LOGGING IN FOR THE FIRST TIME:
Step 1 : Enter your email and password
When you first log in, provide the email address and password set up for you.
Step 2 : Verify your account
If your credentials are accepted, we'll email a verification code to that address. Enter it into the number fields.
Step 3 : Set up Multi-factor Authentication
You'll only do this once, but we'll ask for a fresh code roughly every 14 days for security. You can choose either route below.
CHOOSING YOUR AUTHENTICATION METHOD:
You can verify in one of two ways — using an authenticator app on your phone (for example, 'Authenticator'), or receiving a verification code by email.
Route 1 — Authenticator app
- Click 'Use Authenticator' and make sure you have an authentication app downloaded.
- Scan the QR code in your authenticator app, or use the secret key displayed under the QR code.
- Follow the instructions in your authenticator app.
- You should see a verification code presented in the authenticator app — take this and enter the code in the boxes (as shown below) before hitting 'Confirm'.
Route 2 — Email
Click 'Use email'. You'll be logged straight in; next time you log in we'll email you a verification code to enter.
