Ship Visits
At Ambassador we understand the importance of ship visits for our trade partners. By experiencing our fleet first hand, you can gain important insight into what makes our authentic and enriching cruise experience so very special, which enables you to sell more confidently and in turn grow your cruise sales.
In 2026 we're hosting ship visits on both Ambience and Ambition across 7 regional ports where you can sample the Ambassador Experience. There will be time to explore the ship and the on-board facilities she has to offer before sampling a delicious five course lunch in the elegant Main Restaurant.

Terms & Conditions
Places are capacity controlled and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Complimentary ship visits are subject to minimum/maximum numbers.
We regret that due to the popularity of our ship we are unable to hold any places.
1 ship visit per agent, per year
Agents who have previously visited one of our ships, will be on a provisional list. Agents who have seen neither of our ships, will take priority
Agents will need to be 18+ to visit
We will offer a wait-list facility should your preferred visit date be oversubscribed.
Full security details (as detailed above) must be provided at the time of confirming your place.
Closing date for registrations is strictly 10 days prior to visit.
Strictly no amendments/additions can be made within 10 days of the visit taking place
Transport to/from the port is at your own expense.
Pay and display car parking at certain ports is at your own expense.
Depending on the timings of this visit, lunch could be replaced by an afternoon tea.
A confirmation will be sent confirming the details of the visit approximately 7 days prior
All visitors will need to be fully mobile. The visit includes use of stairs and a lot of walking for 2/3 hours. The visits are fast paced due to the tight turnaround, and we predominantly use the stairs over the lifts.
Should you need to cancel, please contact our Trade Sales department before the visit on 0330 162 0222 or alternatively your host for the day on the number provided within your joining instructions. Failure to notify us of any cancellations prior to the visit or any no shows may incur a cancellation fee.
A valid passport or photographic ID will be required to pass through security and to board the ship. We regret to advise that you will be refused boarding if you fail to bring this with you on the day.
