Once I have spoken with a customer service, I got excellent service and they rectified the issue for me

Excellent service on the telephone. Louise the rep we spoke to was able to talk from personal experience having been on the ship herself. We wanted a specific layout of cabin and she was able to help with that. All in all a really positive booking experience.

This is out second Ambassador cruise. Easy to book online and to provide the required information through the app. We went from Tilbury and found the port parking very convenient. The first cruise was very good at a good price - hence we are now booking another. The first cruise was just as we expected, no problems, excellent service.

I have sailed with them previously and have always found the reservations staff to be excellent. Charlie (I think his name was) was able to give me all the information I wanted which resulted in me being able to book the cruise and cabin location ;) Professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to speak to.

We booked the cruise last year in November 2025 on Ambssador cruise ship. But when the final bill arrived, it did not show up the drinks complimentary package. I sent a email to check this. There returned email agreed that the drinks package has now been added. Also there services throughout are very good in all the years we have used them. 10 Stars +.

Quick efficient friendly

I have found the reservations staff exceptionally helpful. As a solo passenger I find I cannot use the web site for bookings. But the staff soon sort me out with the cabin type I like and an acceptable deal. On board ship they have been very attentive and give great service. I am off on Ambience next month and have another trip next March already booked.

Very easy to book - it only took a few minutes to complete our booking We have been on several cruises before and we are looking forward to seeing how Ambassador compares to the others.

The saying the warmest welcome at sea should be extended to the friendliest service on land!! Everybody I have spoken to has been really helpful and so so great.

Requested a call back and was called within the hour, lovely sales lady very knowledgeable and helpful.

I did it all on line so no 'Service'.
