Step aboard Ambience to discover the ship transformed to celebrate Pride at Sea: Dinner, Drag & Decks. With sparkling lights, glittery décor and a fun yet informative networking atmosphere that combines the best of the Ambassador and Gaydio’s partnership.
Beginning with welcome speeches before moving to a series of open networking sessions in exclusively designated areas around the ship, the event will feature a keynote session led by a LGBTQ+ figurehead.
After the networking event’s closing drinks reception, you’ll be invited to take a tour around the rest of the ship; discover the spa, decorated socialising spaces and bars before checking into your comfortable cabin.
The evening’s celebrations will begin with a welcome drink, followed by a gala dinner featuring the finest seasonal flavours. With half a bottle of wine per person included, you can dine in style before heading to the theatre for a dazzling performance from Mary Mac then taking to the dance floor until the early hours in our Observatory nightclub dressed in your finest outfit.

Terms and Conditions
1. If booking via our Call Centre, bookings can be made with a £25pp deposit. The final balance will be due 180 prior to the event.
2. Events bookings can be cancelled at £25pp cancellation charge, up until 180 days prior to the event. After this time, event bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable.
3. All guest names must be provided at time of booking.
4. Guests have the opportunity to select their preferred dining sitting at time of booking. Once a particular dining time has reached maximum capacity, no further bookings can be made. This includes any guests being added to existing bookings. Please note that meal sitting timings are subject to change up until the day of the event however, we will aim to confirm final timings no later than 14 days prior to the event.
5. Guests have the opportunity to select their preferred embarkation slot at time of booking. These are strictly limited by capacity and once a particular embarkation slot is full, no further bookings can be made. This includes any guests being added to an existing booking.
6. Name changes will be charged at £25 per change. The number of name changes is unlimited however, you will be charged for each change. No name changes will be permitted within 14 days of the event. Any name change requests within 14 days of the event will be considered a cancellation at 100% charges, and a new booking must be made (subject to availability).
7. Gratuities are included in our event fares and therefore will not be charged onboard.
8. All guests must provide photographic identification on arrival.
9. Car parking should be prebooked and prepaid in advanced. Please note that spaces are limited and prebooking is strongly advised.
10. Car parking may be cancelled free of charge, up until 14 days prior to the event. Once within this time, the full cost of car parking will be charged if cancelling.
11. Children under the age of 18 are not accepted at events.
12. Tables in the restaurant are fixed and seat sizes of 4, 6 or 8 guests. Your party may be allocated across more than one table and for larger parties, your group is likely to be spread across numerous tables of each size. We will however try our best to accommodate large groups together.
13. Whilst we will try our best to keep your party seated together, please note that other guests may be seated at your table too.
14. Dietary requirements must be provided no later than 21 days prior to the event. Please note it is unlikely that we will be able to cater for dietary requirements requested within this time.
15. The number of guests who require the use of a wheelchair onboard our festive events will be strictly limited therefore, you must inform us of your intention to use a wheelchair onboard as soon as possible. Only those guests with advanced approval will be able to use their mobility aid onboard.
16. Ambassador Cruise Line does not allow alcohol to be brought on board and we reserve the right to confiscate any alcohol before allowing you to board the vessel. Any confiscated alcohol will be returned on disembarkation.
17. It is prohibited to carry or consume any illegal drugs whilst onboard.
18. Ambassador Cruise Line reserves the right to amalgamate or cancel onboard events and/or to move pre-booked tables or dining times to ensure appropriate numbers.
