I was upgrading my booking to a Junior Suite following discussions with fellow cruisers. They invited us to view their cabin. We were so impressed with the size and comfort it offered. I immediately visited the Future Cruises Desk and was fortunate to be able to change our booking for that same cabin much to our delight. Your staff member was able to assist me and made the upgrade easy to achieve in a friendly, professional manner.

Exellent. Straightforward.

The telephone advisor was excellent. She provided clear advice on the potential cruise and outlined costs to include a drinks package. I advised her this was my first time travelling with the Ambassador line and going forward I was hoping to find a cruiseline which would provide UK based embarkation Thank you Julie for your assistance

Online reservation easy to manage. Normally use Iglu, but as I have sailed on Ambition a few times decided to book directly. Additionally one of the passengers advised me what OV Solo cabins was available.

So Helpful, kept informed, all the time.

All staff friendly and welcoming..

Excellent service from Louise. She booked me a last minute cruise from Liverpool. I travel solo and she managed to find a cabin with no single supplement and also put me on an upgrade list. Very pleased with her perseverance. I am joining some friends and she even managed to link up the booking.

Service was simply internet booking no human intervention

I missed 1 step so can't complete what I need to do - they've said they will come back to me in about 7 working days!. In a fast moving 21 st century that's about as much use as writing on a slate!

The staff are always friendly...However you need to put an extra number on the phone system for folks who want just to pay the bill....I waited for over 50 mins yesterday to get through. Dave

After booking and paying deposit no response to confirm booking. Still waiting on the confirm my email so as I can make my sailing account. Don't know about the cruise itself yet just the booking system not a great start.
