The sales staff that I contacted were very polite and answered all questions very well I was recommended to book via an operator as having multiple rooms. During this process we omitted to use a promotion code,(If booking online you are prompted to use promotion codes)However this is not the case with the telephone sales team. Customer services could not help after the booking was made. I hope that after the cruise I will be able to increase this score

The waiters at the table in the restaurant and in the bars couldn't do enough for me. The cabin boy was very efficient and friendly. The captain was very approachable.

I didn’t have to wait too long before I spoke to someone.. I knew I was late in booking a cabin on this particular cruise . I also knew what I wanted and because of my requirements she recommended another sty,e of cabin . Very helpful . I finished the call knowing I could happily contact her again if I had any queries.

I called and asked for a call back according to their protocal when busy. When the call came it wasn't possible for me to deal with it then so I asked that they call again.. They didn't I wanted to book suite and had questions. There were no suited showing available on their site. I asked for someone to let me know if the situation changed as I know reservations come in and lapse. No one ever called. As I was checking the on line availability regularly and then one day there was availablity for a suite so I booked it. I had really wanted a deluxe two room suite but still none were available. I noted there was an upgrade channel. Te system said my booking wasn't eligeable. Then after having booked and paid for my suite, I get an email asking if I want to bid for an upgrade. I authorised my debit card for the £1,000 I bid and await any news.
