Cruise was booked whilst I was abroad. I didn't manage to book online, presumably because of an issue with the WiFi connection. Similarly over the phone numerous attempts were needed to pay the deposit. Your agent was patient and finally succeeded. On my return I went to our local travel agent, wanting the booking returned to them. Apparently as it was just over 2 weeks that wasn't possible. That was disappointing as we missed out on points plus they usually print the boarding passes and luggage labels for us.

Very good ,it was quick and easy to do.My future cruise booking will give me something to look forward to.

Strange question as booked on line no service given? Website works- could be clearer on check out about what was being booked Huge T&C documents in a link… not very confidence building when you read it.

Tried to book on line. It wouldn’t take my payment for some reason. Had excellent service from Emma and then Charlie

I couldn’t find all the information online and was a bit wary so decided to call ambassador I had never booked with them before, the gentrification spoke too was very polite and helpful and he put my mind at ease, within in an hour as he told me I had all the booking information sent to me so far very impressed with service and looking forward to our trip

Booking our holiday was very easy. I just rang the brochure number and got straight through and completed the booking with no problems excellent so far waiting now to experience our holiday!

Great food, wonderful staff, spotlessly clean. First class entertainment, good value for money and all in all a very friendly ship. A nice place to be. I have sailed several times with cunard, and I can say in all honesty the ambassador ship, in particular, ambience is equally as good in every way. Apart from not quite so luxurious, but otherwise, I would recommend it a 100% And we'll certainly sail with ambassador again.

I booked the cruise myself online. I did need to email guest services to link my booking with a friends for meal purposes and this was dealt with speedily.

Truly first rate customer service from Ambassador. Attentive and friendly staff in all areas of the ship. Quality of food in all restaurants was really good, with plenty of variety. On board entertainment included song and dance shows, interspersed with drama productions and a great comedian, plus numerous pub quizes and the usual trivia contests. Not forgetting accomplished vocal and classical duos in the various bars and lounges throughout the ship, as well as a great nightcub and disco venue. An enjoyable, traditional British cruise experience with a genuinely friendly and welcoming cruise line.
