It was very easy to book my cruise on line. I have sailed with ambassador a few times so I knew what to expect from the on-line booking experience.

Process for booking online was easy.

Staff were excellent and whole atmosphere on board was welcoming and friendly. My sister and I enjoyed it so much we have already booked 2 further cruises with them. The embarkation process was outstanding and we were on board within 20 minutes from being dropped off at the terminal. Highly recommended

Customer Service was great answering my queries. And being able to accommodate my mobility needs other companies couldn't be bothered with.

This cruise was booked whilst on my last Ambassador cruise and I was paying the balance on line. I enjoy the Ambassador cruises so much that I’ve already got another two booked. Another by myself and one with 3 friends.

The service was good ,the food was very good, entertainment was very poor sea days boring

I have not yet sailed this booking but the process of arranging the cruise and filling in the necessary paperwork has been easy. I have not had to use their phoneline for support but am confident that should I need any advice they are just a phone call away.

Really enjoyed the cruise we were on two years ago and looking forward to July 6th when we come on board again the food was fabulous good choices and beautifully served the cabins always cleaned well and everyone so obliging and considerate everywhere on the ship so clean thankyou
