Easy on line booking.

Very good service and quick . Easy to follow through to booking .

I can't get to see my booking. The link says will send an email but that doesn't happen. I tried ringing but they say they are busy and will only deal with holidays 4 weeks away. When I tried to cancel they would not return my £400 even though booking was only made 2 days previously. I would not use Ambassador again

My booking was done online as usual and as always was very easy. My only wish is that you could link group bookings online as well rather than having to contact customer service, this would make life a whole lot easier.

Easy to book on line, and able to pick cabin I wanted, able to request size of dinner table etc. therefore great service

Has a query about a particular suite type. Spoke ot an advisor who llooked it up and was able to answer the question. Then decided to continue with the booking with the agent rather than book it on-line. It all went very well, as it has on previous cruises with Ambassador.

We had good service throughout our booking on line and calling the office, we cannot wait for our cruise now. We did our insurance through Holiday extras on the telephone and Ella was very helpful to all our questions we were impressed. We have done two cruises from Tilbury before and had a lovely holiday each time, so we are really looking forward to this one and being looked after. Thank you to all the team needed on these holidays and booking team.

Booked on line which was easy peasy. Have had experience of customer service in the past with previous cruises and have nothing but praise for them.

First class

Booking our trip was easy. We had decided on the cruise we wanted and were able to look at cabin options and decide the best ones for us. The price was very reasonable as there was an offer for the second person to go half price. Having been on an Ambassador cruise recently I look forward to travelling with them again.

Our booking was made online, so no real service required. The booking experience was fairly easy and straightforward.

We will only use ambassador as there staff are always friendly and make us feel welcome .

Helpful and informative

I am still waiting for a conformation email detailing my booking which should include the cabin number that I chose, the amount of the deposit and I paid, the balance and date that balance is due. I was not asked to choose which dinner seating I wanted and bed preference. I've been on Ambassadors website several times to access my booking and they ask for my email, I give it and they say check your email. Nothing comes. I've checked spam & junk folders as well, nothing!
