It was very good and matched any other cruise ship that we have been on.

Sorted things out for me quite quickly and matched the prices I’d checked online just hope I get a decent cabin

I wanted to change a booking, tried by phone but guest services had lots of calls waiting and were only dealing with those departing shortly. So I emailed, it takes days to get a reply, I then replied and had to wait more days to get things resolved.

Didn’t realise this break isn’t until 2027 two and a half years time, I’m 80 this year so there’s no way I would have booked this break, however I didn’t realise you went so far in front in your on line brochure, and you have had the cheek to take £200 each deposit =£400.

Quick and easy

Booking made with Louise who was polite and very helpful. We used to go with CMV for many years but recently have been using P&O due to free parking and on board spend. We are trying Ambassador with friends to see how they compare.
