This experience explores some of the areas of Sao Vicente that can’t be visited with a standard bus, taking you ‘off the beaten track’ to places only the islanders are familiar with.
Departing the port, your unguided journey will explore the barren volcanic landscape, remote coastline, and beaches that are characteristic of the island of Sao Vicente. Stops will be made along the way to allow you to enjoy the views and to photograph the stark landscape whilst a guide provides insights into the daily life of the rural and more remote communities on the island.
During the experience, a stop will be made for a glass of juice, a beer, or for those wishing to try something more local, a ponche or grogue.
