We both enjoy Ambassador Cruises. They have a definate British feel about them. Going from Tilbury makes our journey relatively easy. The booking in is very straight forward. A porter was ready to take our suitcases. It allowed us to concentrate on the paperwork which was very straightforward. The food is excellent with plenty of choice. The entertainment and talks are informative and enjoyable. We booked a second cruise in the summer, perhaps a little too early as we did not the free parking on offer now. Annoying.

There online booking is easy and once you receive your booking confirmation you can access your online account to make or add changes. Once on board (I have sailed with them in 3 occasions) the service is exceptional. Everything makes for a relaxing time would highly recommend.

I love this cruise line. Booking inline is so easy, enabling choices at each step of the way and then holding all bookings on one dashboard. So user friendly.
