This experience visits one of the top attractions in this area, the Bergtatt Marble Caves.

As you approach Bergtatt, you will be able to spot the mine from the road, located far up the mountain. Your tour bus will take you up the mountain and in to the mine itself, where you will be met by a local guide. After being equipped with helmets and life jackets, board the wooden barge that floats on the crystal-clear waters through the beautifully lit tunnels and caves. During this experience, enjoy the tranquillity of this underground world, created by the mining of marble over the course of almost a century.

Next, learn how the caves used to be a quarry mine and how they have developed today as you watch a movie presentation about the mine and surrounding area.

At the end of this interesting experience, your bus will transfer you back to Molde and your awaiting ship.
