Great ,friendly, helpful..from the cabin crew to the cleaners. We have done a few cruises Ambassador come out tops.

Very easy to find a cruise with lots of search filters. Lots of information about the cruise, the ship and destinations. Very easy to select cabin options and flight options. Customer service were fantastic with a query I had after booking and resolved it politely, efficiently and quickly. Cruise is not until next year so cannot comment on that yet, but booking was simple and easy.

Always top notch never been disappointed. From embarkation to service in the restaurant and bars the staff are the most amazing people and great ambassadors for ambassador if you’ll forgive the pun. Shows are amazing west end standard, always plenty to do from quizzes, games, crafting, dancing and choir onboard lectures so please don’t say anyone can be bored. Looking forward to cruise no 6 to the carribean in January2027. Have twice been surprised with an upgrade to boot.

Today I had excellent service from your guest services member Amy. She was very helpful and dealt with my queries efficiently.

Jenny who I spoke to was fantastic, she helped me enormously to sort out my problem. . Which was we did not notice the booking we made was for 2028 not 2027., Originally we booked for a cruise in 2027 to go to Mexico etc but the iternary was changed so we changed our cruise to another one which we thought was going in 2027 to Mexico etc. but it turns out that cruise was for 2028. I am travelling with in friend of mine who has multiple problems with her health and we also needed a disable cabin.I explained this to Jenny and straight away she said she would speak to her colleague. She checked with her colleague to see if we could change our cruise back to our original cruise. and without losing any money. She booked and confirmed our new booking. without paying a cancellation fee.. She was very helpful and thorough , She double checked everything with me . I give her 100/100 Because of her we would definitely book another cruise with Ambassadors. The only down side I have with Ambassador is trying to email the Accounts department to sort another problem we have but my emails keep getting returned.
