Introduction
By entering the promotion, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which include any instructions related to entry. We recommend keeping a copy of these Terms and Conditions for your records.

As well as the Promoters, entries, communications, and all associated administration will be managed by Synonymous Sport, acting as the authorised marketing agency on behalf of Ambassador Cruise Line. Synonymous Sport is authorised to receive and process entries, manage the draw process, contact entrants, liaise with winners, coordinate fulfilment of prizes, and organise any agreed marketing or PR activity with the winners in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Eligibility
The promotion is open residents of GB [England, Scotland, and Wales] aged 18 years or over only.
Employees of CITIZEN WATCH UK LTD [Promoter], Ambassador Cruise Line (Promoter), or any company within the same group of companies as the Promoter, their agents or anyone professionally associated with the Promotion [Associates] and their immediate families are not allowed to enter.
The Promotion
The promotional period will open on Tuesday, 5th May 2026 [the “Opening Date”] to 23:59 on Friday 27th June 2026 [the “Closing Date”]. All promotion entries received before the Opening Date or after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified.
To enter the promotion, the entrant must visit https://www.ambassadorcruiseline.com/competitions/citizen-watch-cw2601/ and fill out the required entry form to its entirety. This will confirm entry into the prize draw.
Maximum of 1 entry per person/email address. Entrants must only enter using 1 email address.
Entrants can receive a double entry to the competition by opting in to both Promoters databases on point of entry. Entry into the prize draw is not conditional on opting in to receive marketing communications. Entrants may choose to opt in for an additional entry, but are not required to do so.
Entrants who do not enter correct details or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
The Prizes
1 (one) prize winner will receive:
- A cabin for 2 (two) on the Ambassador Cruise Line Cricket Cruise 2026 and 2 (two) Citizen watches.
- One prize winner will win one Oceanview Cabin for two on the Christmas Markets and Cricketing Legends Cruise 2026 setting sail for 5 nights from London Cruise Terminal, Tilbury on Sunday 13 December 2026. § For further details regarding the cruise prize trip please click here.
- Prize includes accommodation and full board.
- The prize excludes: travel insurance, travel joining costs to the cruise terminal/port; port parking; onboard expenditure of a personal nature i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, communications etc; any visa & health certificate charges that may apply; and crew gratuities which will be automatically billed to your onboard account at £7pp per night unless you opt for a drinks package.
- The winner must hold a valid passport and comprehensive travel insurance. It is the winner’s responsibility to check any visa and health requirements for the cruise. Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
- The final prize draw is supplied by Ambassador and Ambassador reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
- All guests going onboard the cruise must comply with the requirements for travel as stated on Ambassador Cruise Line website and respect any Government advice at that time.
- If cabin category is not available, the winner can pay the difference to upgrade to a higher category or accept a lower category on their cruise of choice, no cash alternative or refund if a lower category is chosen.
- All guests will need to be over 18 at the time of sailing and will be required to have a valid passport. The prize is non-transferrable; no cash alternative is available and travel to port is not included. Ambassador’s normal booking conditions apply.
2 (two) Citizen watches up to the value of £400 RRP. Winners can select any full priced watch available on citizenwatch.co.uk. If winners select a watch that is over the value of £400 RRP, the winner could pay the remaining difference, if the watch selected is under the £400 RRP no cash difference will be offered. Prizes are not transferable, and all watch models are subject to availability. No cash alternative will be offered. All watch prizes to be selected no later than 23:59pm on Tuesday 30th September 2026.
3 (three) prize winners will receive:
- 1 (one) Citizen watch up to the value of £400 RRP. Winners can select any full priced watch available on citizenwatch.co.uk. If winners select a watch that is over the value of £400 RRP, the winner could pay the remaining difference, if the watch selected is under the £400 RRP no cash difference will be offered. Prizes are not transferable, and all watch models are subject to availability. No cash alternative will be offered. All watch prizes to be selected no later than 23:59pm on Tuesday 30th September 2026.Winner Selection & Notification
- The Winners will be drawn at random via a random number generator from all valid entries within each ballot pot.
- The Winners will be contacted via the provided email address associated with their entry on the draw date for their relevant prize. Please refer to “The Prize” section for more details.
- The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to notify the winners.
- The Winners will have 48 hours to acknowledge receipt of their prize notification.
- Upon the Winners confirmed receipt of their prize notification, the Promoter will confirm all related next steps for the Winners to receive their prize. Please see “Prize Delivery” for further information.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take up their prize, rejects the prize or are ineligible and reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received before each weekly Closing Date.
Prize Delivery:
The prize of “A cabin for 2 (two) on the Ambassador Cruise Line Cricket Cruise 2026 and 2 (two) Citizen watches.”
The winner will be contacted directly by a member of the Promoter’s Agent.
Upon confirmation of acceptance of the prize Ambassador will issue a prize voucher via email to the named winner to be able to book onto their prize cruise.
The winner can select any full prize watch(es) available on citizenwatch.co.uk. If the winner selects a watch(es) that is over the value of£400 RRP, the winner could pay the remaining difference. If the winner selects a watch(es) under the £400 RRP value, no cash difference will be offered.
The winner will be contacted directly by a member of the Citizen Watch UK Ltd. team to arrange delivery of your chosen watch and any additional payment if required. Prizes will be eligible for the Citizen Watch UK Ltd. 5-year guarantee as standard. All watch prizes must be to be selected no later than 23:59pm on Tuesday 30th September 2026.
If any prizes are unable to be organised due to inaccurate details or delay on the part of a winners, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw and reallocate the prize entitlement with no liability.
Post Promotion Publicity
All prize winners and their guests may be requested, but are not obliged, to take part in reasonable publicity in connection with this promotion. The promoter may request to use the winners’ name, image, and details of their win in connection with such publicity.
Your Privacy
By entering the Promotion, you are giving consent to use your personal details to facilitate the mechanics of this promotion.
By entering the promotion, entrants agree that any personal information provided to enter the promotion entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion.
The Promoter shall either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable copies of their winning entries, to anyone who emails marketing@citizenwatch.co.uk or writes to Citizen Watch United Kingdom Ltd. 7 Ashville Way, Wokingham, Berks, RG41 2PL (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) or who emails within one month after the Closing Date stated above. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at Citizen Watch United Kingdom Ltd. 7 Ashville Way, Wokingham, Berks, RG41 2PL. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Brand Protection
The winner must not do anything which could, in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter, bring the Promoter or any of the Associates into disrepute before, during or after this Promotion.
Governing law
These terms and conditions and this Promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this Promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
