Combine a taste of traditional life in the fjords with an exhilarating RIB ride!

Meet your RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) driver on the pier, just a few metres from your ship, and walk to the landing stage where your vessel awaits. After a short safety briefing, set off on an exciting, high-speed journey along the fjord.

During the trip, the driver will stop the RIB and show you how the locals catch crayfish, and teach you about fjordland fishing culture. You will have the opportunity to help haul in the fishing cages, and perhaps even hold some of the shellfish.

Afterwards, return to the starting point with your ‘catch of the day’, where you will be welcomed with a glass of wine at Mølla Gjestehus. Here, your host will light the fire and cook the crayfish fresh from the fjord.

After a tasty lunch in this intimate location, you’ll walk back to your ship a short distance away.
