I dealt with a lady by the name of Kelly, she was friendly and helpful. Very leased with service.

Nice manner - and efficient!

Booking online failed with "there is a problem" and had to call customer service. Took ages to answer and had to transfer funds to pay deposit because despite the online booking not working the funds were locked in my bank account. This made me feel uneasy and although the lady dealing with me was very polite and helpful the process was long winded and felt primitive. Ambassador if you are using web only interface with no printed materials you need to get this right. Online payment processing these days is generally smooth. At time of writing the double deposit is still not refunded, after over a day.

1st time we booked on-line, last year we booked via agent, was OK but a little daunting.

Response to emails good and any person to person is also good but website contradicted itself, one minute all was fully booked and when revisited cabins available

The advisor listened to my requests and made the booking simple to complete I have previously been on an ambassador cruise as my son works on the ships and we was made to feel welcome with everyone being polite and welcoming

I adore the value and all ambassador has to offer, I have done six cruises either them now and I loved the choice, the choice to make friends, the choice of what to eat and where, the choice of a lively venue or x quiet space to relax, I love the service, friendliness and carefree atmosphere. I believe it's where I am at my happiest.
