It was smooth and quick They covered the main points I felt it easy to book with them You may need to e mail them if you have extra discounts such as 5 % with a rail card as the main site did not allow for this But it should be fine

I was recommended to Ambassador cruises by a friend, the booking process was generally very good the person that done my booking was polite and informative. Just a point nothing to do with the booking but I was very disappointed to find out the car parking wasn't included like it had been on two of our previous cruises

Very easy to book online stepping through the various stages to achieve nearly everything I required. The only issue was on the page where I chose “parking” and entered all of my car details then when pressing the submit button it came up with the message enter depart port but there was nowhere to do this. As a result I had to chose “no parking” to complete my booking.
