This experience offers you the opportunity to visit Hillsborough Castle, the residence of the Royal Family and other visiting dignitaries when in Northern Ireland.

An approximately 45-minute drive will take you to the quaint village of Hillsborough, where you may glimpse some of the fine floral displays that have won the village numerous awards in the ‘Ulster In Bloom’ competition.

Arriving at Hillsborough castle you will enjoy a guided tour. Discover the fascinating history of the State Rooms, still used by the Royal Family on their visits. You will be able to view many interesting items of furniture and works of art including paintings by local artist Carol Graham. There is something for everyone on this cultural experience.

Following the guided tour, enjoy some free time to purchase some refreshments at the onsite cafe, visit the gift shop to purchase a souvenir or explore some of the 100-acres of beautiful gardens including a restored 18th century walled garden.

Following your visit, you will rejoin your coach for a brief sightseeing drive through Belfast on your way back to the ship.
