Overall a good booking experience except for the bed type error

I found it easy to navigate the website, and book the cruise, deck plans were available which I found helpful. I did have one problem with the cabin I booked, and that was probably my fault for not noticing that the cabin I chose had a fixed double bed, although the photos of the cabin type showed to single berths which is what I thought I was booking. I’m sharing the cabin with my adult son so a double bed is definitely not feasible. I did not notice the small print until after I had booked that cabin, and I’m in the process of trying to get it changed. Other than that the whole process was easy and stress free.

Internet overcharge

Service good in all areas after 4 cruises. If only you were not so greedy re on-line charged. I advise others to add your high price for internet onto the cost of a cruise. You should look at it, it's so High

Wonderful first cry

This was our first cruise and we were not sure it was for us. But with my mobility issues we thought we would give it a try. We had a wonderful time. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The shows in the evening were equally as good as a west end show. The food was first class. We came home feeling very relaxed. We have since booked another cruise on Ambience.

Pre cruise review

Everything was quite simple on the pls side. But not being able to book my restaurant time I frustrating Lao discovering an over 50s discount with a rail card after booking is annoying especially as you don’t advertise it

My perfect odyssey

Well my bookings say it all. This is my 7th cruise in 18 months. Find me something better for the value. I have done 31 day and 16 day itineraries and I never get off the ship with as much as one negative.

Really good customer service

The lady that handled my call took the time to listen as It was not just a simple transaction. She solved the problem and gave me advise on the different types of rooms and where they are situated on the ship.

Booking assistance

The booking agent was very helpful in accommodating my requests while booking for a family of eight people.

Professional

Very professional and helpful. Disappointed though that I was not asked if I had a Blue Light card. When I rang back the following day, once I realised that the company accepted the card, I was told that as I had accepted the Nectar points, it was too late to put the card on. If I had known, I would have preferred to use the Blue light card as I rarely use my Nectar card.
