Easy to book

Very easy to book and even when I had made a mistake it was easy to speak to an actual person to rectify.

Very enjoyable cruuse

Website easy to negotiate, booking easy and straightforward, and communication excellent. Just back and crew are a credit to Ambassador, cheerful, polite and helpful. Food very good and varied. Entertainment very enjoyable, I especially enjoyed theatre@sea as something different

Cruise with Ambassador

Once I got through the service was very good. I had a problem as to begin with I didn't get a confirmation email. I tried to get back and I was told I needed to speak to guest services. The first time I tried I was told automatically I couldn't speak to guest services unless I was leaving within 4 weeks. The second time I didn't have a problem and once I got through they were very good and I was actually able to upgrade as well .

your staff are very helpful from sorting bookings to being aboard. I have always had excellent customer service.

Fairly simple procedure to book. Worked well throughout the varios stages. Can't get overly complimentary about an online booking system

Amazing easy booking

They were brilliant I originally didn't have my card but they set me up on the system and the next day I called back and they were so brilliant helping go through all the information and the options I had with cabins. Im disabled and use a wheelchair at night they were brilliant with the booking made me feel like a normal human being for a change. I did make her laugh when I said could I bring my additional leg with me to walk. They went through parking and transport options to make me feel prepared and at ease. It was a really quick and easy process and they were so so friendly. I can't wait to get on the cruise best customer booking experience I have received so far.

Cruising round the British Isles

Very easy to book. Chose our cabin and deck from the plan provided in the brochure. Paid extra for the drinks package Paid the required deposit with the balance being due 3 months before to sail. Confirmation sent to my email address. Couldn't be simpler. Looking forward to our cruise. Thank you.

You have failed to send me my booking confirmation Email. In order to obtain my booking reference I rang your office help number. After 40 minutes of holding I gave up. Disgusted at your appalling lack of.customer care. Purely by chance you sent me an Email trying to sell me a cabin upgrade, this fortunately included my booking reference. So I was able to link my booking and complete the compulsory pre cruise information. With only two weeks to our sailing date your lack of care is accentuated. I am one of your best customers having sailed with you on 10 previous cruises including a world cruise. The excellent service and care on board ship contrasts with what appears to be a deliberate refusal to allow easy communication pre cruise which to me feels like self inflicted stupidity. I would not recommend anyone to book with you directly but would advise the use of a reputable travel agent.
