Our cabin upgrades offer you the combination of extra space, convenient position and breathtaking views. It's our way of helping you secure that desired private balcony, extra space, or prime location at a price that works for you, ensuring your home at sea is perfectly tailored for ultimate comfort and enjoyment.

Our new program gives you the opportunity to bid for a cabin upgrade on board Ambience or Ambition. This opportunity is available for a limited number of cabins, so be sure to act now to increase your chances of securing your upgrade.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Check your email
If you’re eligible, we’ll send you an email inviting you to access Ambassador Upgrades 59 days before departure. You can also check your eligibility above by entering your booking reference and the lead guest's surname on your booking confirmation.

2. Choose your cabin
Once you are on the Ambassador Upgrades website, select the cabin upgrade you’d like from the options available.

3. Decide on your offer
Use the slider to choose how much you’d like to bid—anywhere between the minimum and maximum amounts shown. You can submit bids for more than one cabin type if you wish.

4. Get upgraded
If your offer is accepted, payment will be automatically taken from your registered card, and you’ll receive an email confirming your upgrade no later than 72 hours before your sailing. If your offer is not accepted, we’ll also let you know no later than 72 hours before departure.
