The scenic drive continues and takes you into the peaceful Konavle region towards the picturesque village of Ljuta. Upon arrival at the Đivanović Estate which is known locally as the ‘Old Mill’ you will step into a world where tradition is still very much alive. This historic watermill which dates back centuries still remains fully operational and continues to produce flour in the same way it did generations ago. The rhythmic turning of the millstones, powered by the rushing stream beside the estate, creates a uniquely atmospheric experience that captures the essence of rural Konavle.

In this authentic setting you will be welcomed with a refreshing drink and the chance to soak in the charm of the estate; from the cool stone interior of the mill to the lush greenery that surrounds it.
