Very helpful indeed as staff were extremely helpful as I signed up for the cruise, and was so happy being on a list to be contacted if any single cabins became available and can now look forward to my cruise in September. Have a number of friends on this cruise also. The Ambition is a nice ship, and experienced a cruise on it before.

First cruise booked, so far so good.

Impressed with support for disabled and neurodivergent customers. Slower than usual booking service however as my name was copied incorrectly so I didn't receive booking correspondence and couldn't access my account. I had to chase this to rectify it. My first name is still spelled incorrectly on here, so I have changed it. Ambassador also having software issues with hotmail etc but not the fault of booking staff.

From booking in on-line and then going aboard, everything was made simple. The cabins are great and food and entertainment is excellent. Staff cannot do enough for you to make your stay on board as comfortable as possible. Five Stars all round for a professional company that put their customers first.

Easy to use online booking. Then using the my Ambassador Sailing portal uploading all information required is straightforward. Completed in 5 minutes. Great system.

I wanted to be grouped with friends who booked the cruise 6 months ago . Emma the lady I spoke to on the phone was brilliant ..She listened to me and sorted everything I hope the cruise is as good as Emma's service and help. My only thing to mention would be having to pay for 2 people as a single person in a double cabin . Surely I won't eat 2 lots of food etc .
