This fascinating experience showcases Tangier’s most iconic landmarks as well as its hidden gems.

Departing from the pier, your journey begins with a scenic drive along the city’s sandy coastline and through the main avenues of the modern town. You will pause for a photo stop at Cap Spartel, the northwesternmost point of mainland Africa. Also known as the “Cape of Vines,” this striking headland marks the entrance to the Strait of Gibraltar and is renowned for its spectacular views. On a clear day, you may even catch sight of the iconic Rock of Gibraltar and the Spanish coastline.

A short drive from here brings you to the enchanting Cave of Hercules. As you explore this natural wonder, rich in myth and legend, your guide will explain how the cave is said to have served as a temple for the Greek hero Hercules, who is believed to have rested here before undertaking one of his twelve legendary labours.

Rejoining your coach, you will continue to a local hotel for light refreshments before heading into Tangier itself. Here, you will proceed on foot to explore the historic Kasbah district, a UNESCO World Heritage site celebrated for its cultural and architectural importance. Your walk continues to the lively Grand Socco, known for its vibrant colourful fruit and vegetable market.

The experience concludes with a stroll downhill through the medina, a labyrinth of narrow streets lined with textile merchants, before rejoining your coach for the short transfer back to the pier.
