Booked online, Ambassador did nothing so what am I reviewing?

The online booking service was very easy to navigate. The prices for the cruise was very reasonable taking into account normal yearly increases and the fact that this particular cruise is exactly in 2 years time.

Very pleasant staff member when on the telephone to upgrade our cabin to a midship ocean view deck 9, from a fwd inside cabin on deck 5, as my daughter is prone to suffer with seasickness.

Would have liked to be able to save a partially completed form, rather than having to phone someone at work to get details . Please note all I have done is booked, don't know what the cruise will be like.

Easy enough to book online while there was a time-limited offer, but now waiting for confirmation of transferring the booking to my travel agent.

Excellent service

We have been on many cruises and we have stayed with Ambassador as we find it excellent in service and comfort. We like to travel from a port near to home and generally we can find a cruise to suit. The standard and selection of food remains excellent, throughout the cruise. . Entertainment is good however getting a seat is difficult unless you arrive very early. The staff are always great and seem very happy. We book well in advance to ensure we get the cabin we want.

Service was impeccable rao at consulate bar especially so only thing that let the whole experience down was on last morning when trying to get a latte for my disabled wife was told cruise card had been deactivated this is half past nine in the morning and wasn't getting off till half past ten surely card should remain active until you are scanned off

Very easy to book. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions.

First class, all aspects of the cruise were first class, the food the service and all staff. And such a lot to do each evening different entertainment in every room, you could decide if you wanted a busy or quite evening... plenty to do...

First class; never any problems with Ambassador service centre

It was very easy to book my next cruise. I've been on Ambience before but didn't book that myself. Any small glitches, were quickly sorted without fuss. The next steps are clearly marked in 'My Ambassador Sailing' so I'll be easy to see what I need to do.

Perfect in every way ,the staff member was great he covered every aspect of our booking. The only annoyance was had we booked the morning after we would have got an extra 5% off due to England winning the football. One other thing. nothing to do with the booking but please please try to do more cruises from Liverpool.
