Cameron, was very helpful and made booking stress free. He spoke clearly and explained the questions I'd ask him, very good. He seems OK with me asking him to repeat the answers I had not fully understood. In my opinion he's a credit to your sales team.

Easy to book - good value Booked many Ambassador cruises. Even better now they sail from Portsmouth. Hope to book many more Smaller ships - less busy - better quality of guests. Good food, entertainment etc

Easy to book. Have cruised with Ambassador before, and enjoyed the experience, so decided to take another cruise with them.

The website order process is easy to understand, the online form easy to fill, although the numbers for days in the week and for the years were a bit of a struggle to get right, overall really good.

We have travelled with Ambassador numerous times and it's down to an excellent cruise experience, fantastic service and value for money. You are always made to feel special and it brings us back time and time again.

Excellent and well informed information as with everything about Ambassador client is always put first. Cannot wait for our cruises later this year.

Booking was very easy to complete and understand hopefully the cruise will be as straightforward. Would be nice to get a follow up a week after booking to outline the next steps.

We were interested in booking a cruise to see the Northern Lights but had a couple of questions about suitable cabins due to my wife’s mobility problems. The agent I spoke to explained exactly what cabins were available to meet our needs and the facilities in each of them. She knew the layout of the ship in great detail. Within a few minutes I had chosen which cabin we wanted and booked there and then. Excellent customer service.

everything was easy yo go though with up front costs and self explanatory cost as you build your cruise, the only gripe was could not add parking and insurance at the same time but apart from that all ok

Just booked our 4th cruise with Ambassador, our second on Ambience. We have always found the cabins comfortable, the food great, the entertainment first class and the staff very friendly. Great value for money.
