Seamless booking. All information was clear and visible.

We enjoy a smaller ship because it is a much more personal service. We also enjoy the convenience of embarking at Liverpool and find the pricing very competitive.

I was booking the cruise online but stopped at the point after selecting cabin when two fares options were offered (Saver & Ambassador). This put me off. I needed to phone up to clarify that I could add Experience Drinks Package to Saver Fare. A package to include Gratuities is massively important, as worrying about tipping greatly detracts from enjoyment of cruise. I was reassured and received excellent service from telephone booking and would strongly advise against online booking.

Fine but I was under the impression that I could get free parking if I booked early, I have not had a call back from customer support yet.

Staff are excellent can't do enough really clean. Shows awsome .food brilliant pool area big with hot tub. No disco but has great fidler and piona player. My dad is 86 and fit loves it going on another this will be our 3rd great for older people. Indian restaurant is extra but good. Has beauty salon. Photo photographer. Library for quiet. Do crafts. Has card room used for doing jigsaws. Bingo countless things to do .also can be from my house in Dundee into our cabin within 50 mins where our luggage is either there already or just 5 mins away. Will always go on this ship Ambition is just perfect. Has singers and quizzes

Easy to navigate website abd lots of information available compared to other cruise lines.

As indicated the Booking was rated as good but I think much more still needs to be done before I give an overall review. Hopefully all will go well.

Spoke to a lady that was really helpful, I needed to book two rooms close to each other with two people paying, nothing was too much trouble which is quite rare nowadays!

Good friendly service on a clean sbip

Excellent Service. Julie was extremely helpful. We are not experienced cruise travellers and her explanations a every stage were very reassuring. From making the initial enquiry to booking it was a pleasure to speak with the same person who understood our needs rather than be on the line to an impersonal call centre. Julie clearly understood our requirements and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the trip.

Excellent ratio of staff to clients onboard. Great destinations and value for money. Food was varied and top notch and buffet was surper. Cabins spotless and plenty of storage and nice soft towels.

Everything was easy to follow. Staff were very helpful. Nothing too much trouble.

The Service was 10/10 and the person I spoke to was very kind and helpful.

Having tried to book online 4 times when I got an error message each time after paying, I finally resorted to doing it by phone. What a joy! The agent had all my details because we have had many cruises with Ambassador and we had all sorted in minutes. Unfortunately I subsequently found out that the payments for the 4 failed attempts had also be debited to my account. Not Ambassadors fault and I will sort that out with my credit card company.

After having problems booking online i emailed and received a phone call from Kerry who co.pleted the booking for me.
