Very easy to book, in case of any problems the guest services are always on hand to help.

Honest, clear descriptions. Clear booking procedure. Having sailed with them before, I agree with what they promise. They are friendly and down to earth. Choice of buffet food is extensive and fully acceptable. Cabins clean and well appointed

Very easy process to book on line, One minor criticism is the drinks package and car parking should be more up front so people can see the costs involved easier, these are both very important items to the customer.

Booking was easy. This will be our third sailing with Ambassador on Ambience and we have no intention of cruising anywhere else. All of the crew are amazingly friendly and helpful and the service is fantastic. We love this ship.
