Having travelled with Ambassador before I knew what to expect. The dhip and crew were great so I am looking gorward to my next trip.I booked online and it was all very straightforward.

Very helpful chsppy who sorted holiday for us

Disappointed. Originally we reserved a room midship that was larger than others (with a sea view) Spoke to my friend and we decided to go for it but then told not available as kept for disadvantaged passengers. I can obviously see why but we were disappointed.

Smaller ship,adult only and very friendly staff. Have been on larger ships and everyone is fighting for space which is uncomfortable. Initial boarding was the easiest I have encountered and I have been with several different Lines

I booked on line, so I had no interaction with anyone.

All very good from start to finish

Just returned after 15 nights on Ambassador ambience, absolutely fantastic. All staff very friendly and attentive, ship spotlessly clean and cabin steward really looked after us. Food absolutely lovely and plenty of choice. Entertainment team is the best that I have seen on any cruise ship, full of enthusiasm and just how they remember all those routines I will never know.

Julie was really helpful in helping me book the cruises I required. She made it very simple and straightforward.

Quick and easy, but I have not cruised yet with Ambassador I booked on line. Not cruising until September.

I haven't had my cruise yet but it was extremely easy to book and pick the deck and cabin. This will be my second cruise and I met many friends on my last one, when I looked at all the entertainment and the islands it is stopping at I booked straight away. I booked online but when I had a couple of questions it was nice to speak directly to a person who was very helpful. Now looking forward to the cruise.

Excellent service, the lady who dealt with me was very friendly and accommodating. She phoned me back with the booking and we continued from there.

Kerry was absolutely brilliant. Clear and concise information, answered all questions in an understandable way. Friendly manner and took time to ensure we understood and was aware of packages available - No pressure selling. Gave us time to go away and consider the options and prices given and called back at the time requested. Again, Kerry made sure we understood everything and went through cost, payment process. We were happy to proceed and can’t wait for our newly booked cruise. Kerry a credit to Ambassador.

First time I have booked with Ambassador. I spoke to George. He lacked enthusiastim bit to layed back. Did not really talk me through my booking or advised me on cabins . Even though I did book a suite with him, him saying there was only one left !!! I was not left with much confidence on his procedure. So it's a matter of wait and see.
