Booking was easy with very helpful advice. Confirmation details were ambiguous and needed a telephone call to achieve clarity in the information.

Easy online booking. Good value for money

The lady who booked the cruise for me couldn’t have done any more to help. She was friendly, helpful and very informative and so pleasant. It was quite refreshing.

Overall very good,just a couple of incidents ,totally ignored in purple turtle whilst 3 staff were talking one possibly manager ,went upstairs still no staff approached us until same manager saw us then he too our order,we did not have a drinks package so it wasn't like we had already imbibed just wanted a pre dinner drink ,the second was when we asked for a table for 2 at breakfast in the Buckingham shown to a table for eight as a vegetarian don't want to be surrounded by meat .

Excellent once I had confirmation that only a deposit had to be paid. I was originally advised I had to pay full amount for a december 2026 cruise. I was previously advised by a friend who had booked seperately that she had been told this but when queried went away and came back with deposit and I was told the same. Would be better if people who take the bookings are advised before as unfair on them. Service was brilliant
