You will begin your experience with a peaceful coach ride to the north of Cagliari to reach the Parteolla area, a local region for olive oil and wine production.

On arrival you will make a visit to the olive mill, where guests will experience how olive oil has been produced for years in the past, and also learn about the most modern oil extraction techniques and the secrets of olive oil. This experience will allow guests to have a guided tasting of the various types of olive oil available. This will conclude with a visit to the small olive museum.

You’ll then move on to the 12th and 13th century Dolianova Cathedral which is among the most important medieval churches in Sardinia, dedicated to the all-compassionate Saint Pantaleon and was built in a mainly Pisan-Romanesque style.

Your final stop of the experience is a visit to the wine cellar whose history sinks into the decades of the last century and coincides with the history of its owners. You will discover the various stages of wine production, taste the range of flavour whilst admiring the vineyards in front before you rejoin your coach and return to your ship.
