I've travelled with ambassador before it is a wonderful experience the booking was so easy the staff on the phone are so helpful the staff and food on the ship is second to none an all round an amazing experience

I have booked a 2nd cruise

It was quite a wait to talk to someone, and I had put a callback request in hours earlier! Once I got through the lady was very helpful and sorted out moving my cruise to another date.

Terrible, wanted to pay balance of upcoming cruise. Took me most of the afternoon on the Tuesday just to get to speak to someone then they couldn't do due to glitch. Was told someone will call you back shortly, did they call--NO.

I needed to transfer a booking, and this was achieved within hours. I am grateful to the ROL assistant who managed the transfer and also to whoever was responsible in the Ambassador bookings section.
