easy to book online and there was a great range of cruises to choose from. I am a solo traveller and this is the first time I’ve been able to book online, when I’ve booked with other cruise lines I’ve had to call customer service.

Excellent knowledgeable service from Ambassador telephone advisor Caroline. This will be my first cruise with Ambassador and Caroline was able and willing to answer my numerous questions.

We wanted to book 2 cabins, one for ourselves and one for our friend who needed a solo cabin. This turned out to be impossible to do online! When we’d gone through the booking process online to for own cabin, we expected to be asked “Do you want to book another cabin?” But no, it took us straight to the payment section. So we had to resort to phoning Ambassador and I must say that the lady we spoke to was absolutely fantastic. She confirmed that it’s not possible to book more than one cabin online but she made the telephone booking so easy. We won’t try booking online in the future now that we know the telephone booking service is so good. This is probably something Ambassador don’t want to hear! 🥴

Cannot fault anything, the food was excellent ,the drinks were top notch and the all round service in every department was terrific

Very friendly service from Kerry. She patiently answered all my questions as this will be my first cruise. She was reassuring and gave me all the information I needed. I am really excited to go on my first cruise now.

Better than expected

Due to unforeseen circumstances it was necessary to change our booking for Treasures of the British Isles from the May 26 cruise to the August 26 one. The person I spoke to was very understanding and helpful and within minutes had found us a cabin only 2 cabins away from our original booking and explained the booking transfer costs and process to me. I was anxious about making this call as I did not want to be a nuisance but she understood my reasons and made it all very stress free.
