Everything was very simple and easy,staff very polite

Efficient, polite, professional.

I thought the customer service agent was helpful in rebooking my cruise, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Our first ever cruise, and already booked again. Absolutely nothing to not like. Shop spotless, staff all excellent without exception. Cabins cleaned daily and towels changed. Excellent food. Good range actives , our captain kept us safe when bad weather approached and de toured. From entering car park at Tilbury to leaving it , whole experience stress free!!!!

Very straightforward booking system and follow up service

All staff ifriendly and welcoming.. have travelled in several different places and sailed on both Ambition and Ambience. Very good experience . My twin sister is gluten free. Every detail given.day before ntnu given. To choose from the. Menu.

It's impossible to speak to anyone once you've booked. You're told you can do everything you need by logging on to your account. The problem is I can't do that as they don't send me a link to my email to verify it!! I've tried several times, checked my junk, but still nothing. This is my first cruise, so not impressed.

Booking a sailing via the website was easy and straight forward and does not require much "service".

Although I booked online I did ring your office to check whether the booking had gone through. The pleasant lady who answered was extremely understanding and helpful. We have used the phone system before and always found very helpful staff with their great knowledge of problem solving suggestions.

Polite, helpful, caring, fun, attention to detail. Great food!! The activities, shows etc were tip top, so delightful. Brilliant ship, so well cared for and laid out. Captain and staff were amazing, I couldn’t fault them in any way. The change of course due to Storm David was handled very well indeed. Huge huge thanks to everyone who made the cruise such a success.

The service was excellent with great help and patience. Good not have been better.

Excellent all round service

Efficient, helpful. Comfortable cabins and lounge areas, easy to get around the decks. All the staff, especially the restaurant waiters were great. The Spa was a lovely way to spend ‘pampering’ time with some excellent treatments. All in all a happy a wonderful cruise experience.

I have taken 2 cruises with Ambassador. Their website is clear and straightforward. All their staff are helpful and friendly. I would be happy to recommend them.

Excellent service, glad to be booking another cruise.

Easy to book and always helpful pre sailing and value for money. Onboard experience is fantastic, can’t fault it. Good food, entertainment and staff go above and beyond are super friendly and helpful.

The crew are very helpful and friendly, we had a small issue went to customer services and they sorted it out quickly with no problems
