Problem with our online booking. Advertised complementary coach travel not given and section on date of birth totally unresponsive. This does not accord with our normal experience of booking.

Have not received a confirmation of my online booking. Have paid my deposit. My email has been confirmed correct and I have checked junk mail. I think this is important to reassure customers of their trip
