1. This promotion is open to UK residents only (except where the prize relates to alcohol in which case Scotland and Northern Ireland are excluded) aged 18 and over, who hold a valid Nectar account, with the exception of employees of the Promoters (defined below) unless it applies to an internal colleague promotion, or anyone else associated with the administration of this promotion. 
2. To enter, customers must be new subscribers to the Ambassador Cruise Line mailing list and must sign up between 16/09/2026 and 04/11/2026 using the email address registered to their own Nectar account. Existing Ambassador Cruise Line subscribers are not eligible, and unsubscribing and re-subscribing will not create an entry. No purchase is necessary. An otherwise valid entry will not be invalidated if the entrant subsequently unsubscribes from marketing communications. 
3. The promotion opens on 16/09/2026 and closes at 23:59 on 04/11/2026 for receipt of all entries.   
4. Entries are restricted to one per person and email address for the duration of the promotion. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups will be accepted. No bulk entries. 
5. There is one prize of 100,000 Nectar points to win. The points will be credited only to the winner’s own verified Nectar account and cannot be transferred to another person’s account. No Nectar Card primary holder may win more than one prize. 
6. Where it is a skills-based competition at least one judge shall be independent. The judges’ decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.  
7.  If the prize is not judged, one  winner will be drawn at random by Ambassador Cruise Holidays Limited during week commencing 16 November 2026 under independent supervision. Evidence of the selection process will be retained. Following successful verification by Nectar, the points will be credited to the winner’s Nectar account within 28 days of prize acceptance. 8. The Promoters’ decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. Where the promotion is run via social media including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok then the promotion is in no way affiliated with such social media platforms. 
9. The winner will be notified by email by Ambassador Cruise Holidays Limited  within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond when contacted on two separate occasions, is ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be selected using the same process and notified by email. The prize will be delivered to the winner or arranged within 28 days of prize acceptance. Ambassador Cruise Holidays Limited will share the winner’s email address with Nectar, and the winner will be contacted by the Nectar customer service team to provide their Nectar card details, verify that the email address matches the winner’s Nectar account, and to obtain any further information reasonably required to award the points. Proof of identity may be called for before the prize is awarded.  
10. Personal Data For the purposes of collecting entries, applying the eligibility requirements, selecting and initially notifying the prize winner, Ambassador Cruise Holidays Limited is the data controller and will process personal data in accordance with Ambassador Cruise Line’s Privacy Policy. Ambassador Cruise Holidays Limited will share the winner’s email address with Nectar 360 Limited solely so that Nectar can verify the winner’s Nectar account and award the points. Nectar 360 Limited will act as an independent controller for that verification and prize fulfilment processing and will process the winner’s personal data in accordance with Nectar’s privacy notice (https://www.nectar.com/about/privacy-and-legal/privacy-policy). 
11. The Promoters are not responsible or liable for any entries that are lost or delayed due to faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion causing delays or disruption; for claims which are lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 
12. There is no alternative to the stated prize or any cash substitute. The prize is non-transferable. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of greater or equal value. 
13. Winners may be requested to participate in any reasonable publicity when asked by the Promoters and shall not receive payment for such publicity. You may opt out of publicity. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions governing this promotion and by any other requirements set out in related promotional materials. 
14. The name and county of the prize winner can be obtained by writing to the Promoters at the address below within 3 months of the promotion close date. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoters within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion. Without prejudice, the Promoters will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.

The Promoters reserve the right to vary the Terms and Conditions or cancel the draw where circumstances beyond their reasonable control make this unavoidable. This promotion is governed by English law. If you live in England or Wales, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, the Scottish courts will have jurisdiction. If you live in Northern Ireland, the Northern Irish courts will have jurisdiction.
