Very friendly and helpful. Sadly, I made a mistake with the date of my cruise, but the person dealing with my booking was very understanding and my deposit has been refunded. I am hoping to make another booking in the future.

Very helpful Customer Services

Been a nightmare trying to book online however the Customer Support Service have been brilliant. This is our first cruise and to be honest a little scary and its reassuring to hear a helpful voice helping us through the initial stages. We eventually got our invoice through to my email but it was missing our cabin number which we were concerned about as we made it clear we did not want any changes, so we sent another email to get confirmation we we received yesterday thankfully but as yet its not been added to my app. Hopefully it will be there soon. While on the phone yesterday we booked our seats on the flights to insure we were sitting together, these seats have been added on the app so all good there. Now its just a question of waiting for the cruise which we are both really excited about .......

I booked online it’s very easy I also have cruised with them, and they give a very good customer service I would recommend this cruise line, there prices are also competitive and because they sail from UK it’s very easy to plan a trip with them

I haven’t received a confirmation email of the booking and the phone line shuts at 5.30pm, so I’m quite concerned

Excellent service. When I first enquired, there were no solo cabins available but the representative put me on a standby list. I was contacted when an availability arose and booked the same day. I was at work but the representative kept it open until later that evening. I was very impressed.
