We had great service from Emma. We phoned to ask about a cruise and she was confident and clear in answering all our questions. She didn’t rush us with our queries and was happy to answer all our queries. She had a lovely pleasant manner. Emma helped us solve an issue on our invoice after we had booked the cruise the following day with a different member of staff. She was determined to solve the issue for us. Quick knoewedgeable and clearly explained

Everything just fits as we have been tith Ambassador on more than one occasion. From placing your booking to arriving at Tilbury just so straightforward from off loading luggage, parking, boarding, visiting your cabin and then sitting having your first celebratory drink in under an hour 😀 😉 👍. You will have ajobto beat that with any other cruise line. Again the crew are amazing so is the food in both eating facilities I.e. waiter served or self service. All our cruises have been on their ship Ambience.

The booking process was very smooth and correspondence came back to us in a very timely manner, with all of our questions answered. The itinerary was perfect and will give us plenty of time (overnight stays) in the ports that we really want to explore in depth. Our consultant Audra even recommended a better deal for us which we greatly accepted.

I've travelled four times with Ambassador and just booked my fifth cruise with them. I've always found the service first class and the onboard staff friendly and helpful. The cabins are comfortable and the food very good and plentiful.

So easy to book. Was waiting for confirmation email, so phoned customer service, who were very helpful. Email arrived in a minute.

I had to ring and speak to an agent after booking, as I was unable to see all my bookings. The support I had was very helpful.

Really helpful and very patient!! Gave lots of useful advice and saved us money too! We sailed with ambassador in January and brought some friends with us and we were all so impressed we booked again for next year. Booking was easy and the lady helped us choose the right cabins for us

The details in the brochure are different than the website. Example is three drinks packages in the brochure but all or nothing online.

I did not receive any service as it is down to the traveller to do it all themselves.
