Karen has been a great help to us throughout our booking experience. We cancelled our first cruise and she very kindly guided us through the cancellation process and helped us book another cruise which we feel suits us better. If it wasn't for Karen we would have lost our deposit 🤩

In general an excellent service all round, especially onboard however the arrangements in Belfast were below the standard, waiting in the rain for transport and the Titanic tour disappointing.

Poor I have been waiting nearly a week for confirmation of my requirements after having been forced to change my booking Still waiting

Booking online needs backing by ‘phone calls

I booked online but found that I had difficulty with giving my preferences and had to resort to ‘phoning. Making payments is straight forward online but finding the facility to log in is not obvious. The software needs tweaking!
