Very straight forward booking procedure

An easy to navigate website and booking straightforward.

Polite helpful answers all questions that were asked. So much nicer booking by actually talking to someone. Instead of on line booking.

Very informative website making everything clear to understand.

I have cruised twice on Ambition the last time in Jan - Feb 2026 when I was aboard for a total of 38 nights. I cannot fault anything on board (the weather however had it's own ideas!) The staff were wonderful, the entertainment and speakers were very good. Although I am very picky about food I was always able to choose something to my liking. I met some lovely people and couple of numpties - there are always a few.

Good navigation, but perhaps making it too easy to go ahead and make a booking :) Information ready at hand for questions that may be asked.

Straight forward, the only issue was the fact that I decided I wanted to upgrade our cabin but there doesn't seem to be anywhere to do that

Myself and my wife absolutely LOVE Ambassador, but the only criticism we have is there are not enough bar staff. The bar staff that are present work extremely hard! But to wait for such lengthy times is a bit frustrating. We’ve witnessed irate customers verbally abusing bar staff (not us!) and it feels quite uncomfortable! Would not stop us from cruising with Ambassador but we feel it is something that needs to be addressed. Regards Dave & Liz

Needed to alter a booked cruise for a different departure date and port. Found out what I needed to do via the chat help on the website then phoned their agents and was assisted with my alteration. Lovely agent, polite and knowledgeable, cruise changed, extra deposit paid and ready to cruise....

I booked three cruises with a young gentleman called Cameron. At first it was a query that I ran in about, and after he went through very clearly all about the prices and what I should expect, I thought don't delay I don't wish to miss going on a Christmas and New Year cruise. The next cruise was a back-to-back going onto the Caribbean, which I did last year, and it was super, so I'm going again. I booked the Gems of the Adriatic & Mediterraean, I have been to the Med before, but who cares, here I go again. Thank you, Ambassador Cruise Line. Please do another World Cruise I loved it and will go again.

Embarkation was second to none. Crew always went above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Cabin was clean and comfortable. Food, presentation and service was exceptional! The entertainment team were amazing and evening shows were polished and entertaining. Would highly recommend Ambassador. I have enjoyed over 5 cruises with Ambassador with another 2future cruises booked,
