The Promotors of these Prize Draws are Ambassador Cruise Line, Gateway House, Stonehouse Lane, Purfleet, RM19 1NS and Essex Cricket, The Cloud County Ground, New Writtle Street, Chelmsford, Essex CM2 0PG.
By completing and submitting this form online on https://www.ambassadorcruiseline.com/essex-cricket-prize-draw/ only you are agreeing to allow Essex Cricket to include your submission within the prize draw. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

No entries will be accepted after the monthly deadlines and no entries will be carried over to the following month, it is your responsibility to make sure entries arrive on time.
The Prize Draw: By submitting your details you agree to be entered into the free prize draw. The prize will be drawn at random performed by a computer process and supervised by an independent persona after the closing dates stated above. The winner will be notified via email within 5 working days of the closing dates and issued, by Essex Cricket, details of their hospitality for 2 adults (both attendees must be over 18 years of age at the date of entering) which will take place subject to weather. If a winner does not respond to Essex Cricket within 7 days of the notification email being sent then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Essex Cricket will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The winner’s first name and hometown may be used across the Essex Cricket social media/website platforms and those platforms for Ambassador.
The 5 prize draws detailed above are supplied by Essex Cricket and Essex Cricket reserves the right to replace the prizes with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
Neither Essex Cricket or Ambassador accept any responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
On Tuesday 20 September 2022 at 1pm; a final prize draw will take place that includes each winner from all previous prize draws (five) across the season and detailed above. An overall winner will be selected at random by an independent person with Essex Cricket at The Cloud County Ground, Chelmsford. Winners will be informed of timings and further details of hospitality via email within 48 hours of the prize draw.
The winner, who must be in attendance at the final prize draw on 20 September 2022, will receive two tickets to the Cricketing Legends Theme Cruise (‘Cruise’) setting sail for 5 nights from London Tilbury on 11 December 2022. The final prize draw is supplied by Ambassador and Ambassador reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
Entry into the prize draw gives permission for your first name, and hometown to be used by both Essex Cricket and Ambassador for promotional materials including websites and official social media platforms. Essex Cricket and Ambassador will use photographs of the winner with their prize from the prize draw on 20 September 2022 (or amended date if weather conditions prevent the match from being played) and it will be used for promotional matters across their websites and social media channels.
The winner of the prize agrees to take part in any media or PR activities up to and including on board the Cruise or with Essex Cricket.
Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable (there is no cash alternative)– entry to the ground and hospitality area will be subject to Essex Cricket’s ground regulations and ticket/hospitality conditions including dress code (this will be provided in advance to the winner).
All guests going onboard the Cruise must comply with the requirements for travel as stated on Ambassador Cruise Line website and respect any Government advice at that time.
All guests will need to be over 18 at timing of event/sailing and will be required to have a valid passport. The prize is non-transferrable, no cash alternative is available and travel to port is not included. Ambassador’s normal booking conditions apply and they can be found here.
The prize winner is responsible for any extra charges incurred whilst redeeming the prize included, but not limited to; travel insurance, on board gratuities, spends of a personal nature.
Entries can be made by anyone resident in the UK, aged over 18. The Promoters’ employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draws are excluded from entering these prize draws.
The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of any of the prize draws is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoters must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize draw took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoters will send the first name and home town of the prize winners to anyone who emails in reference to winners to rebecca.jones@ambassadorcruiseline.com within 1 month after the closing dates stated above. If you object to any or all of your first name or home town being published or made available please contact rebecca.jones@ambassadorcruiseline.com. In such circumstances the Promoters must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Personal data supplied during this promotion and held by Essex Cricket and Ambassador will only be processed as set out in the Privacy Policies below and as detailed in these terms and conditions.
