We found the booking on the whole easy but confused regarding the £50 each for seats on the plane, especially as it didn't indicate any price for the return. We therefore telephoned Ambassador who assured us this was for coming back to. Still not sure why we had to pay for seats.

Good website and easy to book our selected cruise online. Confirmation by email received straight away following booking.

It was smooth and quick They covered the main points I felt it easy to book with them You may need to e mail them if you have extra discounts such as 5 % with a rail card as the main site did not allow for this But it should be fine

Fairly easy to book on website but unfortunately missed 10% off deal and 25% spend on internal cabin as was concentrating on booking so forgot!

Easy to use and book. As I only live within 3 miles of where this Company/Ship is docked, it makes it the only cruise destination I would go from.

Very difficult to book, demand was not considered , cut of 7 times via phone and online booking crashed, a stressful experience,, but got there in the end.
