Really disappointed in the customer service. I accidently booked the wrong date for a cruise, and I stead of booking for 2025, I've booked for 2027 by mistake. It was an honest mistake. I phoned within 24 hours of booking and was told I would loose my £400 deposit if I cancel. Absolutely disgusted that they feel this is okay, on a cruise that's booked 2 and a half years in advance.
