Leaving the ship, you will head by coach to the outskirts of Klaksvik to start your hike.To begin, you will walk along a gravel road and out from the city up to Halsur. Your hike will then take you out into the grassy fields, following the ridge up to Klakkur.

Once you arrive at the top of Klakkur, enjoy the breathtaking views of the striking landscapes in every direction and glimpses of the neighbouring islands of Eysturoy, Kalsoy and Kunoy. From 413m (1355ft) below from where you will be positioned, you will also have a bird’s eye view of the ship.

You will then descend back down the mountain and re-join your coach for the transfer back to the ship.
