Audra helped us book our cruise. She was so knowledgeable and made booking so easy. Audra explained everything from the start to the end of the booking. Making sure that all the information was correct and that we were happy with our booking.

Very friendly. Easy to book. Have cruised with Ambassador on a number of previous occasions. Always the same standards both in ease of booking and cruise.

This will be our 5th cruise on Ambience & we won't go anywhere else. EXCELLENT service, food etc.

We were changing cruise and it was a simple process. One criticism would be the administration fee when we were upgrading to a longer cruise and a far superior cabin. That was a bit penny pinching.

This refers to the booking process, and the efficiency of the booking agent, when I telephoned with a further request. It is unusual to be able to reach a REAL person without much fuss and bother and having to battle with a ROBOT. Not only was it relatively quick and easy to get through, the agent was very friendly and efficient. Cannot comment on the actual cruise, as I have not yet travelled with Ambassador

Had an initial problem with online but resolved it. Phone contact was great but line often busy. A good time to call was suggested by the operatot. Know policy is to deal with people who are soon due to aail but as a new customer found it a little off puting as I felt my enquiry was important.

Only booked the cruise so far but the experience was really easy. Looks like great value for money. We’ll wait to see how the cruise goes.
