Rome On Your Own

Civitavecchia, for Rome

by coach & on foot

For more independent guests who prefer to make their own way around the Eternal City, this experience provides the ideal opportunity to visit Rome at your own pace.

During the transfer, an English-speaking escort will be on board the coach to provide you with general information, directions and answer any questions you may have regarding this remarkable city. Following your journey into the city, your coach will drop you off and your escort will clarify the return meeting point and time.

Rome is packed with monuments, plazas, churches, and artistic wonders. Become enthralled by the magnificent architecture, including the Colosseum and a selection of museums filled with fascinating artefacts.

At the appointed time, please ensure that you return to the meeting place indicated by your escort to rejoin your coach for the return drive to Civitavecchia.
