This is the ultimate ‘flightseeing’ experience. Soar above beautiful Eidfjord at the northern end of the Hardangerfjord and survey the surrounding area from your unrivalled vantage point in the sky.

After a short drive to the seaplane pontoon, you will meet your pilot and receive a safety briefing before boarding your seaplane, which will take off from the deep blue waters of the Eidfjord.

Once in the air, turn right towards the impressive Osafjord whilst climbing to 1700m (5577ft) approaching the Hardangerjokulen Glacier.

If weather permits, you will see the turquoise crevasses of the mighty glacier, before you descend into Simadalen Valley with its cascading waterfalls - Skytjefosseen is the tallest waterfall at almost 304m (1,000ft) high. See if you can spot the little farms and houses clinging to the mountainsides.

With this extraordinary experience, you will see Norway’s fjords and mountains at their best.

After this thrilling flight, the seaplane will touch down on the waters of the fjord, close to your ship.
