The booking process was fine. My only criticism is over parking. I could not book parking online and the app referred me to a phone number with a line which stated that I should call the number and I would be assisted with parking. When I called I was told that there was nothing that could be done as the allocated spaces had all been taken. I have called again and been told the same thing. I still do not have parking for this cruise and it is a real problem.

On the whole it has been very good, would have been five stars if it were not for the fact that I tried to book on a Sunday but could not get through, left messages but nobody called me back.

Worked at sea for 24 years but first time I've ever booked a Cruise. Found the whole process extremely informative with easy to use website. Also very pleased with the App for its content and ease of use. Prices are very competitive and I also received a free cabin upgrade. I'm really looking forward now to sailing from Tilbury to Amsterdam in October.

Ambassador emailed deals. Felt one suited us. Good value for money. Booked online. Website easy to navigate. Webpage straightforward. Booking was a simple process and we were able to get a good cabin by booking early. Low deposit also helped. Confirmation immediate followed shortly after by a confirmation email with documents. Advised to log into My Ambassador for all other information etc about the cruise. Very helpful, as meant we input our dining option straight away.

Very easy to book a cruise. Polite friendly staff who are very informative. An easy process! The only disappointment is that there is no loyalty scheme like there is with others!
