This experience explores Cozumel’s most studied archaeological site of San Gervasio and provides you with some time to rest and relax at one of the island’s beaches.

Departing from the pier, enjoy the passing scenery as your journey takes you to your first stop, the ruins of San Gervasio, the sanctuary of the goddess Ixchel, the main Mayan entity on the island. Follow your guide on a walk to explore the site as they explain details of the Mayan culture and of the remains that can be seen here. There is a gift shop at the entrance of the site should you wish to purchase a souvenir of your visit.

Rejoining your coach, your journey continues to the wilder side of the island. Enjoy views of the untamed beaches and waters of the Caribbean as you drive along the east coast.

Arriving at Punta Morena Beach, you will have approximately 1h30min of free time to relax. You may choose to sunbathe, take a dip in the sea, take a stroll or purchase some refreshments and take in the views.

Following this, rejoin your coach for the transfer back to the port.
