Very good

So easy to book. Was waiting for confirmation email, so phoned customer service, who were very helpful. Email arrived in a minute.

I had to ring and speak to an agent after booking, as I was unable to see all my bookings. The support I had was very helpful.

Really helpful and very patient!! Gave lots of useful advice and saved us money too! We sailed with ambassador in January and brought some friends with us and we were all so impressed we booked again for next year. Booking was easy and the lady helped us choose the right cabins for us

The details in the brochure are different than the website. Example is three drinks packages in the brochure but all or nothing online.

I did not receive any service as it is down to the traveller to do it all themselves.

Good itinerary for a good price. Booking was easy. £200 on board credit thrown in for free. 30% discount on cabins. Unfortunately the regional pick ups were chargeable and there is no regional pick ups where I live. Also the parking was very expensive at £238 for 17 nights. I found much cheaper parking for only £55 via ‘Your Parking Space’. I will reserve my final judgement for after the cruise to see if it goes well.

I have booked my first Ambassador cruise and the online process was nice and straight forward. I have marked them down one star as they took quite a while sending the confirmation e-mail. Hopefully it will be a great cruise.

We spoke to several Ambassador booking personnel and they were all helpful. We had asked for a cancellation cabin about two weeks earlier and were contacted by phone and email with an offer of a cabin which we booked

The service was excellent both from the restaurants, bars and the hotel housekeeping. The staff were very attentive, polite and friendly. Embarkation and disembarkation processes are a shambles. They need to look at how other more established cruise lines operate. Limited entertainment in that it was not varied. Quiz after quiz with either video of groups playing or a trio of muscians playing in between. Borough market is a bit of a free for all. Food is nice but not a large selection. Food is more or less the same whether its the Borough Market, semi-outdoor food area, or the restaurants just whether you want the hustle and bustle and struggle for seats or eat calmly in the restaurants. Times vary across them all so open for access to food all day. Quality of drinks was very good and consistent unlike other cruise ships where the cocktails or other drinks are questionable in the evening. Trips through Ambassador were good value for money on the whole.
