Did not address our issue. 24 hours after receiving our booking the cruise was reduced by a further 10%. We know prices fluctuate but within 24 hours of booking!!! Apparently there is no price promise or grace period so Ambassadors response is ‘tough’ this happens all cruise lines do this. From our experience all cruise lines don’t do this. So our advice is be careful about their marketing and price offers they may not be their lowest price.

We telephoned Ambassador & spoke to Mark with a few Qs we had, Mark was extremely helpful & we did not feel under any pressure at all to book. At a later stage we booked online. We decided to book online as it was late & customer service was closed & we needed to meet a deadline date for a particular offers available. Quite straightforward.

My nectar card not taken into account and second passenger name incorrectly shown on invoice even though I spelled it out when booking on phone. Phoned next morning to get it sorted. Name corrected but Nectar card disregarded as “Too late” so I missed out on my Bectar points. A pretty poor show Ambassador. I’m shocked. Ambassador have always been obliging in the past.

Fantastic cruise with Ambassador. Excellent service from start to finish. Food, activities and entertainment where amazing. Would highly recommend and will be returning. Huge shout out to Anam and Tiger for their excellent service in the main dining restaurant.

Friendly staff but very difficult to contact on phone

The on line booking system was very easy to use and navigate. I have been on many cruises but not Ambassador and so comparing it with other cruise lines the system was user friendly.
