Good service,very helpful. Knew a lot about the cruise.

We had a problem after initial booking and emailed guest services. We received a reply and resolution within a few hours. We were very impressed with the service after the problems we had initially.

Long wait for the the phone to be answered but then very efficient once I was speaking to someone

Call centre staff were very helpful. Website booking was ridiculous in not allowing you to book 2 cabins. I had to book one, then go back onto the website to book the second and hope the cabin I wanted had not been taken.

I didn’t have to wait very long for my call to be answered. Adding two people to a booking today was quick and simple.

Excellent efficiency and ran through a new booking with ease. All points covered. Wouldn’t hesitate to rebook again.

Have received no confirmation what so ever?????? Booked online tried to set ip an account which states I need to verify my email and absolutely nothing, zilch, zero come through despite 10 attempts resend

I had a problem with booking the car park in "My Ambassador ". I dropped a line to Ambassador via Facebook, which was replied to in about an hour. Once I responded with car details, it was resolved in minutes. Brilliant service.

Very nice cruise line. Ship very clean & all staff very friendly. Bathrooms a bit on the small side but adequate. Main dining room excellent Borough market on the small side & very busy making it hard to find a table at times Overall though would definately use Ambassador again, good value for money
