This is my 3rd booking with Ambassador. The first time booked through an agent and subsequently online. Preferred the online method, it couldn't be easier.

Easy to book, all options clearly explained and easily compared. Able to look into lots of different scenarios before making the final decision.

We have never sailed with Ambassador Cruise Line's before but the option to sail from Newcastle certainly attracted us to give them a try. The booking representative we spoke to was very friendly and informative, answering any questions with ease. The booking process was straightforward and we received email confirmation of our holiday within minutes of finishing the call. We are very impressed with the service we received and feel sure the same will be for our upcoming cruise.

No service received still waiting. Despite trying various methods to gain contact including helpline with two day waiting time; I have not heard from anyone.

On line booking was easy

It was very easy to connect to the booking line, and it easy to establish a small query on the phone the following day. In all I'm very happy and satisfied and would recommend it to anyone wanting to get on a cruise. This is my first time sailing

Having used Ambassador since inception in 2022 the service has not faultered. Customer service is really good, everyone is very friendly but, at the same time, very professional, always there when help is needed. The website is so easy to use, you can find what you're looking for very quickly.

Great service from Mark when booking our Caribbean cruise with ambassador cruise line. It will be our first trip with this company. If the standard of service offered by Mark is anything to go by it will not be the last. He was very attentive and listened to all my questions. the answers he gave were very reassuring. fabulous service
