IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 11 night British Isles Discovery Cruise, Sailing on Ambience (A12402)
DELAYED EMBARKATION

Following the sad events that have unfolded in the last 48 hours, we can confirm that embarkation for our British Isles Discovery cruise, originally due to sail on Sunday 5th May 2024, will be delayed by 24 hours. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause but I am sure you will understand that the wellbeing of our guests and crew is and will remain our number one priority.

Embarkation will now take place on Monday 6th May 2024. All embarkation timings remain the same, therefore we ask all guests to arrive at the original time shown on their boarding pass, just one day later. You will not need a new boarding pass to check in, however, you will need to keep in mind that your new boarding time will be 24 hours after the original time shown.

We kindly advise all guests to not arrive earlier than this new embarkation time, as the London Cruise Terminal Tilbury does not have waiting areas and guests will not be able to wait inside the terminal until their allotted embarkation time.

Victoria Coach: For guests who are booked to travel from London Victoria coach station on one of the Ambassador coaches, please note your original departure time from London Victoria remains as originally planned (just one day later) and you should arrive at London Victoria at the time stated on your voucher. 

Full details of the changes have been emailed to all guests and trade partners, please do check you inbox or spam folders for the email. Text messages have also been sent (where we have a mobile number for guests).

We would like to extend our apologies for the delay in your embarkation and we would like to take this opportunity to thank our guests for the kindness and support that has been shown regarding the recent sad events, it has been very much appreciated.
