Due to the scheduled time in Åndalsnes and the time of sunset, the destination experience options available are extremely limited, with very little capacity. Early pre-registration is recommended, as once this experience is fully booked, it is not possible to secure further allotments.

Nestled in the rural landscapes of Isfjorden, the historic Woldstad Farm has stood since 1654, offering an authentic and intimate glimpse into traditional Norwegian farm life. This exclusive evening experience invites you to step into centuries of heritage, where the owners themselves share the story of the farm’s evolution.

Joining your coach at the quayside, it is a short drive from Åndalsnes to Woldstad, where you will receive a warm welcome. As darkness gently falls, enjoy a guided farm tour filled with storytelling and local insight, bringing the rich history and enduring traditions to life.

You will have the opportunity to participate in a hands-on cooking activity, learning how to prepare svele – a beloved Norwegian pancake – under the expert guidance of one of your hosts.

Take a seat at the table for dinner, carefully prepared from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Each dish reflects the flavours of the region and offers a taste of Norwegian countryside cuisine in a cosy and inviting setting.

Throughout the evening, you will have time at leisure to step outside, take in the peaceful surroundings and search the skies for the elusive Northern Lights.

At the end of your evening, rejoin your coach for the journey back to Åndalsnes and your awaiting ship.
