No confirmation e mail of my booking recieved and no verification e mail to set up an account. One reply to an e mail I sent querying this and then no further replies to my second e mail. I rang and was put through to guest services where I was informed I could be waiting for two hours for someone to answer the call. No indication at all where I was in the queue while listening to awful music. After 15 mins I put the phone down. Still no nearer to having a confirmation of my booking as it can only be digital and the postal service is not used apparently. Dreadful experience so far.

We were given every possible assistance in changing our cruise and it was greatly appreciaated.

I have been asked to verify my email before continuing to be able to set up my sailing account, despite numerous attempts I have not received an email to allow me to continue and when I tried to ring was on hold for over an hour but had to give up, I am really very annoyed and frustrated

It was easy to follow and response from ambassador was quick, it is great that you can pay off money before your holiday which will help with the final cost we booked all inclusive so no worries about food drink or gratitudes to pay, the ship looks great, our room is an inside room but we don't intend to spend too much time in it can't wait to go

Everything about the service we received was as expected.

The website seems in general to be more geared to fuller cruises of 5 days or more. The service i received was good but felt that most of it was not so relevant for my booking.

Pleasant caring service, spotless, great food, superb entertainment. Nothing is too much trouble for the amazing staff throughout.
