This experience is ideally suited to those wishing to see some of the highlights of the Medoc region and its surroundings from the comfort of a coach.

Heading south to the Medoc vineyards area, you will travel the famous Medoc wine road or ‘Route des Chateaux’, located between the Gironde estuary and the Landes Forest. The wine road provides magnificent views of vine-covered slopes rising as far as the eye can see. The Medoc vineyards are orderly and well-kept almost to the point of fanaticism, and the region’s famous chateaux produce wines that are nothing short of inspired.

On the way, you will drive by famous estates such as Château Cos d’Estournel. You will also have views of the Gironde estuary, considered to be the longest in Europe, and its numerous fishing huts. A comfort stop at Richard Lighthouse will allow you to discover the estuary more closely, with a fantastic view of this unique landscape.
