This exhilarating experience begins with a short walk to the boat embarkation point, where you will be provided with a thermal flotation suit and goggles. Once kitted up, you will receive a safety briefing before boarding your Rigid Inflatable Boat (RIB) for an exhilarating ride along the fjord.

Make your way to the Lysefjord, with its enormous variety of landscapes. This stunning, seemingly never-ending fjord has so much to offer: with so much history hanging on its vertical walls. Lysefjord offers fantastic cliff formations. The Pulpit Rock, a plateau 600m (1968ft) above the fjord, is the most famous.

The RIB will be brought to a halt at various locations along the way for your skipper to indicate points of interest which may include remote mountain farms, waterfalls and wildlife sightings as well as offering you the opportunity to take photos and videos.

All too soon it will be time to return to Sandnes.
