Entries, communications and all associated administration for this prize draw will be managed directly by Ambassador Cruise Line, on behalf of the Promoters, in accordance with these terms and conditions.
By completing and submitting your details via the link included within the Railcard email sent on 22nd September 2026, or on https://www.ambassadorcruiseline.com/railcard/, you are agreeing to be entered into this prize draw. You may separately opt in to hear from Ambassador Cruise Line; this opt-in is optional and is not a condition of entry into the prize draw. You are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoters reserve the right to refuse entry or refuse to award any prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoters reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

Closing Date: 11:59pm on Sunday 11th October 2026. No entries will be accepted after the deadline and no entries will be carried over. It is your responsibility to make sure entries arrive on time.
The Prize Draw: By submitting your details you agree to be entered into the free prize draw. The winner will be drawn at random by a computer process, supervised by an independent person, after the closing date stated above. The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the closing date and contacted by Ambassador Cruise Line to fulfil the prize.
The winner's first name and hometown may be used across Railcard's and Ambassador Cruise Line's social media and website platforms.
The Prize: The winner will win a twin ocean view cabin for two on a 14-night Fly-Caribbean cruise ('Cruise') aboard Renaissance, sailing roundtrip from Bridgetown, Barbados, with a choice of one of the following three sailings, subject to availability:

The prize includes economy return flights, with the winner's choice of departure from Heathrow or Manchester airport, subject to availability. The final choice of sailing and departure airport will be confirmed with the winner by Ambassador Cruise Line, and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
The prize excludes: travel insurance; travel to and from the designated UK departure airport; port parking; onboard expenditure of a personal nature, i.e. drinks, gifts, shopping, laundry, communications etc; any visa and health certificate charges that may apply; and crew gratuities, which will be automatically billed to the winner's onboard account at £6pp per night unless the winner opts for a drinks package.
The winner and their guest must hold a valid passport and comprehensive travel insurance. It is the winner's responsibility to check any visa and health requirements for the cruise. The prize is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.
The prize is supplied by Ambassador Cruise Line, who reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
If the winner wishes to remain anonymous, please contact social@ambassadorcruiseline.com within 5 days of being notified as the winner.
The winner agrees to take part in any reasonable media or PR activity relating to this prize draw, up to and including onboard the Cruise, requested by Railcard or Ambassador Cruise Line.
All guests travelling on the Cruise must comply with the requirements for travel stated on the Ambassador Cruise Line website and respect any Government advice current at the time of travel.
The winner and their guest must be aged 18 or over at the time of the sailing and must hold a valid passport. The prize is non-transferable, no cash alternative is available, and travel to the departure airport is not included. Ambassador Cruise Line's normal booking conditions apply.
Entries can be made by anyone resident in the UK, aged 18 or over. Employees of the Promoters, their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw are excluded from entering.
The decision of the Promoters regarding any aspect of this prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoters must either publish or make available information that indicates a valid prize draw took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoters will send the winner's first name and hometown to anyone who emails social@ambassadorcruiseline.com within 1 month of the closing date stated above. If the winner objects to their first name or hometown being published or made available, please contact social@ambassadorcruiseline.com. In such circumstances the Promoters must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Personal data supplied during this promotion and held by Railcard and Ambassador Cruise Line will only be processed as set out in the privacy policies below and as detailed in these terms and conditions.
