Booking via my Computer was relatively easy. I especially liked that I can sail from Dundee as I live in the Area.

I called to book a cruise by transferring my deposit on another cruise to another which I preferred. It was all done efficiently and pleasantly.

Service was quick and easy and very straight forward.

Booking on line was fine until “couldn’t take payment “ but worked fine the next day

The booking process was easy enough but we were booking with friends so we wanted to book for 4 people in 2 separate cabins but couldn’t do that on line.

Ambassador went above and beyond with an issue I had when they were offering discount on a sailing I wanted to book and I did not apply the code at time of booking. I found guest services very helpful, flexible and effecient in their approach. They replied to my email within two days. I have sailed with them before and quite honestly they are my first choice of cruise line.

Louise and Michelle were both patient and understanding of my situation and gave me the information and assistance I needed to make my decisions as to the cruises and accommodation to book

Unfortunately our booking details did not give a breakdown of what was included in the price. It was our first time booking a cruise and was worried that when we were on board we would not know if we were covered. Next we took several weeks to finally find someone to help us. We got a verbal breakdown but no email confirming this, so still no proof.. my figures showed a £320 difference. Apparently this covered gratuities. We had not realised gratuities would be so expensive! We are in our eighties , so maybe we are too old. It is a really big thing for us and we are so excited. Disappointed that we did not have free parking, even though on my first enquiry it included this, so a shock when later it did not include this! However, we get married in Sept so it’s like a honeymoon for us. So, we are still excited. You do not have to put this out as a review as it is partly my fault for not being able to get in touch earlier was the start of the problem. The following score will hopefully turn into a 10!

Excellent. Great value for money. No hidden extras, even down to the free port parking. Great on board hospitality, food options and entertainment.
