Spoke to a lady called Kerry who was extremely helpful with all aspects of our booking. Went through everything with me and I asked for time to speak to my husband about it all. I rang her back but she was with another client but rang me back very quickly.

The service on line was fine. But I attempted to book my cruise originally by phone and am very annoyed by the woman I spoke to! In fact I very nearly didn't bother booking a cruise. I had a specific cruise in mind, but the person quoted a price much higher than the catalogue price, when I told her I had thought the price was a lot lower plus I had a 15% discount code, she came back and then quoted me £2349 explaining that there were various taxes, etc above the prices I had previously been looking at. I said okay, but then she asked for my bank details. She assumed I was going to pay in fulI, I told her I just wanted to pay a deposit for now, and she asked how much did I have in mind. By this point I felt she was too pushy, and I was uncomfortable with her attitude, and I put the phone down on her, which is something I don't like doing. I then went on line and booked my cruise for £1835! More than £500 less! This is for a single person in a single cabin. This woman is no asset to Ambassador. She spoke very quickly, I had to say pardon a few times because I couldn't always make out what she was saying, she told lies, and she came close to scamming me. I will always advise people to go on line and not phone to book after this experience.

Whilst the booking seemed easy on line I was meant to be able to choose 1st or 2nd dining - There was nothing to enable me to do this.
