Very relaxed cruising So different from those “dressy up” cruise ships

On-line booking system is easy to use. Prompt service from guest services to a query.

I have cruised with Ambassador three times so I know it's a great cruise and I will enjoy it. I did find that the booking process was very onerous though. I rang first on Monday to say what I wanted and expected a call back which I didn't get. I rang again on Tuesday and spoke to someone who said the Internet was down so booking could not go ahead. I gave all the details to the agent and she said she would pass them on to the lady I had spoken to. When I rang again today the booking was on the system but no one had contacted me: so I went through all the information yet again. I received the confirmation and it was the wrong date!! I was unimpressed as I had clearly quoted the cruise number and it means it's a higher costs than I had told my friends as I'm booking 3 cabins. I still haven't had a confirmation and I was advised it won't show the deposit I paid. I have faith it will be sorted but was not impressed with the way it was handled.

I had a query so tried phoning after sales, only calls about imminent cruises accepted all other enquiries were directed to email. Guest services took 11 days to respond, answer vague and incomprehensible and didn’t answer my question, response blamed computer issues, really!! First time booking with this company does not bode well for the cruise.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Changed an existing Christmas Markets cruise booking to a Caribbean (weather upgrade) lol, with effortless ease and the entire process was simple and quick.

Booking my cruise was straightforward. I booked from Australia and the web site coped very well with my overseas address.

Completed on line. No issues surprised you could use the mini 5 discount and blue light card as websites states BlueLightCard is in addition to any other offers
