Looking forward to back to back cruising

Think I would have had more discount through an agent.

Cruised with Cruise Maritime several times and this is a follow on., very good all round service, entertainment , food etc see above

I was dealt with in an efficient and pleasant manner.

The female was kind and knowledgeable with an efficient manner. She was pleasant and took me through the process of booking easily.

I'm not sure that you are asking about the service I received from Sales or you have mistimed your survey, and you want to know sbout the ship! Anyway, what I csn report is the sevice from Ssles was excellent s d the flow of information since as slso bee 1st class.

Great proactive customer service

We decided late one night to book the same cruise our friends were already booked on, but when it came to payment there was a server error and we couldn't pay - and when we went to book again the cabin was no longer available... went to bed sad. But - the next morning, as soon as the booking line opened I was called by Ambassador and was able to book and pay the deposit for the very cabin we wanted. Polite, helpful and friendly service :)
