By completing and submitting this form online on https://www.ambassadorcruiseline.com/competitions/cricket-cruise-cc2601/only you are agreeing to allow Ambassador Cruise Line and Essex County Cricket Club, Hampshire Cricket, Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, Surrey County Cricket Club, or Warwickshire County Cricket Club to include your submission within the prize draw. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

As well as the Promoters, entries, communications, and all associated administration will be managed by Synonymous Sport, acting as the authorised marketing agency on behalf of Ambassador Cruise Line. Synonymous Sport is authorised to receive and process entries, manage the draw process, contact entrants, liaise with winners, coordinate fulfilment of prizes, and organise any agreed marketing or PR activity with the winners in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Please see below the closing date you must enter by: 13th September 2026. No entries will be accepted after the deadline and no entries will be carried over, it is your responsibility to make sure entries arrive on time.

The Prize Draw: By submitting your details you agree to be entered into the free prize draw. The prize will be drawn at random performed by a computer process and supervised by an independent person after the closing dates stated above. Entrants who opt in to receive marketing communications from Ambassador Cruise Line at the time of entry will be awarded double entry into the prize draw. Entry into the prize draw is not conditional on opting in to receive marketing communications. Entrants may choose to opt in for an additional entry, but are not required to do so. Allocation of additional entries will be managed automatically through the entry platform and may be subject to verification by the promoter. The winner will be notified via email within 5 working days of the closing dates and issued.
The winner will be notified by either Ambassador Cruise Line, Essex County Cricket Club, Hampshire Cricket, Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, Surrey County Cricket Club, Warwickshire County Cricket Club or Synonymous Sport.
The Promoters reserve the right to conduct additional prize draws during the competition period (for example, entry by a specified interim date may qualify entrants for the chance to win supplementary prizes). These spot prize draws are separate from the main prize draw and will be administered in accordance with these terms and conditions.

The Prize: The winner will win ONE BALCONY CABIN of TWO GUESTS setting sail for FIVE nights London Tilbury on the 13th December 2026. There will be a total of 5 prizes available, with one winner selected from each cricket club. The winners will be contacted by email by Ambassador to fulfil the prize. The prize excludes: travel insurance, travel joining costs to the cruise terminal/port; port parking; onboard expenditure of a personal nature i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, communications etc; any visa & health certificate charges that may apply; and crew gratuities which will be automatically billed to your onboard account at £7pp per night unless you opt for a drinks package.

The winner must hold a valid passport and comprehensive travel insurance. It is the winner’s responsibility to check any visa and health requirements for the cruise. Prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
The final prize draw is supplied by Ambassador and Ambassador reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.

The winner’s first name and hometown may be used across the English Indoor Bowls Association and Ambassador Cruise Line social media/website platforms. If you wish to remain anonymous please contact social@ambassadorcruiseline.com within 5 days of submitting your entry.

The winner of the prize agrees to take part in any media or PR activities up to and including onboard the Cruise or with Essex County Cricket Club, Hampshire Cricket, Nottinghamshire County Cricket Club, Surrey County Cricket Club or Warwickshire County Cricket Club. All guests going onboard the cruise must comply with the requirements for travel as stated on Ambassador Cruise Line website and respect any Government advice at that time.

All guests will need to be over 18 at timing of event/sailing and will be required to have a valid passport. The prize is non-transferrable, no cash alternative is available and travel to port is not included. Ambassador’s normal booking conditions apply.

Entries can be made by anyone resident in the UK, aged over 18. The Promoters’ employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draws are excluded from entering these prize draws.
The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of any of the prize draws is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

The Promoters must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid prize draw took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoters will send the first name and home town of the prize winners to anyone who emails in reference to winners to social@ambassadorcruiseline.com within 1 month after the closing dates stated above. If you object to any or all of your first name or home town being published or made available please contact social@ambassadorcruiseline.com. In such circumstances the Promoters must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Except for the winners for purposes set out in these terms and conditions, your entry data will be deleted one month after all winners have been selected.

The prize draws will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draws submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
