Booked over the phone on a Sunday. Both ladies I dealt with ( Caroline & Sherilee) most polite & very helpful.

I received a call back quickly when a question came up.

Booking online was a straightforward and easy process. I was kept informed throughout, and guided after booking towards information required and options available. Bodes well for our first cruise with Ambassador, which we are very much looking forward to! Thank you.

The booking contact was very helpful ,clear & concise.

Better than most. Staff were mostly efficient, some were friendly, just a few were off hand.

It was easy to make the booking, use the discount code & make payment. The confirmation email, took about 20 minutes to arrive in my in box. Which was making me wonder if I had made the booking correctly. Once it came through I was able to use the reference number to set up my account and all was good.

Kelly, our agent, provided us with comprehensive information with variable options, without pushing for the most expensive options. Once we had time to make decisions she kindly returned our call (she was speaking with another customer when we rang back) and the booking process was extremely straight forward
