As it's all done online it is difficult to describe service as all you do is tick boxes.

Booked online very easy process have booked a cruise to places that I have not visited before it was reasonably priced and the bonus is sailing from Liverpool.

Self booking but fine for us as we’ve sailed on Ambition before and felt confident about our choices. We look for local ports and new places to visit. This cruise fulfills that.

I found the experience from when I arrived at the terminal to getting sorted to getting on board to sorting our cabin the restaurant and facilities of the highest quality staff extremely helpful and friendly would always recommend Ambassador I always point out the advertising at the London stadium as I attend on a regular basis well done to everyone who work for ambassador
