Havana’s Splendid Parisien Cabaret
Havana
by coach & on foot
On this experience, you can enjoy a taste of authentic Cuban history, culture, and music at the Parisien Cabaret.
Departing from the port, a short transfer by bus will bring you to the Hotel Nacional de Cuba. Built in 1930, the hotel stands out due to its refined elegance and its ancient splendour. Over the years it has attracted many famous personalities including Winston Churchill, Frank Sinatra, and Alexander Fleming. Situated in the centre of Havana, the Hotel Nacional sits on a hill just a few steps from the sea and is home to the great Parisien Cabaret Show, which is the highlight of this unforgettable evening.
Upon arrival, you will have some free time to explore the hotel’s ‘Hall of Fame’ before the small theatre opens its doors so you can take your seat and enjoy a welcome cocktail. Then, enjoy a colourful show featuring the best of Cuban music, a fusion of American Indian, Hispanic and African cultures that gave rise to the Cuban culture as it is known today. Designed and staged by one of the best art directors in the country, the elaborate costumes are something to behold, and the singers and dancers perform numerous acrobatic feats.
Following the show, you will rejoin your bus for the short transfer back to the port.
