Booked a last minute cruise and the booking was easy.

Easy to use website and booking system

Very easy to book a cruise. Polite friendly staff who are very informative. An easy process! The only disappointment is that there is no loyalty scheme like there is with others!

Not used anything as yet. Too early to say.

Lady staff member was warm, friendly and helpful, and everything worked smoothly with our booking. It was stress-free.

Booking was taken with no fuss. Information was uncomplicated. Michelle was pleasant and easy to deal with.

The booking went ok until my Nectar card wasn’t recognised. I had used it that day and whilst on the call checked online. The next morning I had a call asking me to check with Bectsr which I did. Nothing wrong with the card. Tried fur hours to call the customer service rep phone busy so I called the general number who eventually got me through.. I was told it would gave to be transferred to another department, your system or virus doesn’t work properly. Stop advertising you take Nectar until you sort it out.

I felt a little rushed not because of the operator , but because the cruise was a special event and the cabins were selling extremely fast they had only been on sale for 10 hours and were already up to the 5th price point. I didn't want to lose a cabin in this price bracket. So I took the cabin offered without reviewing it's position etc. we were offered parking, but because the call was supposed to have been an inquiry, this hadn't been looked into . None of this was the companies fault and the booking was handled well.

Very easy im not used to booking things on the Internet but I found it easy so I booked 2 cruises.

All good, had a slight problem but spoke to customer service and was sorted right away

The true test of good customer service is usually when something goes wrong. When I had a problem the guest service team was helpful, knowledgeable. The young lady was polite and efficient. What more do you need?

Their web site did not give me access to my booking Wouldn't let me change my password and therefor couldnt download the app. I have spent hours trying to phone them with no answer Once you get on the boat things are better But the booking and enquiry line is so bad i might not bother again
