Sometimes the best thing to do on holiday is slow right down. Sauna, steam and relaxation room access is included in your fare, so it’s an easy way to unwind on its own or alongside a treatment. Facilities vary from ship to ship; the onboard team can tell you exactly what’s available on your sailing, or you can view the leisure facilities on Ambience, Ambition and Renaissance online.

When is the Green Sea Spa open?
Every day from 8am to 9pm for treatments, so whether you fancy a sit in the steam room in the morning, a midday massage on a sea day or a quick manicure before dinner, there’s plenty of time to fit it in.
Is the spa included in my cruise fare?
Sauna and steam room access is included in your fare. All spa treatments, hairdressing and beauty services carry a separate charge which is added to your cruise account.
How and when should I book a spa treatment?
Treatments are booked in person at the Green Sea Spa once you’re on board. Sea days are especially popular, so we recommend popping in on embarkation day to secure your preferred time and find out about any offers.
Can I visit the spa on a port day?
Of course. The spa is open on port days as well as sea days and generally sees lower footfall while most guests are ashore. These quieter afternoons on board can be the perfect time for a treatment.
What treatments and services are available?
The spa offers massages, facials, body treatments, Ayurvedic and other specialist therapies, manicures and pedicures, hairdressing, grooming and selected beauty services. Visit the spa once you’re on board to see the full treatment list.

Yes. Gentlemen can choose from any of our treatments and services.
Can I book hair and beauty appointments for formal nights?
Yes, and it’s a lovely way to get ready for the evening gala. Our team offers hairstyling, manicures, pedicures and make-up, but formal night slots are in high demand, so we recommend booking on embarkation day.
Are there special offers or spa packages during my cruise?
Yes. Look out for daily offers, special treatments and packages throughout your sailing. You’ll find them in your daily onboard programme, or just ask the spa team.
Which skincare brands do you use, and can I buy them on board?
We work with Phytomer, a French brand known for its expertise in marine biotechnology, and Euphoria Pure Bliss Beauty, a premium Greek brand inspired by the Mediterranean lifestyle. Selected products from both are available to buy on board.
What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?
Please let the spa team know at least 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price, and the full cost may be charged if you don’t let the team know at all.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes beforehand to settle in. Robes and slippers are provided, and complimentary teas are available while you wait.
Are there any health considerations I should mention?
Yes. When booking, please let our spa consultants know about any medical conditions, allergies or concerns, or if you’re pregnant, as some treatments may not be suitable.
How are payments taken at the Green Sea Spa?
Spa treatments are charged to your onboard account. Top up the funds in your account before or during your cruise. Complementary onboard credit earned through eligible promotional offers may be used to pay for treatments at the spa.
