Great value for money

The cruise I was looking at appeared sold out so I rang the help number and was helped to choose a cabin option that suits me. I also booked a drinks package which was fully explained to me. The advisor was friendly and very helpful answering all my questions very clearly.

Marina was extremely helpful and efficient.

Loved it

This is the fourth cruise we have booked with Ambassador. Booking is easy on the website but if I have had to contact customer services they have dealt with my query quickly.

Booked on line but had a couple of queries so phoned in. Excellent service and queries sorted.

Service from customer services was ok. But because I booked early I miss out on the reduced drinks package as I was told if it was available..I then found out about the offer and tried to book it but was told I couldn't purchase in retro spec. This was for cruise A22712BL Spring time Shores.. Hebrides &Isle of Man I wouldn't have booked another one had I been aware that early bookings are penalize.

My recent booking involved a phone call clarifying the 'best price guarantee' in which you can only submit screenshots of better deals from other Agents on the same day as booking the cruise with Ambassador. I was told to email the screenshot to guest services, which I did. Still not heard anything back and have chased it up.
