OUR CONCESSION SCHEME FOR 2026/27 IS NOW LIVE!
Have you made an Ambassador booking in the last 12 months? If so, this scheme will give you the opportunity to step aboard either Ambience or Ambition to experience their facilities, sample the delicious cuisine and enjoy the stylish entertainment at a discounted price.

Terms & Conditions - Sailings:
Travel Agent Eligibility – Proof of employment & ABTA number required at the time of request. Agent must have made at least one customer booking with Ambassador Cruise Line within the last 12 months (1st April 25 - 31 Mar 26). Agent must be employed at the time of sailing.
Agent must have completed and passed our OTT training course - certificates are to be emailed into agentcruise@ambassadorcruiseline.com
Applicable on sailings up to 15 nights from 1st April 2026 - 31st March 2027 excluding Charter, Multi-Generational, Festive Events & Fly Cruise Sailings.
Concessions limited to 10 cabins per sailing – first come first serve basis.
Maximum of 1 booking per staff member in one year. Only valid for cruises up to 15 nights. Cabin limited to 2 adults maximum.
15% deposit is payable at the time of booking. Balance Payment 28 days prior to sail date, thereafter 100% cancellation fees.
If not buying package, prepaid gratuities to apply (£7pp per night) and cannot be removed.
All guests must be fully insured in line with the company policy in place at the time of sailing.
Agent concession scheme valid on NEW bookings only made from 2nd March 2026.
All bookings subject to standard Ambassador Cruise Line terms and conditions. Please ensure your line manager has approved your time off work before applying. At times, circumstances beyond Ambassador’s control lead to a cruise itinerary being amended or cancelled. In the event a programme change is introduced and bookings transferred, full fare paying guests will be prioritised ahead of family & friends, travel agent, supplier and interline concession bookings.
