Good customer service
Had a problem trying to register on Ambassador customer website , the system wouldn’t respond by sending me a email . The customer experience service was very efficient and resolved my query to my satisfaction.

Some things not clear
I am not experienced at booking, but I got a bit confused the with the Expedition package that I have booked. Having selected what I believe to be an inclusive package to minimise additional costs on board, I am unclear as to what it includes. I also do not know the time of the sailing - presumably we will be advised nearer the time and I am guessing it is dependent on tides, but there is nothing to confirm this or otherwise.

Ambassador Cruises are easy to book online with all the information needed
The site was easy to use to book with clear instructions and information. We were able to see the layout of the ship and book a suitable cabin for us.
We also were able to book a drinks and gratuities package which cIearly explained what was covered.

Positive experience with the service
I have no complaints at all, everyone are very helpful, if I get in touch, I always get answers within the same day, or the day after. And I can "hear" they are smiling when we speak. If you book a new cruise on the cruise you're on, the service is over my expectations.

Bed bad experience with furniture cruise host, double charged me
The future cruise desk host is really bad . He is rude and didn’t tell me th price before he changed my booking . He charged me two solo cabins for one twin inside room . After I told him
This price wrong he lost temper and shouted to me . Then he lied to the managers. So I had 5 meeting with a line managers , so far the manager finally admitted his fault and said sent en email to head officer . Until
Now nothing come back . Don’t trust this new future cruise host : Damian, who is dishonest and other staff worked very hard , but he does not . He should be sacked!

No communication
No confirmation e mail of my booking recieved and no verification e mail to set up an account. One reply to an e mail
I sent querying this and then no further replies to my second e mail. I rang and was put through to guest services where I was informed I could be waiting for two hours for someone to answer the call. No indication at all where I was in the queue while listening to awful music. After 15 mins I put the phone down. Still no nearer to having a confirmation of my booking as it can only be digital and the postal service is not used apparently. Dreadful experience so far.
