The service was good, very informative which covered all aspects and questions and details we wanted to know about and all delivered ina very friendly manner. Deciding what options we wanted and what the package we booked included was a smooth process, as was the actual booking itself - speaking to such a good rep is infinitely better than booking online.

Polite and efficient and friendly

I had major passport issues (as in, up until less than 48 hours before my cruise was meant to depart, my new passport had not shown up). I asked if I could possible rebook, and not only could I, but Mia in guest services was so incredibly helpful and patient as I went back and forth on different cruises and price points. Her responses were almost immediate. the attention that I was given was beyond exceptional. Thank you!

This is one of many booking I have made for an Ambassador cruise. This time it was for myself and three friends. The booking was made very easily by the helpful and knowledgeable manner of the booking agent. She talked us through each stage and we had quickly booked our cruise. Looking forward to the cruise now.
