Friendly service, easy booking

The customer adviser could not have been more helpful. She was friendly, thoughtful and efficient. I was booking for a group and she aecured cabins all on the same deck. She made the process easy. Which i really appreciated.

First toe in the water

Pleasant and helpful staff. Everyone was understanding when I had problems (of my own making!!) over my payment. All was resolved satisfactorily. Looking forward to.my cruise. Particularly appreciative of the fact that staff remember that many of us customers are not comfortable with modern technology.

Just love sailing with Ambassador

Amazing staff, delicious food and the best entertainment at sea. So handy being able to sail from a local port which is a big part of why we sail with Ambassador. Love the itineraries too.

Making Memories

Have been on several cruises with Ambassador and have had a fantastic time on each voyage. The staff are always so friendly and helpful, food is lovely, entertainment spot on. But the passengers I have met just make the time on board so memorable.

As we haven't actually experience the cruise yet I feel unable to comment.

The sales agent 'Kerry' was absolutely on top of the situation, could see my Ambassador record and assisted greatly in the choice of cabin. Knew how to operate her system to great effect.
