Kerry was the lady who spoke to us she was so helpful and so nice we a had a laugh any problems she sorted them . We spoke to cameron he was very good to any problems he sorted them out very helpful .

Easy booking

The booking process is simple and strait forward. Probably the easiest of all the cruise lines we've used.

Tbh I shouldn’t have booked it was a v busy day my son was moving - I completed form x 2 then paid, then went to my Ambssador and the booking was tilbury and later Nov - the probs then arise I rang new revs they said ring guest services x 2 - answer machine did 2 hr wait - back to reservation- they gave email to guest services - emailed with issue they said booking ref for Nov 25 -5 I asked them to check through email and they replied found the one reservation that I had made for 2026 - lots or tooing and throwing - with P and O /tui ext for example one phone call answered within 10 mins would have confirms or answers any questions - all that said in essence and hindsight my fault as I didn’t see booking on my file?

Ambience - Grand Old Lady

Ambience is a lovely old lady with friendly and professional staff who seem to really care. We had a very rough sea trip to/from Norway and the way the staff from Captain Hugh down to the lower ranks coped was amazing.

Have no hesitation in recommending Ambassador Cruises.

The cruise agent Cameron was excellent in finding a late booking for a cruise that I was interested in. This will be my seventh booking and look forward to many more.

Easy to book online

The Ambassador Cruise line booking process is straightforwards and easy to complete. This was my 4th Cruise, booked, online, with Ambassador Cruises, so I knew what to expect. The process, could, perhaps, be a bit more ‘interactive’, and ‘explanatory’, to the humble, non-expert, but, equally, might risk becoming overly-complicated, in the process? We really look forwards to our holiday!

Some things not clear

I am not experienced at booking, but I got a bit confused the with the Expedition package that I have booked. Having selected what I believe to be an inclusive package to minimise additional costs on board, I am unclear as to what it includes. I also do not know the time of the sailing - presumably we will be advised nearer the time and I am guessing it is dependent on tides, but there is nothing to confirm this or otherwise.
