I had hosed the cruise on line but felt is was better to book directly with the company..it was very easy to negotiate through all the different options along the way through the booking.this wouldn’t have happened with an on line booking …I was able to choose seats and apply any additional things as required .. “Terrible Unprofessional Rude”

Terrible customer service both at departure port and head office. The head customer service rep at port was extremely rude and had no interest whatsoever in giving us any help at all. We arrived at port with only copies if our passports on our phone as it was a British Isles cruise we weren't aware that we would need them. When we asked for help she told us to go home and get our passports we told her that we had travelled 500 miles to get to Dundee and couldn't possibly get home and back in time for departure so she told us to get a flight to Oslo and join the cruise in Olden or Flam, when I pointed out to her that they were in Norway and the cruise wasn't going to Norway she stormed off never yo be seen again
