I've forgotten the occasion but they're without fail helpful.

Booking online was very straightforward but just after making the booking we were made aware of a wedding that clashed with the cruise dates. When I called Ambassador to explain and make a change, I was very pressed with the help and service, Rebecca, at the customer service centre provided in completely handling everything to cancel my existing booking and book the alternative I had selected. Following the telephone call - a few minutes - I received confirmation of our entire changes. If we have made changes with other cruise lines, they could well learn a few good pointers from Ambassador.

Excellent service and nothing is too much trouble

Excellent so easy to book and when I needed to amend booking customer services was amazing.

Actually I was not paying too much attention and booked what looks a wonderful cruise itinerary thinking I was booking for May 2026. Rather disappointed when I spotted it was in fact for May 2027. Now that the disappointment has sunk in I am really looking forward to the cruise. We have done lots of cruises, Ambassador was recomendend by a relative and it will be our first cruise from our home town.

Top notch service from every member staff. Smaller ships but more friendly. Been on 2 cruises with them this year and already booked 3 for 2026. Highly recommended.

Easy booking procedure

This in our 4th booking with this s company and as it was leaving from out homes own of Dundee we were a we bit disappointed that we are having to go to Newcastle for our next trip which is not perfect but it will have to do.
