Pre-bookable Speciality Dining Terms and Conditions

  1. Pre-bookable speciality dining reservations must be submitted no later than 72 hours prior to sailing. Requests received after this time may be made on board, subject to availability, via the Reception Desk or during mealtimes in the main Restaurant.
  2. Guests should arrive promptly for their confirmed reservation. Dining reservations will be held for a 15 minutes grace period from the pre-booked time, after which the reservation will be released and treated as a no-show.
  3. Speciality dining reservations may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the confirmed booking time. Eligible refunds will be credited to the guest’s onboard account as onboard credit.
  4. Cancellations made to specialty dining venues within 24 hours of the confirmed booking time, or failure to attend, will incur a cancellation fee of £10 per person.
  5. Cancellations or no-shows for the Chef’s Table dining experience within 24 hours of the confirmed booking time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking value.
  6. Amendments to the date, time, venue or party size of a speciality dining reservation are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the confirmed booking time.
  7. Pre-bookable speciality dining reservations are charged via the guest’s onboard account and will be settled onboard. Any supplements, premium menu items, drinks, wine pairings or other additional charges will be applied to the onboard account at the end of the dining experience.
  8. Guests are responsible for advising the team of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements at the time of booking and again on arrival at the venue. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, they cannot always be guaranteed.
  9. Guests requiring accessibility support or specific seating arrangements should advise the team onboard so that reasonable arrangements can be made, subject to venue layout and availability.
  10. We reserve the right to amend, move or cancel a dining reservation where required for operational, safety, itinerary or venue reasons. Where a booking cannot be fulfilled, an alternative may be offered or the relevant charge credited to the guest’s onboard account.
  11. Speciality dining reservations are linked to the named guest or booking reference and may not be transferred to another guest or booking without prior approval.
  12. Reservations are allocated for a set dining period to support venue service flow. Guests may be asked to vacate the table at the end of the allocated period, particularly during high-demand dining times.
