Good...it was straightforward

Absolutely amazing staff. Just booked our next one. I have been on 8 cruises, but I would highly recommend the Ambassador due to the overall service from all the team

The man who dealt with my call was quite pleasant and polite, but rushed. I didn't feel in control of the questions I wanted to ask and got the feeling he wanted the call to be over. I have made dozens of cruise bookings, and there's a lot to consider when spending a large amount of money on a cruise, you want it to be just right so I would ask for a little more patience please.
