Quick and easy, but I have not cruised yet with Ambassador I booked on line. Not cruising until September.

I haven't had my cruise yet but it was extremely easy to book and pick the deck and cabin. This will be my second cruise and I met many friends on my last one, when I looked at all the entertainment and the islands it is stopping at I booked straight away. I booked online but when I had a couple of questions it was nice to speak directly to a person who was very helpful. Now looking forward to the cruise.

Excellent service, the lady who dealt with me was very friendly and accommodating. She phoned me back with the booking and we continued from there.

Kerry was absolutely brilliant. Clear and concise information, answered all questions in an understandable way. Friendly manner and took time to ensure we understood and was aware of packages available - No pressure selling. Gave us time to go away and consider the options and prices given and called back at the time requested. Again, Kerry made sure we understood everything and went through cost, payment process. We were happy to proceed and can’t wait for our newly booked cruise. Kerry a credit to Ambassador.

First time I have booked with Ambassador. I spoke to George. He lacked enthusiastim bit to layed back. Did not really talk me through my booking or advised me on cabins . Even though I did book a suite with him, him saying there was only one left !!! I was not left with much confidence on his procedure. So it's a matter of wait and see.

I had difficulty in booking the cruise on line. I then had to call yourselves. They did it for me, were very professional 👏

Been with a lot of times including the world cruise

very good. no more to say, this "service" is only window dressing I cannot comment further untill I have tried the product.

Caroline was friendly, helpful and efficient. We had seen the cruise online and the pricing etc., the online details were extremely good however we prefer to book through your reservations.

Easy to book. Excellent and fast, unloading luggage, car parking and entrance to port, very efficient, was on board very quickly. Service in restaurant was friendly and attentive. Shows wonderful, already rebooted.

Excellent service in all areas

The online form was simple to fill in and the customer service was amazing. I needed to phone for help on the car parking which hadn't come up on the receipt or booking form and the call was answered promptly and politely to my satisfaction

The instructions were easy to follow to book online, we felt at ease going through all the choices. Ambassador have been very good and have kept us informed with any new updates .
