The customer service agent who answered our call couldn't have been more helpful. This will be our first ever cruise and we had been researching Ambassador Cruises extensively, visited the website and also had one of the brochures. Julie, (i think that was her name..?) was able to add much more detail to everything we had seen and read and reassured us on many aspects of cruising and especially the Ambassador experience. We are greatly looking forward to our Norwegian "Autumn Fjordland" cruise in September and hope that the experience is all that we are hoping for!

I followed the website's instructions and thought I had book a holiday for this September. When the reply game it said it was for 2027. Their website and guest services are very poor.

Not very good. emails could not be sent from booking rep. Ask for drinks package prices to be sent over but was told ill tell you now over the phone.not very helpful at all

He was patient and answered some questions but not all. No personality or chat. For me it’s an exciting time to be booking a cruise but for him it was just a job. I got the impression he was bluffing as didn’t know the answer or offer to find out. He did however ring my friend as requested about a further booking.

We like the size of the ships and the Tilbury port, combined with its destinations

IT was hard to book we had to pay x 3 before it finally went through. We had to get codes from bank and authorise in app. All were ok but no money was taken.

I booked Ambassador Cruise Line because of their helpfulness of making you got all documents you need to travel is ready, or if you any difficulty, they will advise you what to do and how. Pleasant Staffs and very patient staff, making sure diuretic meal are prepared properly and the dining service are excellent waiter's are patient and helpful

Very easy to book and even when I had made a mistake it was easy to speak to an actual person to rectify.

Website easy to negotiate, booking easy and straightforward, and communication excellent. Just back and crew are a credit to Ambassador, cheerful, polite and helpful. Food very good and varied. Entertainment very enjoyable, I especially enjoyed theatre@sea as something different

Once I got through the service was very good. I had a problem as to begin with I didn't get a confirmation email. I tried to get back and I was told I needed to speak to guest services. The first time I tried I was told automatically I couldn't speak to guest services unless I was leaving within 4 weeks. The second time I didn't have a problem and once I got through they were very good and I was actually able to upgrade as well .

your staff are very helpful from sorting bookings to being aboard. I have always had excellent customer service.

Fairly simple procedure to book. Worked well throughout the varios stages. Can't get overly complimentary about an online booking system

Loved it! 🥰 food was wonderful, entertainment good and staff service amazing! We weee nervous about such a small ship and the fixed timing but ended up loving both! We’ve booked three more cruises with them!

Limited balcony cabins

They were brilliant I originally didn't have my card but they set me up on the system and the next day I called back and they were so brilliant helping go through all the information and the options I had with cabins. Im disabled and use a wheelchair at night they were brilliant with the booking made me feel like a normal human being for a change. I did make her laugh when I said could I bring my additional leg with me to walk. They went through parking and transport options to make me feel prepared and at ease. It was a really quick and easy process and they were so so friendly. I can't wait to get on the cruise best customer booking experience I have received so far.
