With allocated group dining and free name changes up to 90 days before departure, it’s easier to keep things running smoothly.

What counts as a group?
A group is 15+ fully-paying adult guests travelling together.

Is there a group discount under 15 guests?
No. The group discount applies when 15+ fully-paying adult guests book as part of a group. Discount is up to 5% and applies to eligible fares, subject to availability.

What is the Ambassador Groups Bonus and what can it be used for?
Once 25 fully-paying adult guests have booked, the Groups Bonus is awarded. The bonus increases again after 50 fully-paying adult guests have booked. The bonus is intended to be flexible and may be offered as a free place, onboard credit to share across the group or support with transport costs, depending on the sailing and availability. The Group Sales Team will confirm the available option(s) and how they apply.

Can members book separately but still be part of the group?
Yes. Group members will be given a specific group code in order to make their own bookings and this unique group code must be applied at the time of booking in order to be part of the group booking. The code cannot be applied post-booking. 

Can you seat us together at dinner?
Yes. We offer allocated group dining for dinner services.

Can we change names if someone can’t travel?
Yes. We offer free name changes up to 90 days before departure.

Do group benefits apply to Festive Events/Christmas Parties?
No. Group benefits do not apply to Festive Event/Christmas Party bookings.

Can group benefits be combined with other offers?
